Super like , best ocean view, good for family stay . Very clean

We had a great experience overall. We already planning our next trip for next year. We loved that we waked up every morning to have coffee to watch the sunrise, turtles and dolphins at the back of the property.

Nice property and beautiful view. Wish the pool was larger and overlooking ocean and not in back of building. Otherwise great. Fully stocked with everything we could have possibly needed

Beautiful spot!! We saw turtles and dolphins daily off the Lanai. Pretty central location so easy to visit all parts of the island. Comfy beds and well stocked kitchen. Easy walk to Poipu beach. Would absolutely stay again, we loved it!

Not only was the home beautifully decorated, but the views were amazing and the entire process was smooth. Everyone was attentive and I would recommend everyone to stay here. Definitely 10 out of 10 stars

This condo is perfect! Ocean view, beach umbrella and chairs, plus snorkeling equipment. The kitchen is fully stocked and the outside furniture was varied and comfortable. The nightly sunsets were incredible!

The location is fantastic and the view from the lanai is so good that we spent a lot of time at the property. We saw dolphins, whales and turtles from the lanai. Location is easily walkable to Poipu Beach and a great coastal trail just to the east of the property. We will be back! Thank you

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The rental was just as advertized and the kitchen was very well equipped. We loved being right on the ocean and being able to walk out the back door. The location was also great as we were able to walk to both Poipu and Shipwreck beaches. It was a very comfortable place for four people.

Ocean is right in your back yard!! The condo is updated and has everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing vacation. It is also in a nice area close to stores and restaurants.

Away from the busy roads, ocean front whale & turtle watching. Not too many roosters crowing & no bullfrogs disturbing our sleep.

Perfect oceanfront,condo in Poipu for relaxing, or watching whales and sunsets from the living room or lanai, with soothing sound of the ocean at night. Photos are accurate, though the master bath and bed are cozy. Would definitely stay in this lovely unit again.

Condo was very clean and beautifully decorated with a fully equipped kitchen. Great location to watch the turtles feeding off the reefs right below the condo. Awesome sunsets and star gazing at night! Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this condo!

Beautiful location where we could watch the waves crashing and look for turtles. Short walk to the beach. Very well equipped kitchen. Nice furnishing and decor. Owners were great to work with and very helpful.

Renting was very easy.

Only downside was not having AC as advertised. Otherwise this property was perfect-great lanai to enjoy sunsets on. Property is equipped with everything needed! This was a great place to spend our honeymoon!

Condo was very well equipped and beautifully furnished. The deck was great with an amazing view and very private. No air conditioning, however when opening the slatted windows the ocean breeze kept the unit very comfortable. Great location and nice people to rent from, would highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was very comfortable. Newly decorated with everything we needed. We loved being close to everything, yet still in a private location. As others have mentioned, the view and sunsets were breathtaking. Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise with us!

This place was amazing. Very clean and well equipped. The sunset views from the Lanai are bueatifull. Property owners were very helpfull with suggestions and great communication overall.

The condo was perfect in every way! Very clear and helpful instructions for all our needs. We would definitely stay again. It’s a great location to walk to multiple area beaches. I recommend making reservations for dining and for any activities as soon as you begin planning your trip, as we did not, and we missed out on a few things we had been planning to do. Overall, this is a very relaxing place to stay, and we enjoyed the property.

Parking was an issue

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Poipu Makai. The owners answered all our questions ahead of time, and the condo was as expected. My husband, our 16-year-old son and his friend, and I stayed 10 nights. The boys did online school in the mornings and the wifi was reliable and strong enough for remote school and work. Some evenings we played Scrabble or watched Netflix on the living room tv together.We loved the sounds of the ocean waves and the views. We enjoyed lounging on the patio in the morning shade, watching the ocean--with whales and sea turtles a regular sight! As the sun moved across the southern sky, we were able to manage afternoon sun and heat just fine with the shades and fans. (Though we were often out in the afternoons at the beach, as the boys took a surfing lesson and then rented boards at Nukumoi's and practices surfing daily at the Sheraton beach.) Plenty of towels bath and beach towels, nice beach chairs, great outdoor tables and chairs. The BBQ for the building was just 10 seconds from the entry and in great condition. The kitchen was updated with lots of supplies. We loved the kitchen window to the sea and outdoor dining area. We were also very glad to have the 2 bathrooms.I could go on, but suffice to say we would love to return.

One of the best rentals we’ve had! Everything we needed and more. Perfect location and awesome view. We didn’t want to leave the unit!

This unit is better than the pictures shown. It was very clean and nicely equipped. The daily show of whales passing by was much appreciated and sunsets were unbelievable. Our hosts gave us excellent information for shopping, restaurants and best sights to see. We really enjoyed our time there and look forward to returning one day soon. Thanks... We had a fabulous time here. The condo was fully stocked with beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and coolers. The location was fabulous and we saw turtles, dolphins, and whales from the back area. The kids did play in the small pool in the common area, but word of caution - it's not heated. They didn't seem to mind. :)

Great communication. I did not realize the unit had no A/C as I was focused on the location more than the amenities. However, having fans throughout the unit helped. Stunning views and very quiet, perfect getaway.

This Poipu condo is a very convenient location for exploring the West, South and eastern parts of the island. There were 2 adult couples in our group and we stayed at this location for 6 nights. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked. It was very hot and humid during our stay but we found the fans to be very helpful. We spent the first 4 nights of our vacation at a waterfront condo on the north shore and experienced the same kind of heat and humidity so we think it may have more to do with timing than location. While at the Poipu condo we watched the turtles from our lanai and also watched a group of dolphins swim by. We had magnificent sunsets each night and a beautiful rainbow most mornings. We also did nightly star gazing from the lanai and were treated to several shooting stars. The walk to Shipwreck Beach is very doable but would recommend going in the morning when it is a bit cooler. Lots of beautiful beaches nearby and good shopping. The owners had many great tips for getting the most out of our vacation. Thank you Marcie and Ted
