The beds are firm and comfortable with nice linens. The bedrooms are separated well, have nice bathrooms for everyone, and offer great sound insulation. The included kitchenware (knives, glasses, pans, etc.) is far above and beyond what we expected and made out stay that much better. The hot tub was very nice and the downstairs bathroom made changing and showering easy .

While the location, cleanliness, and most amenities (e.g., outdoor hot tub) were excellent, we encountered some issues during our stay:1. The kitchen oven was not functioning properly (it barely warmed up even after 2 hours of pre-heating), which unfortunately ruined our main dish for the night. It had to be thrown away next morning. Since the preparation for the NYE dinner started late on December 31st, we realized there was an issue too late to call for assistance.2. The advertised fireplace was out of order. While this might not have been a significant issue during any other time of the year, it was disappointing on NYE. Despite our attempts to start the fireplace and a call for help on December 30th, someone arrived the next day, performed troubleshooting, and left, mentioning the need to call a third-party contractor for a fix.3. One sink in the bathroom attached to the main bedroom was not working.In summary, this property boasts some great features, but the maintenance needs to improve to match its price tag.

Wonderful house for 4 adults and 5 teens! We especially loved the hot tub and location to the slopes at Keystone. A 2 minute drive to the parking lot at the gondola or a 5+ minute walk to the shuttle.

The house was very clean and well equipped with everything you could have asked for and more. The location is close to many sites and resources. The checkout was very easy. The only issue we had was the temperature of the house would not go above 68 degrees and at the time the fireplace wasn’t working, which I believe would have fixed that problem.

The property is nice and central in Keystone. We stayed for a work event and had no problems at all. I do recommend this for everyone, but watch for the wild life. We had a couple of black bears walking around at night, setting off the lights. Didn't get a good picture though.

Over all nice place

We had 10 of us in all. My husband and I were celebrating our 30th this summer, both my folks turned 80, two of our kids graduated from college this year and 1 son got married. There were great sleeping arrangements for all! Each married couple had a nice bedroom, our daughter and friend shared a room and our son and friend had the lower family room with a pull out couch. The hot tub was very popular with everyone, the kitchen table fit all of us and the large kitchen was amazing! We cooked all our meals together and the kitchen was very well equipped and stocked. There were great places for playing games and doing puzzles and the master suite is fabulous! Thank you for a wonderful place to celebrate together. 😊

Great kitchen. Four full bedrooms (with room for more guests if we ever return with friends). Four full bathrooms. Two sitting areas for downtime / TV. Hot tub in great shape and offers great views. Perfect location. We will return.

However, the keypad was difficult to operate when the temps dipped below 0. It was very clean and towels were well stocked! The kitchen was very well supplied with dishware. Only advice is, it could have been stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, ziplocks (unless we missed that). Also, the ice maker was very slow to make ice (I think this is already known). This is the best rental for families. We had 5 adults and 2 kids, and it was perfect. Lots of room and privacy for everyone. It was spotless and had everything you needed. The beds were all comfy and the hot tub was a real plus. The management team and communication was excellent. Perfect location to town and all the other fun activities.. We can't wait to come back.!
