The house was even better than the pictures. We loved it and will definitely stay here again. Lots of beach chairs, toys coolers, cart and umbrellas. Plenty of towels and kitchen items. House is located between 2 public access points, near public parks and easy to access. Area was great not too crowded. Just short drive or walk to great restaurants. Host was very easy to deal with and the booking and check in process was a breeze. 5 stars for sure!

My friends and I came to celebrate my birthday. The house exceeded all expectations! It was spacious and clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The beach was just a short walk from the house. Excellent restaurants are in very close proximity to the house. Gerise was an excellent host and was very responsive. If you are coming to Indian Shores, you will not be disappointed if you book Gerise’s beach house!

This house is in a great location! Not right on the beach but just one street over. The house has everything you need for a beach vacation. Chairs, towels, cooler, etc. There are great restaurants and bars within walking distance too. We would definitely go back!

We enjoyed every moment of our time in Indian Shores. The property was large enough to accommodate all 7 of us comfortably and the house was stocked with more than what we needed during our stay. The owners communicated well with us and we appreciate them sharing their home!

This property was far more than the pictures show! Our group was so impressed with the beauty of the home, cleanliness, and space! It is about a block from the beach aces point, but even with kids, it was an easy walk! They have everything beach related you could need! We will definitely book again!

We had such an amazing stay at Gerise & Steve’s property on Indian Shores! Gerise was super responsive to all of the questions we had prior to our stay & even allowed us to move up our check in time to fit our need. The house was beautiful, spacious, clean & had an amazing view. There are multiple fun places to visit within walking distance & not to mention, the beach access was just steps away! We would all highly recommend this property & Gerise & Steve as your hosts! We will definitely be back to visit soon!

The property was great. It had everything we needed and plenty of bedrooms for our family. It was clean and had a nice view of the beach from our bedroom. We did have one small issue and Gerise responded quickly and it was fixed in just a couple of hours. She was very responsive and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again.

The unit was as described in the listing/pictures. Everything needed for a great beach vacation was there! Plenty of beach chairs and toys for all. The public beach access is about a 5-minute walk south of the unit.

our family love the house! 5minutes short walk from the back of the house to the beach. We flew in from out of town, the house got enough beach chairs and umbrellas for us. what I love the most is how quickly the owner responded to us when we have questions. Have not have that experience with VrBO rental before. thank you for sharing your vacation home with us! We love the area and the house. We ll be back.

Everything is updated and clean. There's plenty of well furnished outdoor space to allow for a bit of separation with a large group. Everything you might need for a beach day is found in the garage. Lovely home!

Our stay at the Blue Shore Beach House was perfect. We had the most amazing time. The house was spacious and large enough for the entire family to gather, cook meals, or just relax and unwind. It was just a short walk to the beach to enjoy the blue waters and sunsets. The provided beach buggies, chairs, umbrellas, and toys made it a no-hassle experience. The location is perfect. The very short walk to Indian Shores Coffee Shop for breakfast and Salt Rock Grill for dinner were great. Gerise and Steve were great hosts! They were very welcoming and responsive to any questions that we had. We are already looking at dates to return. Couldn't ask for anything else.

The property was exactly as described. Conveniently located to the beach. An overabundance of beach gear. The spa was perfect for us at the end of a long day. Communication with the owner was excellent and they were very responsive. Well-furnished a with beds that were extremely comfortable. Place was perfect for our beach week and we would happily return.

We really enjoyed our time at Indian Shores! It is so convenient to walk to the beach. Gerise was an amazing host and makes sure you have everything you need for your stay. The house was very well stocked and really felt like a home away from home! The hot tub was a nice treat especially when the weather was not the best. We loved our stay and would stay again when we come to the area!!!

The house was very clean. The owners equip the home with everything you’ll need while in the home and at the beach. There were 7 of us. They had more than enough beach accessories for us. The owners responded in a timely manner whenever I messaged them. The only thing is this home is located about 30 minutes from Downtown St. Pete, but other than that, definitely recommend this property! I was highly pleased.

This house is amazing. Beautiful decor, location was great, fully stocked and all around wonderful! We stayed last weekend and had a great time. The owners were so easy to work with and I would highly recommend this property!

Renting this house was the first time I ever used VRBO. I was very hesitant at first because I’ve always used a realty company and didn’t know what to expect. My worries we’re quickly out at ease with the owners, Brad and Kristin!! From the beginning, they were absolutely wonderful!! I knew what to expect during my stay. I really appreciated the packet they provided with details about the property, places to eat and visit, and what items would be provided to us (huge help when packing for our trip!). When we arrived, we were met with the red tide. The owners knew about the red tide before we did and even sent us other beach areas that would be safe to go to until the red tide passed. They didn’t have to warn us about the red tide or provide us with safer areas to go to, but they did. Out of everyone’s control, there was an issue the first day with the button to the hot tub. Brad and Kristin were very responsive with getting back to me and tried to troubleshoot. When the troubleshooting didn’t work, they were quick to work on resolving the issue and kept me in the loop with everything. The owners were very caring, helpful, and went above and beyond!! If we decide to vacation in Indian Shores again, this will be the ONLY place we will stay at!! The house is really in the perfect place! For groceries, you only need to go a mile away at the Winn Dixie. Prices were a lot cheaper than Publix and the staff were very nice. There is a coffee shop at the end of the block, but I preferred the Dunkin Donuts that was less than 2 miles away (it’s a nice walk in the mornings). There is a seafood market right before Dunkin Donuts that has great tuna steaks and shrimp. If your like my husband and I that enjoy having a miniature golf competition, you can walk to one a little over a block away. Everything is a nice walk away or a short drive. The beach access is very nice. There is a little park across the street from the beach access that has a place to rinse off at. The house is also stocked with beach supplies! The chairs, cooler, beach towels were a God send!! Everything about the house met our expectations and more! The house is tastefully decorated and the rooms are very spacious. Nothing in the house seemed like it was a rental. It’s well taken care of and is very welcoming. The area is very quiet and the locals were very nice. You will not be disappointed choosing this house for your next vacation! Brad and Kristin have definitely raised the bar! 🙌🏼

We absolutely loved this place! The elevator was so handy for luggage, super clean, the walk to the beach was only a couple minutes away the shower by the spa was super handy. Definitely recommend staying here we will definitely be back!!

Couldn’t have asked for anything better - great location with just a short few steps away from the beach, clean & updated living spaces and right in the heart of great local restaurants! We would love to stay here again!

This house was one of the best we've stayed in! SO many amenities: about a 5 minute walk to the beach, could park our 2 cars in the garage, elevator which we used mostly for luggage for the 3 levels (but also for our arthritic knees), hot tub in a covered area outside, grill, TV in every bedroom, multiple beach chairs, umbrellas, large beach cooler, 2 beach strollers to transport beach items were just some of the things to enjoy. They had a high chair and pack-and-play which was perfect for our 10-month old, and less for us to have to pack and transport.. Enjoyed the nice appliances, washer/dryer, etc as well. Was a great place to relax and chill all day, or to come back from a tiring day on the beach. Fairly short drive to Hubbard's Marina (deep sea fishing, nice outdoor shopping strip mall, pizza, etc). Brad and Kristin were extremely communicative and responsive during the entire process, which we were so thankful for! Can't wait to stay there again!

The barbecue grill was trashed and unusable. We had a new grill the next day. The home was very clean and comfortable. Huge kitchen.

The property and stay was amazing! Close to restaurants, shops and of the course the beautiful beach! Only complaint is for our 4 day stay we had to buy toilet paper. A stay that short with 7 people should supply enough.
