Having the beach toys to use ; clubhouse access; great mattresses and pillows ; good scattering of kitchen accessories ; nice hot tub and pool. Clean and welcoming. Beautiful .

Disappointed that we were unable to use their golf cart. Also though we were supposed to have access to the Destiny Club we did not. The house was nice with a lot of space. It does, however, need some maintenance. Dishwasher soap holder was broken. Master shower faucets were not right, handle off a door. The carpets all need to be replaced or flooring put down. They all had stains from spills and looked awful. Makes the house “feel” dirty. Nice location with a beautiful view. Cushions on pool lounges have not held up well. Enjoyed the hot tub and nice to have our own pool even though if we wanted it heated (we opted not to) there would be an extra daily fee. This we were not made aware of until we checked in.

The house is beautiful but needs lots of updates! The bar stools and carpets are disgusting and so dirty! There were what looked to be roaches upstairs and it just made our stay uncomfortable! The neighborhood is beautiful and we have stayed in this neighborhood several times but this house definitely needs updated and a good cleaning! Also the pool was not working completely and the fridge took forever to get cold.

This was an awesome vacation stay. The rental was clean and very accomodating for our stay for nine ladies. Customer Service was great! The amenities was just awesome. I cant say enough about Rendezvous Paradise and I would recommend to anyone. Thank you for a great stay!

We had a group of 14 women for our annual girls trip. The house worked great, especially having so many bathrooms. The pool area is great-very spacious and the views were beautiful. Especially, the sunsets. The only drawback is that it does not offer private beach access. Public beach is close by at the Crab Trap, but you can no longer rent beach chairs and umbrellas there, which we prefer rather than carrying everything

The house was exceptionally clean. It met all of our needs. No issues what so ever. Would definitely recommend it. Looking forward for our future trips.

The chairs outside need cushions . No electric plugs worked outside. The water was cut off while we there . So I had to take time out of my vacation to handle that!! The doors going outside are hard to close . The ice maker in fridge doesn’t work. Had to go by ice for our drinks.

Great spot for beach access and all the amenities and space needed for a large group.

Wonderful location in a gated community. Spectacular views of the water from the balcony. Delightful backyard pool. Plenty of room for family to enjoy the home in their own bedroom.

The house and it’s architecture is beautiful! Gated community is great! Lake front property and being close to beach can’t be beat!

Unfortunately during our stay we experienced issues with the pool and spa almost the entire time. Whole system breakers had to be reset 4 times, the controller by the spa did not actually control everything so we woke up with the pool at 100 degrees, which made the pool not as enjoyable the last 4 days. The spa jets are very loud during operation due to their design, needless to say we did not use them because of this. Some issues with the tile work inside the house; big gouges in a few areas and master bathroom had loose tiles that could’ve been hazardous. Roaches inside the last couple days (somewhat understandable with how prevalent they are in Florida). The grill is pretty old and didn’t have a grease catch underneath (which we didn’t realize until after a grease mess was all over the ground).

The Vacasa Property Managers were excellent to deal with.

Overall it seems like the new owners should’ve put an extra week or two of repairs into the home before bringing it to the rental market. Pool and spa equipment should be replaced and be able to all be controlled at the spa. Tile work should be fixed for safety reasons.

Has the potential to be a 10/10, hopefully the owners will fix these issues for their future renters!!

We stayed here for 2 weeks to get out of the cold weather. The house was very comfortable and clean. The pool and hot tub were stunning and the views were very relaxing- killer sunset! Enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony and a quick walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again. This house is new to the Vacasa portfolio.

We love this house! The view was incredible and everything was close to the house. We can drive golf carts to the beach. The house was very clean and nice.
