This was the 2nd time we have stayed there. The place is up for sale and it just doesn’t seem to be as kept up as it should be. The dishwasher was not working last year and again was not working this year. There were 2 light bulbs out in the kitchen. The sink in the bathroom has an issue with the drain stopper. I mentioned it to the on site manager. He said he would have maintenance look into it- but did not do that while we were there. The grounds are over grown and the place itself just looks worn. It is clean which made us ok to stay there , but it definitely needs an overhaul!

Use to having small portion of coffee and some soaps just in case were forgotten. Which we didnt have coffee but there was a pot available.

This place is awesome! Everything was excellent. They have a fire pit also. Quiet place and comfortable. The pool was clean. Adrian, the property manager is an excellent host! We'll looking forward to book this place again!!

There was no breakfast. The unit itself was OK but the buildings and grounds were very much in need of repair.

We enjoy the proximity to the beach.

Upon arrival, no one was around. We had no room # or instructions. Upon our entrance we quickly discovered beds with dirty sheets, a bathroom no human should shower in and a floor so filthy you needed shoes on as it quickly turned our socks Black.

The beds were the only thing we enjoyed, very comfortable.

When I first arrived to the property I was waiting out in the rain with my kids and family to receive the door code to enter the rental property. When I booked the "apartment" I thought I was getting the private pool to ourselves as that is what was stated online but we had to share it with other families who were renting the rest of the rooms in the house. The pool itself was dirty and the water was not heated not even the jacuzzi was heated either. When it was time to check out I had to clean up the house and take out the trash myself and place the trash can out up front. This property has overgrown grass and about 4ft tall grass next to the pool and tennis court. This house is very old and has a old smell inside. The grill that was provided for us to grill outside did not have propane. Then when we were leaving I wanted to wash our clothes and the room where the washer and dryer were in was locked only the home owner could use it. Very creepy house, no order around that property. I strongly say DO NOT STAY HERE !!!

This was a hidden gem for sure. great walk to the beach for morning exercise. Such a tropical feel at the property. The location suited us perfect.

the resort itself is old, needs some TLC. But with that said, our room was renovated, nice, new and clean.
