Super convenient location
Minutes from the beach, Publix. We went to the farmers market which was super fun, lots of artisan vendors. House was great, we loved that the beach equipment was already there for use. The pool was so great! Nice and warm, the kids loved the fountains. Would absolutely stay again.

The house is comfy and beautiful clean and it had everything we needed. The beach is around 7 minutes driving and I love the beach because it was not too crowded like other ones. My son enjoyed his time at the pool. They provided what we needed, soaps, shampoo and body lotion towels. Etc I will definitely book again!

Very nice property, clean home close to beach. Thoughtful owners have thought of additional things to make your stay easy from the welcome binder, to the pool, washer dryer, towels, a cooler and a few beach misc items like chairs and a wagon. TVs are in each bedroom and living room. Signs throughout to assist. We enjoyed the home, pool and location. Would stay again.

We stayed at this property for a family vacation with 4 adults and 2 kids. The best part is absolutely the pool! It is humongous, incredibly warm (thanks to the solar cover) and no overbearing chemical smells. It was truly luxurious and we were in it from sun up to sun down. I also loved the updated appliances (brand new washer and dryer). The property manager Elena was very responsive during our stay.

Great property at a great location! We had 6 adults and the space was perfect for us. Heated pool was great for cooler days. Easy walk to the beach and to downtown Venice. Everyone loved it and we would definitely return!

We had the great fortune to stay a few days at this lovely home on Venice Island. Home was very clean and organized. Host has thought of everything. Easy check-in and check-out.

The location is perfect for the beach day, only a short drive or walk. The house was super cleaned, nicely decorated with a super nice pool. The master bedroom could be a little cooler..maybe a ceiling fan because it gets warm with the door shut. Also maybe time to get a new front door

Very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable beds. Near the beach and other amenities. Quiet neighborhood. We stayed in September so off season price made it a good value. Pool was nice but could be challenging for young kids (no railing to hold on to and no side ledge around) however, outdoor area was nice, especially for larger groups.

The home has a great location and nice pool area. The beds were comfortable, and generous with 2 kings, a full and a twin. It had a nice beachy feel. The beach chairs and gear there for use are the best I’ve seen at only rental, we were very impressed.

Great stay. Walked from our airplane at KVNC to house.Walked to Beach. walked to dinner. Had Publix insta cart deliver. So easy!! The accommodations were awesome. Pool was perfect after coming off beach. Great for small families. We will be back

We had a lovely visit to Venice. The location of the house is ideal for being close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The pool was my favorite. It’s large enough to swim laps for exercise and the water was warm enough to really enjoy. The house was perfect for our girls getaway.

Perfect house for a beach stay! Lots of room and everything you can possibly need! Beautiful pool that was so refreshing after a long day at the beach! Beach is walkable if you aren’t bringing a lot of stuff but you can drive right around the corner to the beach where there is plenty of free parking! I will definitely rent again!

We came to visit during red tide, so unfortunately couldn’t spend a long time at the beach so we loved being able to come back to our rental house and relax in the pool. We had everything we needed and slept very comfortably in our bedrooms. Having two bathrooms worked perfectly for our group of six as well.

The house is in a great location, walking distance to the beach and close to downtown Venice. The pool was awesome, so big and the water was at a good temperature. Amy was so helpful, great communication, gave us suggestions of places to eat, golf, visit. It was a great experience!

The home was perfect for my 3 sisters, parents and I. We all slept comfortably and we had plenty of space. The home is lovely and very clean. It is well stocked and the little decorating details didn’t go unnoticed. Amy kept in touch and gave us some great little tips. The location was excellent. So easy to walk to the beach, get to Publix and it’s just quick drive to the Historic district. We loved everything about our staycation!! We would definitely come back.

The location couldn't have been better for what we were looking for, easy access to the beach and Venice. Easy to get around, great communications from the property hosts, and the housekeeping staff get an extra star! Super friendly and seemed glad we were there... and we were!

The property was exactly as listed -- it was clean and spacious and fully stocked. Convenient to great restaurants, shopping and groceries. I'd go back in a heartbeat.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home is very nice and clean and had everything we needed. Only two negative comments. First the property is dated and has some deferred maintenance. Doors and locks stick and the chain dead bolts on front and back door are broken. Secondly we had an issue Saturday evening and called the number provided. We called and texted the property manager. The answering service told us they would get right back to us. We never heard from them.

Great Property - Happy With our Choice
We were very happy with our stay here. The house was clean, and everything was very well organized. The pool and backyard area was awesome and made you feel at home. Upon entry at arrival, there was a “care package” of various food, beverages and other essentials. Communicating with Amy was simple and she was very responsive.

This is a great beach house with quick access to all the Venice beaches. Perfect shark tooth hunting headquarters. House was well equipped and the pool was great after a day on the beach.

Perfect Birthday get away.
It seriously was so perfect. We only wished that you had a first aid kit, unless you did and we didn’t see it. Honestly other than that it was amazing! We’re talking about coming back next February and staying there again. We loved how clean it was and how welcoming. Having the pool was absolutely amazing. And having the beach close by was perfect! We seriously enjoyed ourselves so much! Thank you!

Family vacation
This house suited our family get together perfectly. The layout was ideal, the size perfect for 6 and the pool was a great asset. We rented bikes and found this location in close proximity to miles of bike trails and just minutes to the beach via bike. The house was super clean and easy to maintain. We highly recommend this property!

A wonderful experience
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! You walk in and start relaxing right away. The beach is in walking distance, the pool is gorgeous and the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Although it's close the the small Venice airport you don't hear much of it.

Tuvimos una gran experiencia la casa muy buena, mucha higiene todo muy tranquilo. La única recomendación es cercar la propiedad o impedir el acceso a los vecinos porque en nuestra estancia entraron a la propiedad a decirnos que bajáramos la voz sin nosotros estar con un tono alto. Eso nos pareció de muy mala educación entrar a una propiedad ajena, además que eran las 11 de la mañana.

We had such an enjoyable stay! This house had everything we needed for a most amazing vacation with our family. We loved the fact that the house was extremely clean and organized. The beach supplies were fully stocked for all ages... Chairs, umbrellas, wagon and sand toys etc. The kitchen was full with supplies that you wouldn't necessarily think to bring such as garbage bags, dish soap, spices etc.
overall the house exceeded our expectations in every way. We would definitely stay there again.

Great Service - Beautiful House
Amy and the property manager were great to work with! Amy was wonderful at giving us assistance with the area - and the property manager was quick to assist us with anything that we needed. The pool by far was our favorite part of the house. And, all the extras that were available for our use were very much appreciated!
