This was a great get away spot for our family of 7. Fit us all perfectly. I had all the utensils needed to prepared/store food for us for the week. We came in the off season, so the pool wasn't open yet. But nice quiet duplex, situated right on the water. We enjoyed the hot tub, and fire place at night. Met the owners of the resort, and enjoyed homemade pizza and ice cream! The road in, is a bit windy to get into the resort. And the master bedroom, was not level, which caused sleeping in the bed a little awkward, and the toilet wasn't set straight so always moved. The kitchen sink was also jacked up, as whoever just redid the countertops didn't set the sink correctly. Hopefully they can remedy this, and then it would get all my 5 stars. Still a very clean and spacious place to stay with a bigger crowd.

I think this location is optimum when you’re looking to stay at/near Cumberland. The gated community felt safe, there was very little traffic that allowed our kiddos to use their scooters, we were 20ish minutes to burnside marina, and access to the community pool was such a plus! The lake view was pretty! We would definitely stay again.

Everything was great! Very nice place. Quiet gated community with own boat ramp was very convenient. We will definitely book again!

Came here for a short stay to celebrate spring with my kids (9 & 12) and our family friends. The house was very clean and up to date. It’s close to many hiking trails and lake access is close by. We opted to check out the natural arch, which was maybe about 20-30 minutes away. We enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit. The hosts were very responsive and even allowed us to extend our check out time a bit. We definitely have this place bookmarked for the future, would love to check it out when the pool opens.

Me and my family stayed there for two nights and it was the best experience ever. Obviously we had no control of the neighbors but they were a big problem from day one but other then That it was a wonderful place and the view is amazing

Owner was very responsive when we needed something. Nice getaway tucked away on the river. Well stocked and thought out with everything you may need. A couple of things of note: 3rd br bunks are a little small for teenage boys. Property is tucked away at the end of a winding road.

Our family had a wonderful time! This place is beautiful and had many amenities that made our stay easy and comfortable. The fire pit with the view of the lake was nice. The screened in porch with grill was perfect for dinner each night. The hot tub was a hit with the teens. Lots of hiking and waterfalls were a 20-30 minute drive away. We really enjoy VRBO’s. This was an extra special place. Our goal was to get away. This home was that. The layout of the home was perfect. We enjoyed cooking on the screened in patio and enjoying dinner on the deck as well . Beautiful kitchen and dishwasher worked so well!! We were right on the lake with a boat dock within walking distance and loved that we could launch our kayaks there. There are several homes in the area and this is a duplex. We had no trouble with the folks next door but they left shortly after we arrived. We didn’t use the hot tub. Just too hot for that but it looked clean and hot. We built a fire in the fire pit and my boyfriend and I sat out there, listening to and playing our own music. This is truly a “get away from it all” location. It took about 15-20 min to get to the main road that will take you into town where grocery stores are. This road is winding and once you’ve been down it a few time, it’s comfortable to drive. Make sure you bring any grocery’s you might need when you come out or make a trip into town when you’re ready. This is not a location you can just “run down the street” to grab something. We loved it and everything about our stay was great!!

Everything was great. The king bed in the master was so comfy! Very neat and clean with a fully stocked kitchen. We would stay again.

This place had a nice layout and the two decks were nice especially the screened top deck. It has a good view of the water but not direct water access. I didn’t realize this was a duplex so we dealt with some extra noise through the walls that we didn’t expect but privacy was not an issue. The townhouse is updated and clean. The pool is conveniently right across the street. We enjoyed the fire pit roasting s’mores. The master bed is so comfortable! The owner is very responsive and helpful. I would book this property again.

Our family group was comprised of four adults with three children. The three bedrooms worked very well because one had two bunkbeds. That really helped. All in all the place worked out well for eating and sleeping. The only drawback to the property was the fact that it is half of a double bungalow. Hence we had noo control over the other side, which at times got quite noisy. Also the property is well off the beaten track and not so easy to access.

My boys absolutely loved staying here. The porches were amazing.

House was very clean and comfortable. Hot tub took over 24 hours to heat up and never stayed above 91. Communication with Tracy was great and always very quick. Beautiful location.
