We stayed with my 3 teenage / young adults sons . There was plenty of space and a fun basement hangout. We rented a boat and tubed all over the lake. The house is clean and updated. Lots of big tvs for sport watching or movies! We ate dinner on the screened in porch every night and it’s very peaceful. The hike up and down to the lake dock is a little steep but nothing we couldn’t handle. We enjoyed the long weekend !

This lake house is an absolute gem that made for a perfect multi-family vacation location. The accommodations were great with spacious living areas and tastefully decorated interiors, it was perfect for our large group of two families with kids of all ages. The highlight of this property was its location on the shores of Lake Hartwell where the views were awe-inspiring. The private dock offered plenty of opportunities for fun water activities, including boating, fishing, paddle boarding, and swimming – truly a paradise for water enthusiasts of all ages. Additionally, the property's proximity to various attractions and outdoor activities made it the perfect base for exploration. Whether it was hiking through nearby trails, visiting charming towns, or simply immersing ourselves in nature, there was no shortage of things to do for everyone. The property exceeded all our expectations and provided the ideal setting for a blissful multi-family vacation. Everything was as shown in listing. We were there for a fishing tournament and the house was well kept and very clean, parking is good for 2 trucks with boats

House has plumbing issue during our entire stay but the owners are very helpful and courteous. We will definitely stay here again if and when opportunity arrives. Thanks

Our family spent a week at Amy and Todd’s lake home and had an absolute wonderful time. The home is perfect for families with children of various ages as there is plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The dock is great for fishing and relaxing. The kids spent the majority of the week in the water which was never crowded with boats. A beautiful home and we will definitely be back.

Awesome dock and house. Lake was not crowded mid June. Owners are very helpful, timely, and you can tell they care. We will rent here again. Of note, as mentioned in other reviews, walkway from house to dock is steep. Would not recommend for anybody over 70 years old. The trek up and down consequently minimized the trips we made to the house and caused us to spend more time together on the dock...kind of a destination of sorts. Thanks for an awesome stay.

Everything was on point. The accommodations for multiple families were fenomenal. While seating on the dock, the neighbor came over and took few family member for a 90 minutes boat ride, at NO cost to is. That was the highlight for the teenagers. The only item that for me, the property need was a iron, 😂 I know at this DNA not everyone press the clothes Hahaha but our vacations was to witness a college graduation and during the trip the clothes got all wrinkled. Not a big deal, Family Dollar was near the property. Overall the property is amazing. We definitely are coming back.

Amy and Todd were both incredible hosts, contacting me and even offering to come fix a heater! We all enjoyed this house and what it had to offer very much and would love to stay again in the future!

Me and my family enjoyed staying here so much that we're already looking to book again in a few weeks. Amy and Todd's home is by far the CLEANEST home we've ever stayed at and we go on vacation pretty often. Alot of times we've seen nice homes with nice decor but cleanliness would be a problem- but not here!! My children had a blast playing ping pong and football and they had the whole downstairs to themselves while me and my husband enjoyed the peace and quiet above them. We enjoyed fishing and although the walk back up from the doc may be challenging for the elderly, we enjoyed getting a little work out bc Lord knows we need it lol the king bedroom on the main level had the softest sheets I can tell it was high thread count which I really appreciate! Everything was provided such as laundry pods and dish detergent tablets. The porch is absolutely wonderful having a cup of coffee on the rocking chair and enjoying the view. We live in Lawrenceville, GA so it was only 1 hour 20 minute drive for us- the best quick getaway ever! Thank you so much Todd and Amy!!!!!

What a wonderful experience!! The house is great !!! The lake view is amazing!! We Enjoyed every moment. We went kayaking and my son enjoyed fishing!! The basement was the coolest place for our two teens !! The house was perfectly clean and Todd (owner) answer my questions really quick!!! It is the best place to disconnect from all the stress and connect with nature and peace!

Great house, perfect for our group of family and friends for the long weekend. We were able to use the dock for our boat. House was spacious and plenty of room. Cove is large and kids enjoyed the dock, kayak and paddleboard.

Thank you Amy and Todd for a wonderful experience. Everything was spotless. The house was really fun. The bunk room in the basement was perfect for the kids. Also, having the big screen outside that room with the PlayStation and foosball was a big hit for them. The dock and lake were clean. The rooms and bathrooms were really clean. There is plenty of room for a large group. We had 10 people and we definitely did not feel like we were on top of each other. Thanks again!
