Great location- much to do- owner answered questions quickly.

Pros: Property was as advertised. Two blocks from the beach, made easier by the golf cart. Had the right number of bedrooms and bed sizes for our large family. Kids loved the pool. Plenty of room in the kitchen/dining. We all enjoyed the games that were there and the ping-pong/pool table.
Cons: The corner that the house is on is VERY busy and often quite noisy. Checking in we had a problem with the lock not responding to the code but once we were able to contact the owner (about 45 minutes later) we got a new code that worked. There was a lack of hot water for several days but once the management company came to reset to breaker for the water heater all was good. AC worked great downstairs but the house stayed very warm upstairs during the day and wouldn’t cool down until after about 10pm. I’d suggest checking the AC or freon.
Overall we had a great trip and would book it again if we have the opportunity. We give the house 4 1/2 stars.

This was a perfect spot. Close walk to the beach to take in the ocean, sunsets were beautiful and fun for the kids. Heated pool was an added bonus for the cooler days.
Plenty of space for four families with kids ranging 14months to 13. Ice cream truck found us pretty quickly so that was a nice perk for the kids. Bike path is close and was nice for morning walks and runs.
Would highly recommend staying here. The owners and the property management company were prompt and helpful.
Only suggestion to make it even better would be having garbage bags, laundry, dish and dishwasher soap on hand as well as more towels. Not an issue since we drove but could see if you are flying it being a hassle.

We had a wonderful stay at the property. We had a problem with the gas grill and the owners were quick to remedy!
The beach was right down the street with easy access.
We went to Boshamps Seafood & Oyster House for dinner and it was excellent!!

The home we spacious, clean and perfect for our celebration. The location to the Beach is good and a golf cart was delivered during our stay . The guests following us will enjoy having that. Love having the pool as we were able to gather to visit there lots as the Beach was very crowded over the Memorial weekend! For extra room, our son and family were able to rent a condo on the Beach 2 blocks away, making his visits easy on his golf cart. Grocery store very close and restuarants. We had a wonderful time!

Birthday and family vacay
Perfect getaway for the entire family. This house was very spacious, comfortable and clean with a private pool. The host answer any questions or concerns within an hour and they were hospitable and nice. Also, not far from shopping, restaurants and the beach. Our family will most definitely be visiting this location again. Thanks 🥰

Wonderful stay!
We had a wonderful stay! There were 5 of us and there was so much room! Kitchen is huge with the really long Island which was amazing for cooking. Kitchen had everything you needed. Beds were comfortable and spacious. Living room couches were incredibly comfortable! Pool and patio area were fantastic and we were able to grill a few times too. Located on the corner of a very quiet safe neighborhood. Extremely short walk to the beach too. Only thing I would add to the house is a full length mirror. Maybe put one on a closet door. We will definitely be back again!

Our family of 12 had a wonderful time celebrating Thanksgiving in this beautiful house. The kitchen is well equipped so we could cook Thanksgiving dinner..
