The only issue is the shower head. When turned on, it is very strong and water goes over the curtain and get the floor wet. Be careful you don’t fall! Someone could fall on the wet floor and get hurt. You can see this is not a new problem as the bottom of the door frame is discolored, or rusty.

We loved this place my husband and I stayed for our anniversary. It was small but just what we needed for the two of us.

I moved had this satiation before I’m coming for this condo it was not clean the one bed there it was old and when I rent it the said had 2 bed I foiund just one and I sleep it on the floure it was tribbble and I feel like somebody stole my money

Nothing!!!- the room was supposed to be a 1 bedroom unit not a room!! 🙄🤔
It was 3 adults in a 1 bedroom like we n college! 🤬 it was not listed as an air b n b but it was and no type of room service! I DON'T LIKE THOSE AND WOULD HAVE NEVER CHOSE THIS LOCATION 🤬 I WAS CHARGED $168 MORE THAN THE SITE ADVERTISED AND NO ONE IS TRYING TO EXPLAIN WHY...???? I will be calling about this unti I get some answers. Never again!!!

The best thing about this room was the view. The mattress was of poor quality with odds and ends for kitchen utensils. Basic things such as kleenex is omitted from their inventory. Overall cleanliness of the facility was in disarray. Not impressed at all for the cost and all the extra fees attached.

Overall our stay was nice. Unfortunately only 1 elevator was working during our stay which made it very difficult to get up and down 16 floors. The pullout bed was definitely not made for comfort!! Good location and the beach was fabulous. The pool area is very nice. Overall for the price it worked out for us.

Accommodations were great. Hard time finding luggage carts though.

Wouldn’t stay again
Overall I wouldn’t stay here again. Problems were discussed with property management. Hopefully these are addressed and fixed for future stays.

Mother/Daughter trip
My daughter and I enjoyed a week at this wonderful bliss. A short walk to the beach, fireworks in the pool, and a nearby beach resturant! A whole little community and most things within walking/golf cart distance. I would definitely recommend and stay at the Luau again.

Wonderful Time!!
We had the best stay ever at the Sandestin!! Room was spotless, great view, comfortable bed. Everything was perfect! The only thing that needs to be changed is, one day we were trying to get on the public tram and we were told we had to have a room key to get on the tram. I told the driver we were staying in a rental and had our green pool bracelets or could show the VRBO reservation but he told us the owner was supposed to provide a room key for access to the tram. Other than that, great stay!!

Easy peasy. Large, comfortable room with a magnificent view. Soft bed. Very clean except for a stray bit of pretzel or Cheerio next to/under furniture. Sure those children had fun- we sure did!

A nice place for the price
The room was located in a great area that allowed easy access to the beach. The room was clean and well stocked.
The company was very responsive and easy to reach at all times when we had questions or concerns.
Our only issue was that we constantly received messages stating there was loud noise coming from our room, a couple times while we were sleeping! We were definitely not being loud, or even speaking loudly. It concerns me that maybe the walls carry too much noise. The room manager was very polite when relating the messages to us and stayed understanding.
