We had a wonderful stay. Jeremy was an incredibly responsive host before and during our trip. The house was really clean, and the amenities were amazing. We loved the hot tub and pool. They were thoroughly enjoyed. We had a great time kayaking and even got to see a manatee swim by. The house is located to several really good restaurants and Jeremy has a great portfolio of the area with ideas. Highly recommend this house and host.

Great property, great location and great communication from property owner. Lots for teenage boys to do at the house - fishing, kayaking, pool, darts, swimming and jacuzzi.

Jeremy was super responsive and the home was very clean. Great layout, pool and hot tub was awesome. We rented a boat and it was 10 min drive to River. Would definitely book this house again.

We had an amazing time at this awesome home! The interior was super stylish and comfy, but we couldn't resist spending most of our time chilling by the pool outside. The outdoor seating was cozy, and the pool was just the right vibe. We had a blast with all the fun stuff like games, pool table, darts, and swimming. The kayaks were available, although we didn't get a chance to use them.
The host was always on point with communication, and we loved the extra pillows and towels. The bed was so comfy, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. The kitchen had everything we needed to whip up some good meals. And being close to the beaches and restaurants was a bonus!
We totally recommend this place and can't wait to come back for our next getaway. It's a gem!"

We wanted to take our whole family with us on our 25th. This home worked well for the size group we had. With the added amenities, it worked well for the the kids. From pool and kayaks to beach gear it really fit most needs and the owner was great to work with.

The house was amazing and in a great location, close to many beaches and restaurants. The kitchen, heated pool, hot tub, and canal access were amazing. Lots of other little things made it feel over the top. Had a great time!

Great stay in Cape! House was wonderful, with so many amenities- beach towels/beach chairs/bikes/kiddo amenities/etc. Great location! Adults ride a bike to Point57 and get the 57filet and then to Fins for some live music. Thanks so much for hosting us Jeremy!

Great location thats a close ride to Ft Myers, Sanibel, and Pine Island. Lots of conveniently close food places and things to do. The house also has lots of thoughtful items for all ages and fun - kayaks, life jackets, inflatables, small cups/utensils, lots of towels!

This was an amazing stay! From the comfort of the beds to the proximity to restaurants and shopping to beaches, this was the perfect stay! We swam in the pool, went kayaking, visited multiple beaches (Sanibel Island was our favorite), and had the best vacation of our lives. We especially loved the dolphin boat we chartered. We saw manatees, dolphins, a shark, and caught red snapper and catfish right off the dock. Neighbors were extremely nice and I would recommend staying here to anyone in need of a true escape.

This is a lovely home in a fantastic area of Cape Coral!
The house was clean, bright and spacious. It was the perfect size for our family. We loved the pool, hot tub, kayaks, pool table & dart board.

Sunlit SeaWay was a wonderful escape. The home offered ample space and was very clean. The pool was refreshing and the hot tub enjoyable. Beautiful sunsets from the backyard and we saw a manatee in the canal one evening! Close to shopping, restaurants and parks for walking/hiking. Awesome Get-a-way - thank you!

The property is spacious, clean, and well maintained, much like the neighborhood, which is quiet and safe. The owner Jeremy is attentive and helpful. We enjoyed our week of lounging and reading, and we found this property to be a great location, in proximity to plenty of store and restaurants, plus ideal for the few outings we had planned. The kitchen was well equipped for the simplicity of vacation use, there was a television in every room, the pool area and game room were enjoyable. A great stay and a great host.

This location was great. Close to tons of great restaurants. (We love Capone’s, Bahama Breeze, Point 57 and Twisted Lobster) The house itself has a lot of great extras. There were kayaks, bikes, dart board, pool table and a hot tub! We also used the beach chairs when we went up north to the beach. There were plenty on beach towels too. The pool was heated as well and it was perfect! We will be back!

Loved Sunlit seaway
This was a great retreat to come back to after long days at the baseball fields for a tournament in Fort Myers. It was convenient to all the fields and the beaches. The pool was heaven. The owners really thought of everything- all the comforts of home!!

Awesome Cape Coral, Florida experience
SunLit Seaway was an awesome experience! The home was well appointed and clean, with a wonderful pool and hot tub. Jeremy, the home owner and property manager, was excellent about communication, expectations and addressed concerns immediately. Amazing!
The house was beautiful, clean, in a great quiet neighborhood, and had everything we needed for our honeymoon! We made great use of the pool, hot tub, kayaks, and pool table. Definitely recommend!

Really enjoyed our time at this location. Close to many cute restaurants and not far from other towns in Florida. We were really close to anything that we needed and the house has great amenities for a nice and relaxing stay. Would definitely book again!

Perfect private home for a family getaway!
We are so glad we chose this home for our family to stay on our kids’ first Florida trip. Everything you could need or want is at your disposal. From the pool and hot tub on the lanai to bunk beds, smart tv’s in every room, dart board, and pool table in the rec room. Our kids didn’t want to leave, even for the beach! Jeremy was available from start to finish answering our questions and offering advice. The kitchen is stocked with keurig and ninja blender, along with plastic and glass containers for keeping leftovers. We enjoyed breakfast every morning at the house. Plenty of towels for the pool and bath so you don’t have to worry about packing those. Beds are all comfortable, with nice linens. We really enjoyed the serene setting with beautiful landscaping right on the canal. This property and owner are five stars!

If we could give it more stars we would! The house is very well stocked with everything you would need to enjoy a vacation. Very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had all the utensils and supplies needed to make a meal. Everything you would want to take to the beach is stocked in the garage. The entertainment available (pool table, darts, kayaks...) were a plus! The pool and hot tub were so fun for the kids. Not too far of a drive to Sanibel and Naples. Owner was great to work with! Definitely would rent again. Highly recommend! Great space!!

Everything you need
The house is extremely clean and open concept for family gathering. Plenty of seating inside and outside. The beach towels and chairs were perfect. The pool table and board games were nice in the evenings. Short drive to nice beach areas. Many good restaurants and located in a safe community. Owner was easy to work with throughout the process. Highly recommend this house.

Great location and great house!
If you are traveling with kids, this place is perfect! Lots of space, all the amenities you need and close to great local beaches. Our kids spent a lot of time in the pool. The house was super clean and incredibly nice!
The only suggestion I would have for future guests is be sure to bring all the toiletries you need and grab supplies like toilet paper, paper towels and spices/seasonings if you plan to cook at home. There wasn’t Tupperware storage or tinfoil either. These are tips, not complaints. I literally have zero complaints about this house and HIGHLY recommend anyone to stay here. We used the kayaks, beach gear (towels, coolers, chairs and umbrellas).
The owner was responsive anytime we needed help. They are wonderful and super helpful! We’ve stayed in Cape Coral/Fort Myers every year for the past 8 years. This trip was on of the best! We enjoyed every minute we were there!

Awesome home & pool!
This beautiful home was a delight to stay in. It is clean, bright and has a lot of very comfortable seating! The landscaping, canal and lanai provided beautiful Florida views each day! All of the equipment for a day at the beach is provided and the lanai with the large pool and hot tub was the perfect place to unwind every afternoon or watch the sun go down in the evening! The best part was working with Jeremy, the host!!

This is the place you’re looking for.
The house is perfect. We’re a family of 6 so we loved the open floor plan, well planned kitchen stocked with everything you need. Loved the sliding doors in the living room opening it up to the pool and Jacuzzi. The decor is fresh and inviting. Loved having the boat right there in the backyard for sunset rides thru the canals and our day trips to Captiva. Dolphins were swimming right next to our boat. There were kayaks and bicycles to use.
