The condo was amazing! Very clean and roomy for our group of 11. Amazing views too! We saw dolphins and manta rays in the water from the balcony. Alli was quick to respond when we needed something and very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay!!

The property was able to accommodate all eleven of us including having a playpen for my granddaughter. I had to contact the owner twice with minor questions and I received a response within minutes. All the beds were comfortable and the 85 inch TV was great for when we watched movies. We had a great time and will use this property again on our next visit to Panama City Beach.

Property was nice. Feel like value for $ was questionable. Rate dropped around $50 per night from the time I booked to our arrival for the week after we checked out. Beach chair rental was not include which was an extra $300. Overall happy with the rental and was what was expected.

The condo was great. Very spacious. We had a perfect view off the 22nd floor of the sun setting each day. The place had everything we need to enjoy a comfortable home away from home experience. I took my 4 sons (ages 4, 9, 21, & 24) and my mother for the week. Everyone had a great time.

We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend staying in this condo. The beds were comfortable and the view was amazing. We saw dolphins from the balcony. The kids enjoyed the cool water in the pools after a long day at the beach. The elevators need some improvement on wait times but it’s wasn’t too bad. You have to leave your ID to get a luggage cart but that ensured everyone brought it back and we never had an issue getting one. They are doing some construction on the roads in front of the condo but overall we had a great experience ❤️

We LOVED this condo! What you see is what you’re getting, but even better in person. We had 12 total with ages ranging from adult to age 3. Each family had enough room without feeling on top of anyone else. It was clean and spacious! Not only was the condo and view beautiful, but communication with Alli was top notch!! She made the process of booking so easy and was always accessible when I needed to contact her. She laid everything out so well prior to arriving that I had no questions the moment we arrived. We will be back! :)

The condo is great. Very large and roomy and decorated nicely. Many beach accessories, chairs, umbrellas, etc are provided. Amenities at the facility and condo are fantastic. You will see reviews complaining about the elevators, but if you are patient, plan accordingly, so you are not running up and down often, and enjoy your vacation, the elevators are not that bad and well worth it for the great views. Last but not least, Alli (host) is quick and thorough with answering any questions.

My family and I stayed at this beautiful property for a week and we absolutely loved it. Our host Alli was amazing and she was very efficient in communicating with us. The condo was very spacious and nicely decorated. It also included a beautiful view from 22 stories high. The only issue we had, which is not Alli's fault were the elevators and the amount of time we had to wait to go anywhere. Other than that we will definitely be staying at this property again.

Property owners are very easy to deal with..condo is beautiful..only downside is the unit is on the 22 floor and the elevators have a horrible wait time. Not enough for this size property plus 2 were not functioning most of our stay..

Needs some paint , a little updating and some more cleaning. The elevators were a problem esp for the older folks having to wait. Up side space was nice and big , tv was awesome big !! Beds were comfortable sheets didnt fit the beds fitted . Views were amazing !! Kitchen pots and pans needed to be pitched . I give this condo a 3.5 rating .

We enjoyed our stay. We could of used some potholders and a few more towels. All in all it was very good.

Condo was exactly as described and communication with the owners was excellent. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you could think of, we cooked in several nights and had everything we needed. Rooms were large and plenty of room in the living room for everyone to sit and relax in the evening.

We really enjoyed the Tidewater, and this condo was great. The fourth bedroom was very small, but our two youngest kids (9 and 11) LOVED it. The condo was plenty big for a big group, and could easily accommodate two families with 3-4 kids each. My only complaint was the dearth of many things I'm used to in other rentals I've done. There was very little toilet paper, no salt and pepper, two small rolls of paper towels, no tools (not even a Phillips screwdriver to fix the loose handle on one frying pan), and three garbage bags. This was fairly minor, however, and we would definitely stay here again.

The condo was beautiful with amazing views. Allison was a wonderful host. I will definitely book this unit again.

This property exceeds every thing advertised in the listing. The checking process was a breeze, the property clean, the beach was amazing. It was a bit cool but still nice. Location is perfect. We had a blast.

We have a large blended family. 2 adults and 5 kids from 14 to 4 yrs old. My mom, bother and his girlfriend also joined us and there was MORE than enough room! It’s located in the heart of PCB so everything was only a 10 min drive or so from the condo! Being on the 22nd floor meant every morning we got to explore the clear ocean from our massive balcony and check out all the marine life!! Allie was wonderful and super easy to get ahold of! We will definitely be back!!!

This condo is beautiful! Tons of space and perfect for families. It was a bonus to find beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys were available to use. We didn’t need anything from Alli during our stay but she was always quick with replying to messages. Would definitely book again!

Very nice condo itself and manager was very responsive. Unit was clean and as advertised, my only complaint is the listing states it sleeps 14 but you only get 10 wristbands at check in. Not a deal breaker though because the manager is awesome. Now the resort - read the reviews about the elevators - YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. There are a couple thousand people at this resort and only 7 elevators - do the math. We went during peak summer season and waited 20-40 minutes every single time we went down to the beach or up to our room on the 22nd floor. Check in and check out time - plan for an hour each time. It's ridiculous and the resort knows it because they even have little helpless signs about how to make best use of the elevators. Literally every single person we came across agreed the elevators were the worst they have ever experienced in their lives, every single person. Maybe it's not as bad in off peak season but it's a nightmare during peak. Great unit, great manager but poorly constructed....7 elevators for 4,000 people. Every time we left the room or returned, my group of 12 had to split up and use different elevators because you're lucky to get one that lands on your current floor that has room for 2 people at the same time - they were constantly full. Overall we had a great time except for the elevators debacle - bad enough that we will not return. If you don't losing a lot of time waiting for elevators then this is a great place to stay. Get to the beach before 7am and claim your spot if you want to be waterfront. Too many people for the size of the beach. Oh and the pools were closed 3 separate times during our stay because people were throwing beer bottles and frozen water bottles off balconies into the pool area. Security was very responsive though but that's scary. Elevators.......smh.

Condo was great! Parking and elevator was horrible. Majority of the time the elevators were off for maintenance versus broken.

It was not a pleasant adventure to try to get an elevator. At times you could wait up to 15 minutes for onel

This property was great for my family and friends. I traveled with 10 people and still could have had more in the condo. The condo was well stocked with all the appliance and tools that made for a great stay. The elevators situation is not the best for being on the 22nd floor, but it was tolerable. Good planning is important for use of the elevators.

Unit was excellent. Very clean with plenty of space. View is incredible. Everything in working order. Ali is easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed every minute except elevator wait times. We were made aware of this before hand but weren't prepared for how long they could be. Very nice condo and the owner is very quick to help in any way. Great stay

We rented for a week for our annual trip to the beach with my siblings and our families. This condo was the perfect layout for us and had plenty of room. The view is beautiful and the condo is well kept. We have used VRBO many times in the past years and Alli has been the best host we have ever had. She was very helpful and responsive to any question or need we had. The elevator is slow and check in day is crazy but we got there early claimed a cart and left it in the lobby while our room was being finished. We also waited till later in the night to bring up the majority of our things so the elevator rush had slowed down. Pizza from across the street made for an awesome first night dinner and we also enjoyed the Waves restaurant in the complex. Thank you Alli !

This condo was all that was advertised. Great space to accommodate an extended family of 11. The location , ocean front beach, and service were outstanding. A great memories vacation.
