This property was absolutely fabulous! The decor, the layout, the easy access for entry, the location, the rooms, the amenities...every single thing was wonderful and the attention to detail was indeed impeccable! The host, Tim, ensured that our needs were not only met but exceeded by being responsive and accessible.
We will definitely make plans to visit again in the very near future! If you are looking for a retreat away from home, I highly recommend that you look into booking this space!

The house was stunning and clean. It had all the things you would need for a home. Less than 20 minute walk to FQ. Perfect place to stay if you want nightly peace and quiet. Host was awesome and easy to contact with questions.

The accommodations were excellent! Absolutely beautiful and completely stocked with all the necessities when you are traveling. Only downside was the noise level from the party place across the street that seemed to last until 4:00 in the morning.

Great house! It was super clean, A/C worked well, and it had everything we needed. A little farther from everything, but ubers were cheap. Overall, i would definitely recommend!!

This home is truly beautiful and exactly as listed, in a great location and extremely clean. We had 8 in our group and there was plenty of space to spread out and enjoy time together. Beds and linens were high-end and kitchen well stocked. We were so very grateful for the kindness and hospitality of Tim (host) and his response time was super prompt... THANK YOU for a wonderful stay in true NOLA style!

This is the best property I have stayed in and I’ve stayed in many. It is immaculate, bright, well-appointed, very well-stocked, open floor plan with great kitchen in which many can maneuver easily.
It is also in a great location- a beautiful walk to the Quarter through the charming Marigny. Most important Tim is an amazing, responsive host. I can’t recommend this home highly enough.

There were 9 of us who stayed here to celebrate my daughter and her best friend's 21st birthday. The property was EXACTLY as pictured and immaculately clean. The house is gorgeous. 4/5 rooms had their own private bathroom which was really convenient and there was so much space! The open kitchen/living room was perfect for us to just hang out and have drinks. There's an outdoor area as well, but we didn't get a chance to use it because of the weather.
The location was perfect. It's just on the edge of Marigny so not a lot of drunken foot traffic or car traffic. It was quiet. It was nice to have the option to Lyft ($10) to the FQ or walk (about a 15-20 min walk). It was only a 5–7-minute walk to Frenchman Street which was super convenient. We ended a lot of our evening there! I was concerned there would be an issue with parking since it wasn't assigned (we had 2 rental cars for our group), but we never had any issues finding a spot.
Highly, highly, highly recommend Tim's place! He was super responsive. This was probably one of the best rental places I've stayed at!

The property was amazing we had 9 girls with us it and it was plenty of room. Bourbon Street was about a 20 min walk which was awesome!

Entire family gathered for Christmas! House is exactly as pictured. Everything we needed was there and available. Host was exceptional! Plenty of room for everyone!

We arrived around 10:30pm to this gem of a property. Tim has done a great job renovating. It is very clean and comfortable. We were a group of five adult women. We all had our own bed and two sisters shared a bathroom. The first night we ripped into the bag of chips and Prosecco that Tim provided. So wonderful after a travel day! It was an easy walk to the quarter and Frenchmen. We loved Ruby Slippers for breakfast, Who Dat Coffee for a quick brew, and stumbled upon a little treasure called Frenchmen All Day with the most delicious espresso martini made with cold brew. So good! Of course the french quarter was full of even more characters than usual for Halloween. We had so much fun there. And coming home to Tim’s sanctuary at the edge of it all was just perfect! You should stay here!

This was such a beautiful and clean place and had everything we needed or could possibly want. The outdoor space was great. My guests were raving about the house the whole trip. Our group found it to be an easy walk to Bourbon st. and Frenchmen st. The owner was very accommodating and even let us know about an event happening when we were in town. We can’t wait to stay here again next time we’re in town!

Elegant and comfortable accomodation for our large group of adults; short walk to the French Quarter and Marigny; quality bedding and toiletries; spacious open floor plan and private back patio. Owner, Tim, is extremely responsive and helpful and graciously provided bottle of Prosecco to kick start our reunion! Thanks, Tim!!

If I could give Tim 6 stars I would! Everything was seamless from pre to post check-in. Tim was responsive and helpful in every aspect that he could be. The property was amazing! We were able to walk to and from the French Quarter every day, which saved us on Ubers. The space was clean and spacious with more than enough room for our group of 10. Thank you Tim for your amazing hospitality - we can't wait to return to NOLA!

