The condo was extremely clean and very well stocked. The location was great and the views were beautiful. However, there are 2 public beaches on each side of Crystal Sands private beach, these people flow over into the private beach area. One day they took over setting up in front of our chairs and huge groups hanging out in the water right in front of the paid beach chairs. I had to complain to the chair guys. It got a little better after that. If you are looking to relax with your family at the beach in a controlled environment… beware! Also people who stayed at Crystal Sands smoked on the property and at the beach next to other people who paid for their chairs. This is a smoke free property and that was not enforced. We walked over several cigarette buts on the outside stairs walking up to our condo. These are my 2 big complaints… public beach overflow and smoking on property. Other than that, the stay was great.

This property did not disappoint. My husband and I come to this area twice a year. We are starting a tradition of inviting someone with us is May. So, this was our first time sharing a condo with family members (another couple). The space worked out great. Location is just what we wanted. The view is beautiful. The condo is so tastefully decorated. This will definitely be our May spot. Communication leading up too, during and after the trip was great. Highly recommend.

This property has been totally renovated and is in pristine shape. It’s like new! We had a very good stay from start to finish …from check-in to check out! The property manager was very attentive and prompt. we will stay at this property again in the future!

This was a really great condo for our family vacation! Our children are older and this place gave us the space we need. The view is amazing and it’s why we come to the beach! It was very clean and the property manager was very responsive and helpful.

This was the best condo I’ve stayed in over the past 15 years of coming to Destin. The quality in the materials and finishes to update this condo was fantastic. Nothing was spared or overlooked. The beds were extremely comfortable. Everything was extremely clean. The property manager was so hopeful and nice. The only thing I would change would be a door on the bunk room upstairs but that wasn’t that big of an issue since we didn’t bring kids. Will definitely rent again.

great view beautiful condo for the most part a perfect time there was only one drawback and is no reflection on the owner of this condo, but the building is supposed to be smoke free, but no other units adhered to it which with allergies made it a little tough to enjoy the ocean sitting outside. but definitely a great vacation spot.

The condo was very nicely updated. Everything was clean and in working order. The beds and furniture were extremely comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The building is very old. We had to leave after several days due to noise from the neighbors. They kept us up until midnight every night. We don’t know what was going on but it sounded like pounding on the walls and constant running, which was crazy since this is the top floor. It’s just the luck of the draw with other renters I suppose. Other than that, the condo was very pretty.

Couldn’t have asked for anything better to stay in. Beautifully maintained and decorated. The only thing I would suggest is asked is more towels. Past that everything was perfect. We had an issue with our air conditioner and they came out right away and fixed it. Will stay again!

The most beautiful, stylish, and updated condo we’ve found. The enclosed (sliding door) loft area would be such a bonus . We had the best ocean views, and the location of the condo made beach access so quick and easy. The furniture in living room and patio were comfortable, and the gorgeous waterfall bar made me want one for my own home. We love the crystal beach area as it is so close to our favorite restaurants and shops. My only requests would be to have hooks in the bathroom for hanging wet bathing suits or towels, and mirrors in the bedrooms: a full length mirror would be perfect. Also didn’t see a cutting board in the kitchen. Otherwise, everything was perfect! I will definitely be back to vacation in this condo. Don’t miss out. Not many condos are this inviting!

Condo was beautiful! Amazing views of the Gulf from the balcony. We watched the sunrise to the left, and sunset to the right. Stay included 2 beach chairs already set up in the beach, so that was really nice. Condo was spotless. Everything seemed new, and the kitchen had a great use of space. Whoever designed this condo layout/colors is amazing! It appeared that management was on-site on first floor, although never had to use them. Will definitely book this condo again!

This condo’s remodel was excellently done. We stayed here with 6 people & had plenty of room. My only recommendation would be to add another mirror somewhere upstairs. It’s a little hard for 4 people to get ready with only one mirror in the bathroom. But definitely wouldn’t keep me from staying here again.

The property is newly renovated and spot on with pictures. Queen bed, bunk beds and 2nd bathroom are upstairs. Master bedroom and bathroom are downstairs.
We did have an issue with power going out to our unit for a day and half but Donna (manager) and owners did everything they could to rectify the situation until it was resolved.
We loved the condo, location and managers attention to detail.

We were lucky to have booked this property last minute after having major issues in the first 24 hrs with our original booking. Moving here on Day 1 of our trip was a saving grace! Everything is brand new and extremely clean. Very comfortable stay with beautiful views and plenty of space on the beach! Only minor suggestions would be to add trashcans and hand soap in the bathrooms, and coasters for drinks. Regardless we would absolutely book here again in the future!!

Found last minute due to a cancellation at another condo and we were not disappointed. Amazing condo that was completely renovated. Everything was basically brand new and the condo was spotless. Had everything you needed to have a great vacation. 10/10 would recommend and hope to stay again at this place in the future.
