We had visited the area before and stayed in the Legacy Villas, which was why we returned to the area. This villa was the best we’ve rented and exceeded every expectation. The location, privacy, closeness to pools, amenities, size and overall presentation of the home was first class. We communicated with Drew throughout the process and he made everything so simple every step of the way.
My family and I would highly recommend this property and we look forward to returning (maybe in slightly cooler temperatures) and bringing more family with us to rent other units in the Legacy Villas!

This property is everything it says and shows itself to be on VRBO. It was spacious, clean, exceeding well decorated, comfortable, outfitted with anything we might need and then some!! Drew, our host, went above and beyond to communicate and ensure that we were happy. The pool access, property and grounds were resort like and we felt like we were on an extended vacation. The best of all was the porch and the view-it quickly became our favorite room! We spent many hours there relaxing, watching the canyon and colors change. This was a special time for our family to reconnect and make new memories - priceless and special!

The property exceeded our expectations and Drew is a fantastic and responsive host! The unit was clean, spacious, comfortable and in a convenient quiet location. My niece and I stayed 4 days to attend Coachella and appreciated being able to stay in a safe space where it was easy to get to and from the festival. We really enjoyed the practical amenities within the unit and being within a 5-10 drive of anything we needed. We are looking forward to our next stay in La Quinta!

Everything about this property was spot on. Drew was very accommodating and we had zero issues during our stay. Anything you need is most likely already in the home with an abundance of supplies during your stay.
Having a garage was also an amazing perk to store our vehicle and haul things easily in and out of the home compared to street parking.
The location of the property is also along the mountain and provided quiet neighborhood amongst the homes.

These were the perfect accomodations for 2 adult couples and our niece! Wonderful location in the Legacy near 2 pools, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable indoor and outdoor living space and comfy beds. We can't wait to come back!

This is the 5th year that my family has come back to Legacy Villas, and Drew's property has been the best. We enjoyed our stay the property was clean and had all of the needed basics and more. My kids loved playing in the pools in the evenings and Drew was very responsive to all of our needs. We are already planning our next stay and may even book an extra because our kids still have much more to explore in the surrounding areas.

I made a last minute decision to do a quick getaway... and boy am I glad I did! Ive been to the Legacy Villas a few times before but this home was by far my favorite! This villa is so spacious and beautiful (looks like an interior decorator styled the place). The pictures do not do it justice. It is so well stocked with everything you could need and I loved that it has tile in the living areas verses most of the other units are almost all carpet. Drew, the owner, was so responsive and attentive with all the details. I definitely would love to return.

This property is very well appointed with all the conveniences of home. It’s at the far end of the complex and the back patio overlooks the mountain. The patio has comfortable furniture and provided extra living space. There are two immaculate pools within steps of the property (many more available throughout property). The master bedroom is very comfortable with its own fireplace, French doors, firm mattress (which I appreciated) and huge bathroom. The overall complex is pristine with beautiful plants and fountains. Drew was easy to work with, very responsive and communicated clearly. We will be back!

Had a great experience staying at Drew's property in La Quinta. The kitchen was well stocked, the house was really clean, and overall, it was accurately depicted in the photos. Our friends also really enjoyed access to the community gym and pools.
If you're staying for Coachella, the shuttles were about a 15 minute walk away which was super convenient. The Villas are really private, security can be a bit overbearing at times, but otherwise had little trouble with the property itself.
Drew was really communicative and helpful throughout the stay. I had actually forgotten my wedding band at the house and he was kind enough to ship it back to me!
Would definitely recommend staying at his property.

Drew was such an incredible host. We really appreciated his communication and flexibility. This place was perfect for our family. It provided access to multiple pools and other amenities, and we were able to have peace of mind by not having a pool in the backyard with two kids under 3 staying with us. We’ve stayed at Legacy before and had a wonderful time! We loved the location of this unit - tucked in by the mountains, and two pools close, out the front door! Legacy is a great location if you’re looking to stay down in the Palm Springs area - grocery stores, shopping, etc nice and close!