The accommodations were as described in the listing. The distance walking were as expected, a short distance to French Street and reasonable distance to the entire French Quarter and River. We rented a car but only used it for long drives out of the city in the 5 days we were there.
Our host Tim was more than helpful. Any question i had was answered within a short time frame and you could tell he wanted to make sure everyone was going to be taken care of.
Overall it was a memorable experience and i would definitely stay at any of his locations again.

Beautiful, clean and well equipment. Very comfortable. Host was very responsive. It is on a quite street but is also corners a fairly busy street. Loved that it was a historic home.

We traveled to New Orleans to attend the Essence Festival for my 50th Birthday. The property is beautiful, well stocked, and in walking distance (less than 10-15 minutes away) to several restaurants. We easily found places to eat breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even a late night meal. The beds were very comfortable and the patio was a nice bonus.

The owners of this home went above and beyond for us. I made a mistake on how many nights we were staying; all 10 of us could have been out on the street. Tim was so patient & kind helping us stay the final night. The house is in an area that is historic and being revamped by people like Tim. It's walkable to everything just like you see in the description. Inside is gorgeous with top amenities. I feel like if I lived next door to Tim we would be friends...he's that nice. If I go back to NOLA I will stay at this house or one of his other 3 locations. I cannot give you one reason not to book. Do it! You will love it!

Our stay was amazing! Great location- walkable to the French Quarter or Frenchmen St. So clean and comfortable! Our group of 9 ladies were in town for a bachelorette party and we had an amazing time. We all slept comfortably and having so many bathrooms was a huge plus! Tim was an amazing host- would totally rebook if we find our way back to New Orleans.

Immaculate, beautifully decorated, easy walk to French Quarter via Esplanade. Tim went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We took advantage of his restaurant recommendations and loved every one. Highly recommend this rental. Only suggestion is to map out walk to French Quarter via Esplanade.

- lower beds/2 beds were so high we couldn’t climb into them

This place was perfect for the 8 of us to stay for a friend's birthday weekend celebration. It was clean, had excellent amenities, and was in a good location where we were close enough to the action but also able to sleep. We did a combination of eating out and ordering/eating in. Definitely not a disappointment!

Love that we were as impressed with the property as we were when viewing on line! Beautifully furnished with comfortable beds and plenty of essentials! Tim was quick to respond with my questions leading up to our visit, including area recommendations. Loved that we were literally able to walk to the Quarter, Market, and Frenchman Street. 10/10 would stay again!!

This house is exactly like the pictures. There were 9 in our group and we were all very comfortable here. Plenty of room, modern amenities, and very clean. We were able to walk almost everywhere which was super convenient.

Eight people, 4 days/3 nights = Just Perfect. Three of our guys couldn't walk the 4-6 blocks to, much less around, the French Quarter, but the parking was close enough and the rest of us got our steps in. Food was abundant and music plentiful. We're in the wine age now, no longer hurricanes! And we still all had a fabulouos time.

This location was great! We walked to the Quarter and the French Market. The house is like a magazine ad. Truly very nice and comfortable. The owner was quick to respond and very nice.

This property is beautiful and extremely well kept. Each room is lovely and most of the bedrooms have their own bathroom! The back patio is great too. We had 10 adults stay here and it was absolutely perfect for us. Tim is extremely helpful, responsive and accommodating! We had such an excellent trip and we would absolutely book this house again! Such a beautiful and amazing house for our 6 night stay in NOLA. We had a group of six people (five friends and a couple) each of us had our own spacious room and almost every bedroom had an en suite. When we arrived we immediately felt welcomed as there was a bottle of Prosecco and a bag of Zapp’s chips (local NOLA brand). The house was stylishly decorated, comfortable and spacious. The courtyard was peaceful and another beautiful space to be in. Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows, bathrooms had soft and luxurious towels and the great smelling toiletries were a nice touch.
The owner was responsive to all our questions and requests.
Location is perfect between the French Quarter and Frenchman street; both were a 10-15 minute walk. We rented a car and had no issues with finding parking in front of the house.
I would highly recommend staying here and would stay here again if I had a group!
