It is a VRBO, so expectations can't mirror that of a hotel stay. With that being said, this place was far beyond my expectations. Especially, consideting some of the reviews. Of course things could always be cleaner, but this place was not a dump. There are specific rules that are communicated upon your stay. Clearly, some dont abide by them. Nearly all window blinds were unworkable, but if the owner had to buy blindsfor every stay, that obviously is unrealistic. It was clear that an event or party took place at some point, but its in the rules not to do so "prohibited." Its that simple. It was very easy to just relax with my fiancé here. It did get a little noisy at times, but given the location that should be expected. One downside was that we were resting downstairs and someone just walked right in to change the battery on the door. We told her to go ahead considering she had already barged in, but she respectfully left. They of course had my number and could have texted or called, but other than that, this place is fantastic! We also ended up never using the upstairs bathroom because there was a handprint smear on the wall behind the tp, that grossed us both out. The downstairs bathroom was spotless, so It was not a big deal. Some of these reviews are just not reflective of how nice this place is, the location, and how everything was made available to make our stay very nice. I appreciate that this place was available and comfortable. Thank you!

The property manager was very responsive and easy to talk to. The location was perfect and able to walk anywhere you needed to go. The spot was clean and I never felt uncomfortable. I will be staying here my next visit and I recommend everyone else to also.

Nice perfect week at the flat. Perfect location nice flat for us (3). Clean and full equipped. Things to improve …black out at the windows too much light early in the mornings because of no black out …and upper windows with nothing the toilet upstairs with no door…not nice. Otherwise everything works for us and I must recognize I love the location and the flat and thanks the owner aloud us a late check out that was perfect not to rush the last day. I’ll be back !!

Great space in a perfect location. Didn’t have problems others mentioned- cleanliness, A/C, hot water were fine. But for the price they should spring for new sofa pillows; most had holes and stains. So easy to fix

My sister and I stayed at this location. We were right in the mix of where we wanted to be. This was a very easy property to get into and we felt safe. The space was cozy and spacious. We will recommend to others.

3 of us stayed here for 2 nights (2 adults, 1 teen). Sent 2 messages prior to the trip that went unanswered. We encountered some real challenges upon arrival with door codes and access, but worked itself out within 20 minutes. Pros and Cons: 1. Place looks as advertised - layout and features. 2. Kitchen is spacious but fridge space consists of 2 "dorm" fridges and 1 freezer - all side-by-side under the counter island area. 3. Bedding and linens need to be refreshed - old and stained linens for the pull-out bed in living area and pillows were very well used. 4. A/C can't get below 68 degrees, which might be just fine for most folks. Felt super hot at night. Ceiling fans don't circulate at high speed so they don't offer much relief. 5. Stackable washer/dryer very handy! 6. Layout on 2nd floor is particulary odd - sink in bedroom; toilet behind a pull curtain with no real privacy. 7. Shower is terrible - hot/cold are extreme - nobody could get a normal temperature. 8. Lighting is odd - tons of little lights, but somehow not enough to brighten the space. The shower has NO LIGHTING anywhere around it. If you shower during daytime hours, the light comes through the window, but otherwise it's just dark. 9. Quiet location and felt very safe. 1 block from Ocean Drive; close to restaurants and beach. 10. Super nice to have beach towels and sunscreen on the table by the front door. 11.
