This is our 2nd time at this property! Great location in a friendly residential area. close to all beaches, great restaurants and most important golf! Seemless check in and Maggie the owner would answer questions with in the half hour! House is totally equipped with everything you'd need to make for a perfect stay ans it's super clean!!!!!! House is very comfortable with an abundance of supplies for pool and beach. The hot tub and pool were the easiest to use of the many houses we have rented. Outdoor area was roomy and again comfortable furniture including lounges, rocking chairs, table and chairs. Super clean!

This is the second year that we have rented this house for Thanksgiving. My parents live in Bonita Springs so this location is ideal for us. We love the pool and outdoor area! The house is well equipped with lots of extras! The hosts provide everything that you need for a comfortable vacation including bikes, pool towels, beach equipment, shampoo, soap, and more. There is a big table for family game night too!

We chose this home while visiting our daughter in college for a week. We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The pool and sauna were fabulous and we used every day. Beach was a 5 minute drive and we were thankful for the beach chairs and beach gear to use. Will definitely stay here again when we come down in future.

Stayed for 2 weeks daughter and family joined us for first week son and family joined us for second. All had a good time. Great location enjoyed the pool beach and restaurants as well as meals around the pool.

We had a great time at this house. It's in a good location. They have everything that you need to enjoy your time at the house, in the pool, or a day at the beach. I would recommend renting a truck to take all the supplies to the beach. I would stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Pool, bikes, close beaches!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this lovely home. Everything was perfect and we really appreciated the host’s efforts to make sure the house was fully equipped with just about anything we could possibly need. We have stayed at several properties in the area over the years and this was definitely the best!

Wonderful property to rent! Stayed for five nights in March with two of our grown children to visit family in Naples. House is beautiful: open-concept kitchen, living, and dining area that feels larger than the photos can depict. Comfortable beds; pool & spa; can park vehicle in garage (with use of included opener); beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and even four bikes to use for the 2-mile jaunt to beach; washer/dryer and second fridge in garage—everything is provided! Every kitchen item, utensil, or appliance you need is covered. Home is also well stocked with paper towels, napkins, dish soap, hand soap, TP, sunscreen, laundry detergent to get you started, so you don’t have to make that initial store run until after you arrive and take stock of what you may need/prefer; makes restocking the home much easier. Neighborhood is quiet and convenient to everything. I had a quick question for the owners a few days prior to our stay: I received an email response within 5 minutes. Our family can’t recommend this property more highly—just book it; you will not regret it!

Lots of attention to detail made this an awesome place. The kitchen was beautiful with more equipment than we needed. Ample towels, including beach towels, pool noodles and floats were great for the pool. We did not go to the beach, but there were beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and a cart. One of our group uses a walker and the place has only one tiny step up, which was not a problem and the steps into the pool were more navigable with the railing than others we have tried. This location in Bonita Springs is one of our favorites. 30 minutes from downtown Naples, 30 minutes from Fort Meyers, 10 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to groceries and restaurants, including The Royal Scoop.

Very clean. Well kept. Super house, location, pool. Well supplied kitchen. Second refrigerator in garage. Pool toys and beach everything. Bicycles. Towels galore. We loved everything about it. Garage door opener was also provided. We will definitely return. Owner very responsive.

We had a great time on vacation here with our family. The home is beautiful and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kids loved the pool and spa. We went to the beach one day and it was great to be able to use the beach chairs and umbrella that were available. Thank you Maggie for being such a great host!

Super comfortable home, with all the amenities you could ask for!! Well appointed kitchen with plenty of dishes, glassware, tea towels, etc. We made great use of the pool/spa every day. Bedrooms & furniture were all comfortable. The extra refrigerator in the garage was a huge plus! We are looking forward to booking our next stay here again. Thank you for making us feel so comfortable.

Rented the home towards the end of January 2023 with extended family. The home is equipped with all amenities we could use. Very clean and spacious. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. The pool and hot tub are the highlight of the stay. We had 80 degrees and sunny. Spent a lot of time around the pool. Internet worked well. I wouldn't hesitate to book again when visiting the area. Owners we very helpful and responsive. Located near Publix and a variety of restaurants. Home is secure and in a good neighborhood.

Great place to relax-wonderful pool

We were so thrilled with this property that I attempted to book again for next year, but unfortunately someone beat me to it!! The house is exactly as pictured, beautifully updated, with wonderful kitchen, dining and family room all open. Bedrooms very comfortable and the best master shower I have ever used. Although I did not use myself, my son and grandson thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub/pool combination. The home is situated perfectly in Bonita Springs. Close to beaches, shopping and all other attractions, but just far enough away to not hear all the traffic noise from Bonita Beach Rd and Tamiami Trail. Maggie was very accommadating and a pleasure to work with. This was the 4th rental property I have stayed in in Bonita Springs and I would highly reccommend it.

