The house was beautiful - just as it appeared in the listing. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook big meals, the beds were comfortable, and the game room was a huge plus in that it allowed for separate hangout areas. We opted for the pool to be heated and our kids spent every morning swimming, even when it was certifiably cold outside! We would definitely recommend this rental.

We absolutely loved this property! Of any home we've rented, this was the best by far. Everything was immaculate. The view was gorgeous. It was so relaxing sitting out back listening to the pool, the creek and the wildlife around us. I even caught a nice little bass in the creek right there in the backyard.
The hosts were also very courteous, helpful and kind.

The property is exactly as described. Luxurious home on a quiet residential street about 20 minutes south of downtown. Large deck overlooks a beautifully manicured and maintained pool/backyard area. Plenty of comfortable beds for my group of 15 friends. Host responded quickly. Check-in process was simple/efficient. 10/10 review

We had the best time celebrating our parents 50th anniversary at this beautiful home. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, stunning views on the patios, kids had a ball in the game room and we even caught a bass in the creek! Thank you so much for a perfect stay where our whole family could enjoy!

Look no further (trust me I looked all over for the perfect house and this is it!). This house had everything you could want! Games, pool, amazing deck space, fully loaded with towels, shampoo, everything you could think of in the kitchen. So much care and thought went into set up of the home and the amenities not to mention Leah the host just being an outstanding communicator and tour guide with recommendations along the way. Order your groceries to the door, park the car and you wont have to leave this beautiful oasis! The beds and linens are top notch as well!

We cannot have had a better experience visiting Austin. The house was absolutely beautiful, looked exactly like the photos, and was spotless upon our arrival. Additionally, Leah was so accommodating during and prior to our stay, we are so appreciative of her for that! The house was also equipped with everything you needed!

We had a family gathering with ages ranging from 16 to 85. We had people of various levels of physical ability and we were able to accommodate everyone. The home was immaculate and the beds were extremely comfortable. Having dinner on the upstairs balcony while overlooking the pool and the creek was simply delightful. We had a wonderful time!

Everything about this experience was perfect. The house was beautiful. The hosts were communicative and accommodating. The beds and pillows were all comfortable. The pool and hot tub were easy and beautiful. The game room allowed us to play like kids and make memories on our last night. And the porch table was big enough for the 11 of us to eat and have our coaching sessions. My amazing private chef lives just 15 minutes away and took care of all our food. Simply amazing. The house was beautiful, well-equipped, well-maintained, with enough space and beds for a large group of 17. Tastefully decorated, with beautiful views of the trees and creek from 2 expansive porches. We stayed over one of the hottest weekends of the year, and the house was cool and comfortable. 80th Birthday Weekend
Our family had a wonderful stay. The pictures are exactly what you get. The outdoor space on the various levels of the house were very enjoyable. The lot is quiet and private with a lot of trees to produce shade for the outdoor space. Plenty of interior space including the air conditioned garage turned into a game room. The house was perfect for our group and a great place to celebrate an 80th birthday with family.

90th Birthday Celebration
This property is beautiful! It is a very quiet setting that is very well designed and appointed. The bedrooms are large with plenty of room to move around the beds and the beds were comfortable for all four generations we had staying at the home. Having the game room and pool gave us plenty to do and we were within 10 minutes of Cabelas and many other things to do.

We stayed here for a bachelorette party and it was nothing short of perfect! The house was beautiful and clean, very sizeable with comfortable beds, and had a beautiful patio, deck, and pool/hot tub. Leah, the host, was very generous and communicative. the check-in and check-out process was seamless. It was about a 20 minute uber from the city. It held our group of 15 perfectly!

We booked this house for a weekend getaway with our friends and it was absolutely everything we could have asked for!! The house was beautiful, and super clean. Plenty big enough for our group of 13. The game room was a perfect addition! Everything was just stunning. From the very moment I booked this house.. Leah answered every question that I had and in a very timely manner. She was there if we needed anything at all. Very friendly, and the check in and check out process was super easy! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND booking with her and this house.

Perfect girls getaway!
This property is gorgeous and felt like a vacation in itself. The house is immaculate, updated and extremely well maintained. Some of the most comfortable beds we’ve slept on and the pool and river view was a relaxing escape. The hospitality of the owners was first class…they were very accommodating, responsive and considerate. They left no detail unnoticed. The house and kitchen were better stocked than my own. Access to downtown Austin was easy…took about 15 minutes in an Uber. We’ll definitely be back!
