When looking at the whole week the best way to describe it is amazing. There was plenty of room for the 14 of us plus the dogs.
We spent a lot of time at the house just relaxing, playing games that were at the house and smoking & grilling some good food.
I would definitely like to stay at the house again in the future.
Aaron was a great host. He responded quickly to the questions we had and took care of everything.

This was a nice house with a lot of space that fit our entire wedding party perfectly. It was easy to find and had a ton of nice features and was in a nice/quiet neighborhood with a great view. The only tricky part was parking, but if you plan ahead it's not too bad to organize. Overall very nice experience!

We had a great experience at the house! The house is in a great spot and is a really cool property. Also, I can’t express enough how strong the owner communication was. I would highly recommend this house.

We had a lovely time in Granby! The property was large with lots of nooks and crannies and plenty of space. The kitchen was perfect for hosting a large group. Thanks for the wonderful accomodations!

Well maintained, very roomy for families with toys for little kids and games for older kids as well. Very happy that the yard was fenced for dogs. Great amenities inside and out! Many appliances in the kitchen which made meal prep easy. All kinds of spices available as well. Very nice neighborhood to take walks day or night. We highly recommend the Barn Wood Beauty!

The house was beautiful with amazing views and lots of space. They have a ton of games to keep you entertained. The kitchen was my favorite with the six burner stove. We all enjoyed ourselves!!!

The communication with the property managers was easy and prompt — and they were incredibly kind. The yard is fenced and we were able to bring our little pups who love to travel with us. The views of the mountains, sunrises, and sunsets were beautiful. The hot tub was perfect after a day on the mountain, and the drive was quick.
There was room for everyone to spread out but also plenty of room in the main living areas for everyone to comfortably be together. The home is decorated tastefully, has comfortable beds, and two refrigerators — which is a must for as many people as we have with us. It is located very close to a grocery and liquor store, making it easy to pick up forgotten or needed items. We’ll definitely be staying here again.

Perfect House/Perfect Location
This was the perfect house for our group…a combination of friends and several generations of family (ages 2 to 64)! We loved skiing Granby Ranch which was very close by. It wasn’t crowded and everyone had a blast. We even walked to the grocery store one day. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and there was ample space for everyone to sleep comfortably. The kitchen was well stocked and we even cooked on the grill in negative degree temps.The microwave wasn’t working and the host replaced it immediately. There was no television in the main living area which was actually wonderful. We talked, we laughed and we played music. One night we had a dance party! For television lovers, there were plenty of TVs throughout the house, including the living space on the second floor. We would definitely stay here again. We made lots of wonderful memories.
