We brought our college aged kids down for spring break. It was an easy drive to the beach and restaurants.

Amazing house and property! Pulled up to a gator on the lawn! (Neighbor said they have a 6, 8 and 10 foot around). Saw a 2nd one a short time later in bigger body of water, but none after that. So much wildlife to see and things to do. Kids stayed busy fishing off the 2 docks. There were 3 turtles (1 huge one) visiting quite often, as well as lots of other birds and jumping fish. Outside is Paradise! Large area, something for everyone. So pretty! Pool house/bar/bathroom was super convenient, pool was nice and warm, and huge! Lots of seating outside. Inside layout was exactly what we needed and felt very open and airy. 3 different AC zones. Comfortable beds. Clean. 2 washers and dryers, great layout, huge master suite, lots of seating areas, etc. More details for those who like to know: Some things that were there during our stay included 2 pack n plays, 1 high chair, 2 medium fans, big tub of kids toys, 3 kayaks, 1 paddle board, a few life jackets, lots of sand toys, 1 boogie board, 4 lawn/beach chairs plus a short beach chair, 1 cooler I think, 2 bikes, foosball in the garage, bag toss game (corn hole), lots of pool/diving toys, 4 foam pool board/ floaties. It was super nice that they left things previous renters had left, rather than wasting things & needing to buy literally everything for your stay. Ie, they had enough garbage bags, dish soap, decent amount of laundry pods, some toilet paper. Lots of seasonings, condiments, toiletries, etc. LOVED this place!!

This house was absolutely perfect for our 10 count family. The pools was wonderfully warm during our end of February stay. Any minor issues were addressed and communication was excellent. It is not right next to anything but we preferred the location as it was waterfront and allowed the perfect getaway in floridas well known landscape. We enjoyed the sunbathing alligator visitor and the manatee / flipping fish in the canal. We would stay again ❤️

The house and property were great. We took 14 boys for a football tournament and they had a blast. The property was amazing.

Very nice place for families. Accommodating to all ages , 1 year old, 4 and 6 year olds, and adults.

We stayed for four nights. The house was clean a had a lot of great spaces to have our strategic yearly meetings.

We had the most perfect stay! The property was beautiful and fully stocked. We wanted for nothing! The home was the perfect backdrop for our Celebration of Life for my husband! The guested had plenty of room both inside and out! Thank you for allowing us to accommodate everything needed, guests, parking, and even a RV guest!! And for being so easy to reach and work with! I would highly recommend this location!

It was great. The house has a great layout and it in a nice, private spot. The pool and multiple kitchens are great for larger groups. Being 5 min from a grocery store was super convenient. Clearwater beach was 15-20 min away and was exceptional. We will be back!

The Belleair estate was a great place to enjoy a family reunion. Our group of 10 was easily accommodated in the 5 bedrooms, and the house and grounds had plenty of spaces to meet and enjoy our time there. We had a couple of issues with the air conditioning and pool, but the management team jumped on them right away and had service technicians out there promptly to fix things. Much appreciated that they responded so quickly. Overall a really nice experience.

We rented this house for our extended family vacation. It was the perfect house for us with plenty of space and all of the necessary amenities. The pool and backyard were ideal. The location was not a far drive from Clearwater beach where we spent a lot of our time (less than 20 minutes). There were multiple refrigerators and two sets of washers and dryers, which was great! The two hosts were also easily accessible via text message, which was very convenient. I would definitely like to come back one day with our large group!

A great location for family get together. Owner was very responsive to any issues. Area was quiet. Kayaks on site and manatees nearby. It was nice the house had AC thermostats in different areas considering how the house was set up.

A truly amazing experience at this property with family and guests. We will definitely be back!! As wonderful as the description and the pictures are - You have to see this place for yourself !

Down to the details of having age appropriate bins of toys, high chair, and two pack and plays to having all the activities to be done right in the home- we went paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing. Swimming in the pool, chalk painting, barbecued, mixed drinks in the outdoor bar, played billiards and poker (as well as tons of board games) and cokes meals in the fully stocked kitchen. This home was exactly what we had in mind when planning the family Fourth of July vacation

Amazing property. We have a quarterly meeting with our managers. We enjoyed our stay from the start. Perfect place to conduct meeting topics and plus if we needed some privacy we had a choice of going to a room, back or front yard or hang out in the dock. We had are meeting but also went fishing off the dock, swimming and played pool. Nice house with everything you need. Thank you Scott

5 dads and 6 twelve year old boys for a long spring training weekend. Perfect house! Plenty of room, pool is huge, pool house with bathroom, bar, and fridge was the dads hang out. Big kitchen, awesome pool table. House really was perfect and there’s enough added things left there that make it feel like you’re borrowing a friends house. We had an issue on day one where the grill propane line was leaking, I texted the host and they had someone there Saturday to fix it while we were out at a game. Publix shopping super close by and Clearwater beach was only a 20 minute drive. We’re ready to put a hold on the property for next year already. Just need to figure out if we’re bringing the moms next year!

Beautiful spacious home in a lovely setting. Convenient but very private. Great pool and veranda with overhead fans. Lots of floaters for the pool, corn hole boards, sandy area for beach toys, and various indoor box games for everyone. We enjoyed the egrets and the jumping fish. The kitchen is totally equipped with condiments and other basics so that we were able to prepare and enjoy meals on property. Lots of mounted tv sets, refrigerators and a gas grill. We would definitely come again!

This house was perfect for our family! Plenty of room for the kids to have their own space and play. Beautiful house and landscaping. Amazing view from the back porch. The house was furnished with everything we needed for a week stay. Even had a highchair for the baby! We enjoyed our stay here!

We had a good time in this home it was clean and a good location. However the listing says 4 bathrooms 16 people. There is a bathroom in the master. Bathroom in upstairs bedroom. One open bathroom for the 3 bedrooms and a toilet outside near pool..This smelled bad. Three fridges in the house none of the ice makers work. The grill was clogged. Not a working can opener and minimal cooking equipment for a house this size. Dishwasher stinks doesn’t drain all the water out. Old stove not ideal for 16 guests. Some loose pavers near pool. Some upkeep to the property could help to justify the price.

We arrived on a Thursday after 4 days at Disney…once we found the house (wasn’t expecting a gravel road to get to it) everything was very clean. While most of our time was spent in the pool, it was a very relaxing location. My biggest surprise was the only way to get upstairs was the spiral staircase. Izabella was very helpful and easy to deal with. For a party of 11, we had enough room to move around in and enjoyed our stay.

This resort is even greater in person! The amenities are unbelievable with something for anyone in your group to do. The home was incredibly clean with fresh sheets on every bed with plenty of extra towels/sheets. Izabella was also very helpful with any questions or concerns during the entire process. If you have a large group, there is no better spot to stay in Florida.
