This is a lovely home with plenty of room. 3 queen sized beds and 3 full baths. We were just a family of 3 but it could easily accommodate 3 couples. Just know that 2 bedrooms are downstairs and 2 bathrooms are upstairs. Beds were comfy and kitchen was stocked well. The game and book selection was nice too! Wish we could have stayed longer.

The home exceeded our expectations! It is stylish, welcoming, located in a quiet neighborhood and near downtown. We had a rental car, so the street parking was very convenient. There is a great coffee shop and market nearby. Check-in was easy and communication with Lee was great. We especially appreciated the bottled water, snacks, maps and tourist information he provided. The home is exactly as listed, roomy, comfortable and well maintained. Since we were returning from a cruise, the laundry facilities were a nice feature too. The home is beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable, the linens and towels luxurious and the kitchen was very well stocked. It had everything we needed to prepare and enjoy meals in the spacious dining room. Lee thought of everything. Loved the decor and all the touches that made it the perfect place to spend our time in Anchorage. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others. We had a great time!

We stayed at this immaculate place for my 60th birthday. When we got there the owners were very responsive with the checkin directions. The house was clean, roomy and had a warm welcome and birthday surprise. The place was in walking distance to downtown and had a city market one block away. Great location, wonderful owners, and a beautiful home away from home.

Clean, next to groceries, walking distance to downtown. It was everything we needed to make the trip great.

We were very happy with our stay. The house was the best stocked I've ever rented and everything was easy to find. It was anice walk to downtown Anchorage. The host made sure we knew where the 2nd bed for my college age grandkids slept for that i thank you! Ans the love sac loungers were a big hit with all of us. Very e joyable stay

Perfect home walkable to dining, coffee, parks, and shopping. The home is roomy, comfortable, and modern inside.

The Hosts were more than helpful. They left nice treats from Alaska for us to sample. The house was perfect for the six people in our group. Everything was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Very nice having a grocery store right across the street and just a short walk to downtown.

The location of this property was perfect to our needs. We were able to walk to many of the restaurants and stores in downtown. The house was clean and had everything we needed and more. The layout was perfect. We appreciated all the amenities provided, along with a nice welcome treat. I would stay here again and recommend this rental to anyone traveling to Anchorage. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay in Anchorage. Lee was a great host and very responsive to any questions. The house was nice and well appointed. Very easy check-out. We got up, locked the doors and left.

Convenient to downtown but a quiet street. Host left lots of little touches that made us feel welcome. Beautifully done home- would sure stay again.

I love how impressive this place was on the inside, and amenities were fantastic. Owners were receptive and descriptive with any communication, which was helpful because we were still jetlagged and on last leg of our trip. very nice base to come home to. I think I got the bed count wrong, but we had a couple options to choose from and figured it out.

The property is very convenient and downtown is easily walkable. Market 1/2 block away. Perfect for our family of 6. Owner was responsive and house was clean. Plenty of nice towels and bedding was comfy. Would stay here again.
