This property is an amazing gem! My mom, my brother, and I stayed here for a week. We each had our own bedrooms. The kitchen is pretty well stocked with dishes and appliances. We enjoyed the outdoor grill one evening. We were a couple of miles from Wal-Mart and HEB!
We will definitely consider this property the next time we head down to the coast!

Everything was great with one exception. I had requested if it was possible to get an earlier check-in time and received an answer only 4 hours before check-in time.

We like this home a lot. We would stay there again. It’s spacious, clean and well decorated.
It had everything we wanted for our adult son, grandson, grand-dog and us (seniors). Kitchen is well supplied with pots, pans, dishes and wine glasses. The king bedroom has a large Jack and Jill bath that connects to one of the two guest bedrooms. The other guest bedroom is on the other side of the house and has its own bath.
That arrangement worked for us, but we opted for the stand alone bedroom with queen bed. Family members took the others. Outside Area for the dog is large and there’s a doggie door access. Fire pit is a good idea, but bring your own wood and mosquito spray.
Nightly rental cost is so reasonable. Added fees are expected with VRBO.

The bedroom behind kitchen smelt so bad we had to keep the door closed the whole time. The ac was on a timer so at 4pm it was 78’ in the house and we couldn’t adjust ceiling fans. We killed 2 huge roaches in kitchen 1st night. 2nd night the neighbors boxer along with 2 other dogs came out of the doggy door & barked at us for 4 hrs straight we couldn't even hear each other talk. I took a video & my husband went over to talk to them but, I they didn't answer the door.
This is our 3rd annual trip we take my grandson every year for his Birthday. We originally booked 3 nights then my grandson got sick so I called & tried to modify the stay to another 3 days that showed available. But, after spending hrs on the phone I didn't get any cooperation with Vacasa or VRBO. We didn't even get to stay 3 nights as planned because the roads where flooded getting into Rockport from San Marcos, Tx.
So My husband & I only stayed Thurs & Fri.

My family and I visited for the weekend. The house was amazing. There were a lot of mosquitoes so it was hard for us to enjoy the backyard. We did have a small issue with the fridge. It was leaking really bad when we first got there all three beds and the couch are very comfortable, everything was very clean. The neighbors were very friendly. There isn’t a lot of places to eat after 5 o’clock. It was mainly bars but other than that our state was very nice.

The house was beautifully decorated, and clean. This was the first weekly rental that truly had everything we needed in the kitchen!! Pots and pans, dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils! Also, having the dishwasher, washer and dryer were an added bonus! I would recommend the home to fellow travelers, however bring Cutters backyard spray for the mosquitoes! lol 😂

The house was wonderful. Right amount of space and layout was nice too. Back yard and patio were quaint. Only recommendation would be to update the tv to a smart one. And maybe having a few cleaning products, like Clorox wipes or multipurpose spray. Otherwise was a nice getaway.

This was one of the nicest houses we have stayed in of this size. Usually we stay in a smaller house with my inlaws. This time it was just my husband, son, youngest daughter and her boyfriend who stayed at the house. We had plenty of room. We we. The house was very clean and organized stocked. The decorations were beautiful and blend for the area. The only problem were not sure days were trash pickup and recycle days. But other than the house was gorgeous and recommend it to anyone who needs a place to stay.

Very quiet and well equipped. All 3 bedrooms were larger than normal. Kitchen breakfast and living in one large room. Dish TV. About 2 miles from Rockport Beach. Dog friendly.. Close to shops and grocery.

The stay was great, and the house was in a great location but a few things I would like to have had that were not there. Not near enough towels for us to take one bath/shower a day. No wash rags or dish rags. One trash bag. No hand towels or cup towels.

Great experience except for the last night there my son in law got bad food poisoning in the night time and we had to check out late....like around 2 pm instead of 10 am....because he was so sick and they called the cops on us to escort us off the property at 2 pm. While my son in law was deathlu sick, we cleaned that house from top to bottom and even washed the sheets and put them back on for the next guests.
I explained to the housekeeper and even called a 1-800 regarding the sickness trying to let everyone know our issue.
Its too bad they felt we needed to be escorted off the property due to a late check out. We made up for it by everything we did to scour that house, the maids had less than 20 mins of work in there once the cops came. It was unfortunate. And totally beyond our control and I apologized profusely.

Rockport Stay
You thought of almost everything. Very comfortable and accommodating.
Suggestion: cleaning crew could have cleaned outside furniture before our arrival. Had to use towels from inside to sit on.

This is a great rental house. It was clean and had everything we needed. We liked the open kitchen/ family room and has a great back yard.

Lovely house but small internet issue
The house is beautiful and well maintained. I did have to contact the management company when the internet credentials relayed in the welcome email did not work. Took about an hour or two to get us connected to the right person to help us only to find out the correct internet credentials were on the modem the whole time.

This house was wonderful for a family. We had to bring in our own towels because it doesn't have to many. Other than that great yard for kids to play in and location was very nice.

Beautiful and comfortable house!
This is without a doubt the nicest property I have rented for vacation. Everything was immaculate and well appointed. The decor was absolutely charming and soothing. The beds, pillows and linens were extremely comfortable (and I never say that!). It really felt like someone put a lot of thought into what guests might need because almost everything we looked for in the house was provided. Thank you for making our stay in Rockport an utter delight!

I frequently utilize VRBO properties all across the country and found this property to be one of the best I experienced. Clean, conveniently located, very well supplied. I will stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