This property exceeded our expectations with its excellent layout, beautiful furnishings, spectacular pool/spa area and amazingly location. The posted pictures actually understate the beauty and convenient layout. We have rented many houses over the years but have never experienced the level of equipment and supplies provided. We were amazed at the amount of supplies available such as: paper towels, laundry soap, toilet paper, kitchen wraps, bath soaps, etc. The level of kitchen equipment, utensils, supplies, towels (bath & pool), bedding, were second to none. Typically when renting a house, you run off the the grocery store to purchase all these supplies that were already available. To be fair to the owners, we replenished the supplies used, but the convenience of starting in a fully stocked house was fantastic. The use of the garage to park the car was a nice added bonus. We rented this house while we were addressing damage to our condos on Fort Myers Beach. This location was extremely convenient for us and provide a great opportunity to relax in the afternoons and evenings. In summary, the positive ratings and comments for this property that are on the VBRO site are 100% accurate. Thanks Maggie!!!

We couldn’t believe all the bits and bobs supplied with the house, which meant we didn’t have to go straight out to buy washing powder, toothpaste etc etc. kids loved the pool and all the games. Amazing location. We have been staying in Bonita Springs for 20 years and this was the best property we have ever stayed at. We are so sad to leave and would very much like to rent this property again.

We had the most amazing time at Jerry and Maggies’s beautiful beach retreat! This place has it all. We just got home and already can’t wait to go back! This rental is 10/10+. Not only does it have everything you need, the pool itself is worth its weight in gold. We traveled with our 3 and 7 year old. I started every morning drinking coffee out on the lounge chair by 8 am watching my kiddos in the pool. We spent quite a few days just hanging at the pool and going out for dinner. We did go to the beach for a few hours a couple times as well. Bonita Beach is literally 2 miles down the road. Go in the afternoon around 3 and order pizza from Docs. You can enjoy dinner on the beach (or at one of the lovely picnic tables lining the beach)! Coconut Jack’s was mediocre but did the trick. Flippers was good and the view is lovely. If you’re looking for a beautiful night out (sans kids), you have to try The Bay House in Naples. Dinner was incredible! This house is close to everything. We made a couple trips to Publix, which is basically across the street. If you forget any beach supplies - there is a swim/souvenir shop at the top of the road. There is a Starbucks and many other restaurants close-by too - you’ll have many options! There is mini golf within walking distance and ice cream just up the road. This location is really a dream! If you’re really looking for an amazing day and have boating experience - drive down the road about 2 miles and rent a pontoon boat from Bay Water Boat Rentals. Go under New Pass and park the boat on one of the beaches across from Dog Beach! Best day EVER! We had a minor issue that came up that was quickly resolved. Maggie and Jerry were very attentive and quick to respond. The ‘Welcome Book’ says that the pool cleaning service comes on Mondays but she came on Friday of our stay - no big deal but she put chemicals in and then told us we couldn’t swim for at least an hour. We had been in the pool when she came so if I knew she was coming - I may have made other plans for Friday morning. This was the most beautiful home and property and we had the most relaxing week! Would recommend to anyone looking in the area! Already can’t wait for a return trip.

Very very fonctionnal house with bikes, chairs, body and soap, good mattress, barbecue. Very easy to go to the beach with the bikes and good for the planet. We loved the pink bike. Maybe the house is a little dark inside for a vacation, but it's a good way to keep it cool. Bonita Springs beaches are very nice.

We have done many VRBO rentals over the years. This property was one of our favorites! Location was great, had everything we needed and then some, pool and hot tub were clean & nice sized. Beds were comfortable, nice sized kitchen for great meals with our family, communication with the owner was helpful & price was appropriate with no surprise fees. We would definitely book this home again!

The property was exactly as you see it on VRBO but once there it so much more. Very clean and very well stocked. The owners didn’t miss a thing. Many beach items including towels and pool toys which we used daily. My girls used the bikes to explore the quiet streets. Location was great close to Barefoot Beach, Bonita Beach, Publix, Leonis Pizza and Sweet Melissas ice cream Yum to both! Looking forward to doing it again.

The house has everything you need. Pool, Whirlpool, well equipped kitchen, nice rooms, comfortable mattresses, great outdoor, nice neighborhood. Everything is close restaurants, supermarket, beach. We will return for sure. Thank you for having us at your little paradise. Alexander, Yvonne, Lola

The home was ideally located. Minutes away from Bonita Beach and close to restaurants and supermarkets. The home has been remodeled with modern conveniences including a lovely kitchen that is well stocked and a master shower that was our favorite. Pool was a favorite for the children and adults. Appreciated the beach supplies and bicycles. This home made for a great relaxing vacation in Bonita. I can't say enough good things about the owners. They were quick to respond to our questions and even kind enough to have purchased a crib for our granddaughter. It was just perfect. We hope to stay here again soon.

Our family of four visited during Spring Break, and we couldn't have been happier with Maggie & Jerry's property. We have two younger children, and the pool and hot tub were absolutely perfect for them to play in, with plenty of floaties and toys for them to enjoy. Additionally, they have an abundance of beach amenities-plenty of chairs, coolers, etc, which makes a trip to the beach extremely easy. This home is within short distance to some of our favorite beaches, making early morning shell hunts or full day stays at the beach a breeze. The kitchen was very well stocked and the grill was clean and easy to use, which made making meals at home very easy. The home was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the owners were easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this property, and would stay again anytime!

My mom and I stayed for a week, and it really is a nice home. Clean and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the pool and love the location. Close to the beach, but on a nice and quiet street. The owners have everything you could need there, and then some! Great beach chairs, plenty of nice towels and so on. Also responded kindly and quickly with any questions. Five star!!
