The entire process from booking to check in was very organized and the property manager was always responsive. The house was extremely clean and a perfect size for our group of 8 adults. We especially loved relaxing on the screened in porch. One fact about the community that would have been helpful to know ahead of time is that there are no beach chairs at the community pool; you need to bring your own. We would definitely book this property again!

Beautiful home , listing was accurate for the most part. Was a little bit disappointed by the condition of the shuffle board and ping pong table in the basement, as well as one of the shower doors being broken. We were informed not to use the door on the shower because of the issue. Also all of the ping pong paddles were in rough condition & there was only one ping pong ball that was cracked. The ping pong table also had a decent size divet in it. However, these issues are minuscule. The house itself was very clean , and a short walk away from the lake. Overall a beautiful home. I would love to stay here again and would recommend staying here. 4 out of 5 stars because it was a great stay but not 100% perfect. This is not a knock there aren’t too many things in life that are perfect. Note: The property manager was also very helpful, and was more than accommodating!

We went on vacation this weekend and this is our experience. I would like a personal apology from the manager named Jill(wore a blue shirt) who oversees the lake and pool area. As you will see below in our experience, she blew a MEGAPHONE about 3 yards away from myself and my children and screamed at them. When I tried to talk to her she continued to say "okay" with no care in the world. How unbelievably unprofessional of her. Here is the email I sent to the owner of our experience. I will be personally writing to anyone I can to let anyone and everyone to stay away from your community, whether they are buying or renting. See below the email to the owner>> The experience left us shaking our heads in disbelief and disgust to be honest. We received 8 tags for 12 people, which we thought would be okay because we have three 4 year olds and a 3-year-old, leaving enough for the older children (9 and 11) and the adults. The first day we were told 3 different times to put them on (and we were about to because we had just entered the area at the lake but were holding bags and chairs) and then watched as the lifeguard and manager (all I know is that she had a blue shirt on all three days) called security on a family because they had a can on the beach. Then, yesterday we wanted to rent paddle boats but were told we could only do one hour(fine) and to pay inside. We went to pay inside and were pointed to the rules (literally) to say she had to specifically have 20-dollar bills, and we had a 50$. She had "no idea" how we could break it. We went up to break it by buying ice cream and decided not to go on the boats because of how rude they were. When we got the popsicles, we were told we cannot bring them into the pool area. After sitting and eating them, we went to walk the kids into the pool area when we were stopped and questioned (again) because our kids looked "taller than 4 years old". This actually happened TWICE as we left to use the bathroom and re-enter. "Where is her wristband? Really, your child looks taller than 4." So again, had to explain ourselves to the lady sitting to police the pool area. While this was happening, I watched her not allow a child into the pool area (not our own, but about 10 years old) because he had a bag of chips unopened. She would not allow this poor kid to even walk to his mother after he said I have to bring this to my mom, she is in there. She would not allow him, and he had to scream to the other side

Owner and property manager were fantastic to communicate with. House was new and well maintained. Lake and pool were great!

This was a great place for the whole family. There was plenty of space and things to do. We enjoyed our stay in home Albrightsville very much.

The only thing I would note is that if you have large groups staying there the rentals only give 8 arm bands to use for the beach or pool, so you have to take turns. Other than that this is the perfect place to stay, everything is in walking distance!

We couldn’t have asked for a better place! If you are a newbie to VRBO, I can honestly say that you can. Ok this with no worries. There was an ice storm before we arrived and all of the necessary tools for removal were there! We will definitely be rebooking again for next year if the owner will have us back!

The house has plenty of space to accommodate two families. The games in the basement are a great amenity and provide some space for the kids to watch tv and play. The proximity to skiing was our primary need and this house is very close to both Jack Frost and Big Boulder. The single issue we had is you have to bring your own towels and linens; it’s detailed in the listing, just remember when the time comes.

Ray, your rental was exceptionally clean & it still has that new scent. The rooms are spacious as well as the kitchen. Some suggestions to enhance rental’s experience: hooks on the back of the bathroom doors, a dish drain board, a large roasting pan with rack, a food processor, & a journal to capture great memories. Also, in the laundry please post a notice that the shut off valves could be off. Please know that I turned them off prior to leaving as that is how I finally found them. Also curious, since the rental utilizes The Nest for temperature control, is there any way the bottom floor could benefit? I also emptied the dehumidifier daily; some rentals might not be aware of that need. One more thought-we needed a shovel & additional ice melt for the steps as it snowed about 2 inches.
