Overall the property was spacious and bigger than we expected. It would have been better to have another bathroom considering there are six useable bedrooms, but we knew going in that there were only two. Issues we identified as being less than ideal included the following: Toilet in one bathroom was leaking; Both bathrooms could use an upgrade to better shower heads; Large empty pool in the backyard was a safety hazard; couldn’t let the 3 year old child or our small dogs in the back for fear of them falling in; Washer and dryer were coin operated (!); maybe this is accepted in California due to the water situation, but we haven’t seen this before.

The owner immediately answered any question we had and most importantly we felt we were in a safe neighborhood that was centrally located to all the places we wanted to visit. We would definitely stay here again. If you are looking for fancy with a perfectly stocked kitchen and bathroom this might not be for you. We were gone most of the time so we bought some paper plates and cups and were fine. Some of the beds are so squeaky there is no way 2 people could share but they are all comfortable and my 6 kids all had their own bed and space to spread out. There is a 10 foot deep cement hole in the backyard that I would be worried about if I had small kids but we didn't spend much time at the house so we just locked the back door and said to stay out of the yard so no problem for us. This home worked very well for our family for a week in the Los Angeles area.

This house had plenty of places to sleep. The host replied promptly to any questions I had and I would definitely look forward to using this location again.

So we arrived to the location on Friday evening and the property was dust filled, smelled like it had not been dusted in days, keep in mind the owner told us that the cleaning people left on Friday. We Immediately had to do to Walmart to get cleaning supplies and raid. When we got back we spent the next hour cleaning the home and making it feel like we can sleep. So there were so many things wrong with this place so here we go in part of the email I sent to the owner I stated the home itself from the time we walked into the home was dirty. There were dirty towels left from idk where, which the owner said the cleaning company was there before we came in, The owner never disclosed there was a pool or even that the backyard was under construction, the pool was there didn't know about that but it was empty and full of dirt, The backyard was not a place for relaxing it was infested with spiders, bugs and webs all over the chairs the table the firepit(which did not have propane) the owner said it did but it didn't. So in a nutshell we booked a almost 2000 home that had bugs dirty towels dirty dishes in the drawers, Luke warm water not even hot enough to take warm showers or was dishes in hot water which we boiled and made hot water for the kitchen, unleveled floors which my brother sprang his toe (its blue). the broom and mop were outside now about that both full of spider webs, so off to get a broom so we can clean up smh. Dont let them tell you that you can hang out in the backyard not clean enough to do that I wish I could attach photo's of this because I have them also the parking is not good at all after the 2nd day in the property i noticed that she told us where to park but there was none and we ended up getting a parking ticket. and lastly one of the beds had no boxspring so the bed sinks in the middle like a taco smh what a nightmare then the lady said sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. smh NEVER AGAIN IF YOU ARE TRYING TO RENT THE HOME ON COKE STREET DO NOT DO IT I REPEAT DO NOT DO IT ...... for a almost million dollar home its treated like a 50 dollar by the hour place .

House was beyond my expectations! Kamran was very good at responding and communicating anything that was needed. Excellent house 🏠 ideal for a large family, super comfortable, clean, I totally recommend it, 💯 Kamran was always available for any questions I had, he answered me quickly, it's a pretty large, amazing house! The location was beautiful and really close to Mall and Costco and all the restaurants where we did our shopping for the week . There was a park right across the street less than 4 min walk which was really nice for the dogs to run around in. Definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for an amazing clean place to stay that is a close drive to the city!!! Thank you once again Kamran

This was a nice property in a good location close to everything a traveler would need. The house was spacious with plenty of beds and bedrooms which fit our needs perfectly. The owner communicated continuously through the booking and leading up to our arrival in addition to any questions while at the property. The price was appropriate for the house and location. There were a few improvements needed. The hot water was fleeting and there was some cleaning issues that needed to be addressed. The home needed some TLC throughout because it appeared to be older and one of the bedrooms had some type of lacquer smell the whole trip which was unpleasant. The couch has stains on it and if the pool is not going to be used should be covered because it was a wide open hole that seemed dangerous. Overall we enjoyed our time and appreciate the usage of the rental.
