The house was perfect for our golf trip. It was very clean and had plenty of space. You couldn't find a better set up for the price. The check-in process was super easy and the host was extremely responsive. The primary thing I'd point out is that it likely can't host 10 single adults on a golf trip. We only had five so this wasn't an issue. There are two queen beds and one king bed. There's a bunk bed set up that likely can't sleep a grown adult comfortably. The couch in the loft has a pull out queen bed. So call it four bedrooms, three beds, one pull out couch and a set of bunk beds. Just pointing that out in case you really need 10 sleeping spots for grown men on a golf trip. Otherwise the place was great, perfect for us, and we really enjoyed it. Thank you!

Host was so kind. We made a last minute request to check in a day early which she accommodated. The place was neat as a pin. Finishes and everything else appear new. Walkable to town for those looking for exercise. Ample parking and spacious garage. Everything worked as it should. Would stay here again.

The house is adorable with great amenities. Accurate description and pictures on VRBO listing. Very reasonably priced. Kind owner who worked with us when our flight was canceled putting us there a day later than expected.

The bedroom listing was not as advertised. One room stated queen and double beds. We were expecting a different set up. We have stayed previously in Pinehurst. Kitchen needed dishcloths, foil, wrap. Would have made a huge difference. Found everything else as advertised.

I’ll start with the house. Great location. Technically could walk to Maxie’s, Pinehurst Brewing and Pinehurst Village but have to cross busy road. Close to Pinehurst Clubhouse and all the other courses. Nice quiet neighborhood. We are 50+ years old so that was what we wanted. House had open living room and kitchen area. Huge table for playing cards. Nice deck that got lots of shade.
Only thing I’ll say is we had 6 adult men and you need to be OK with using the loft area to sleep, which we did not mind at all.
Host was great when we first confirmed and check-in was easy. The thing that made this host go above and beyond is we left 4 golf shirts in a closet. Golf shirts can run $100 each. Host mailed them within 2 days and didn’t charge to ship. Really appreciate it, Sarah. Hope we can stay again next year..

I’m not a tight person, but I didn’t even go upstairs. Tough pill to swallow comparing my overnight stay, and a group of 10-12 for a week. Properly tried to address this prior to check…but, other than that, the place was great.

This home was lovely and comfortable to stay in. I am sure for the Open it will book very quickly. Neighborhood was quiet and even though we didn't use the back yard I'm sure in the summer it is very lovely and inviting.

Four, not five bedrooms. Three full baths, not four. Bunk beds and associated towels not fit for adults. Television limited to streaming apps.

There were only three of us so there was plenty of room. The house had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay. The internet would come and go at times but it wasn't a problem as we weren't working. The area was quiet and the house was just as expected. The beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Overall excellent but lacking in some minor details, ie., no salt or pepper, no sponges and few towels in kitchen, limited tv channels ( unable to view weekend football) . Very nice and comfortable

Amazing house in the village of Pinehurst. Plenty of room, completely updated, easy check-in and check-out process. Great location just a few minute drive to downtown, or Pinehurst Country Club. Would stay here again.

The listing was not accurate! There are only 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. This home will not accommodate 10 guests comfortably!!!! Very disappointed that what we thought we were getting and what we got was totally misleading!!! Tried to communicate with property manager when we arrived but no answer.

Enjoyed the kitchen island with seating, which allowed us to have casual dining while the grandchildren played and watched TV. The 2nd floor open space gave an additional space for them to play. We used the 2 car garage as another play area the grandkids to run around in. The beds and room size made for a good nights sleep.

Lovely home, well appointed, great location to the Pinehurst Harness Track. There were no trash bags, not enough towels and sheets, the ice maker was turned off and the coffee maker was broken. Called number on email and it apparently isn't the correct number.

The house was great and had everything we needed.! My only comment is that the VRBO listing is not accurate. It says 5 bedroom, it’s a 4 bedroom house. Also says one room has two queen/full beds, it doesn’t. Our group of 8 wound up being just 6, so it wasn’t an issue. Had everyone made it, the house wouldn’t have had enough beds. There is a king room downstairs, queen room, bunk room and full bed upstairs (so just 4 bedrooms). In my opinion, the bunk beds can only sleep 1 adult. It’s a very small bed and very shaky. The entire bed moves with every twist and turn.
Great house. Clean and has everything we needed! Highly recommended, just verify there are enough beds for the adults in your group.
