L accueil de l hôtel est exceptionnel personnel à l' écoute vous guide pour vos déplacements.. hôtel super propre personnel de l entretien très sympathique la piscine est un vrai plus et l'hôtel est idéalement placé pour visiter Marseille nous reviendrons avec un grand plaisir

Le personnel est très accueillant et souriant. La chambre était très propre et le petit déjeuner était bon. L'hôtel est à proximité du métro et du tram dans un quartier calme. Le plus c'est la piscine qui est fort agréable avec la chaleur Marseillaise.
Si je devais faire un commentaire négatif se serait que la moquette pourrait être changée dans la chambre car elle était abîmée. La salle du petit déjeuner est un peu petite si tout le monde descend en même temps.

Secure parking for motorbikes. Staff were friendly and helpful. A short walk to the main attraction but didn’t mind that. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby.
Hallways were dark, just needs a freshen up.

Le parking n’est pas adapté il se situe à 3 rues et il faut appelé le pour se faire ouvrir vraiment pas pratique
Le parking et la pub du rooftop ou au final il y a 1 table en plastique et 2 chaises c’est plus un fumoir qu’un rooftop

very clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful , the hotel was very clean and an overall amazing stay
the only down size i would say it is that there was no mini fridge in the room…. as a family with a baby this would have been amazing for storing baby food or milk

The pool, comfy bed and Lucy the helpful receptionist who advised me where to go for dinner and the sights.
Biscuits weren’t always replenished by the kettle.

The pool was nice and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was good sized and the location was close to the Blancard station.
The carpet in the room was a bit old and worn, some people staying at the hotel were partying so quite noisy in the night.
There's some nice bulangieries around.

Hotel is in a not nice location . This town wasn’t what I expected to see. Also Hotel’s gym is not like in photos. Gym was very small.

We loved the location; not in the thick of the action, so we could really relax, but also a seven minute tram ride to the port, so we could get into Marseille easily. For us, the real highlight was the staff; this property is run like a family hotel, and the desk couldn’t do enough for us and our three children. This Kyriad is a real find and it’s the staff that make it an excellent place to stay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I could get all advice I needed, and they even helped me save money. The room was very comfortable and quiet. I definitely recommend this hotel.
Water did not flow very well in some of the sinks in the bathroom. Could be improved. Overall, it was manageable but this can definitely be improved.
