This is a great place for families. The condo had everything you needed, plus more. The extra beach towels, beach chairs, children's beach equipment, and the gift basket were special extras. Michelle with RMI was very helpful and responded quickly when I had questions. Overall, an excellent vacation! Thank you!

We were so pleased with our vacation. We've never been to the area, but had other friends who regularly vacation at Summerwinds. The Building itself is very nice, easy to get to and perfect for a family. We enjoyed the easy walk to the beach, the pool, and got a lot of use out of the hot tub! Staff was constantly cleaning including the breezeways, pool, and hot tub. The Room itself was just as described. Everything we needed aside from food was there waiting, making it so convenient once we arrived. Along with a clean room we were so pleased with the little things that went above and beyond. Plenty of beach chairs, and beach toys for the kids to play with. On the couple of occasions I reached out with questions Michelle was quick to respond and very helpful. We will absolutely be booking this room again in the future!

My sisters and I enjoyed our stay at Summerwind. There were a few things that could have made our stay at Summerwind better 1. The sofa was very uncomfortable to sit on. 2. The kitchen needs cloth dish towels for washing and drying dishes. 3. The beds need extra pillows.

Great condo, so many amenities and extras that you don’t normally get. Loved having the beach chairs and kids toys so we didn’t have to pack ours.

Seamless check in. Lovely gift basket upon arrival. Plenty of supplies. Great view, though you can't see the sunset from the balcony. Just walk on over to the pier to watch sharks, dolphins, loggerhead sea turtles & the sunset. Comfy furnishings, well stocked dishes, pots & pans.

The condo was well stocked w all cooking utensils. The ac unit worked great and everyone enjoyed the comfortable beds/furniture. The ease of access to the beach and condo pools made this a wonderful location. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything about our experience was better than expected. The check-in process was seamless, the place was spotless on arrival, the layout and roominess was fantastic, and the views were breathtaking. We happened to notice this unit even has more available (and comfortable) seating on the balcony than most others in the building. The hosts even provided beach chairs and an umbrella which came in handy. The pools were well maintained and never felt too crowded even though it was 4th of July week. The walk to the beach was very short making it very easy to go back and forth to the unit. We even saw the Blue Angels fly right along the beach. Our only regret was not booking for longer. We can’t wait to go back!

The washing machine quit on us and the property manager had someone there quick to get it fixed! We enjoyed staying here, from the little mints left on the bed to the gift basket. Thanks for a great stay!

The property was in a beautiful location and the condo was beautifully decorated, room enough for our party of 6 to stretch out. We absolutely loved the beach/ocean view from our 11th floor balcony and accessibility to the beach. We were all impressed with this place💖

We could not of been happier with our stay. My grand daughter had a cute little room to stay in with a small tv. The rest of the condo was just perfect for the rest of us. Great beach front view. Access to the beach was right there. 100% and would definitely suggest. Will stay there again

Our time at Sky Meets the Sea was perfect for our family weekend. The condo was very clean, spacious, and well appointed -- we even received a gift basket and hand written note welcoming us to Navarre Beach. The Summerwind West building is very conveniently located for actives both on and off the beach and offers enough amenities on grounds for folks of all ages. We would certainly recommend a stay.

We had a great time! The condo was clean and decorated well! Michelle with rmi vacational rentals was so accommodating and helpful and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable! Location is close to the pier. Balcony has a perfect view of the ocean. Lots of places near by for food and drink. The condo has lots of extras that make the stay perfect.

When we arrived the view was fantastic then we noticed the gift baskets that was left for us. This condo is one of the best we have stayed in. Questions was answered promptly.

We loved this condo. The decore was fun. The view was spectacular. All the amenities you would need for a beach vacation. We loved the pool and the easy access to the beach. Our kids have asked us to book it agin for next year.

Convenience is a + for this nicely appointed 3/2 with full laundry & kitchen. Close to elevator & trash chute. Quiet condo with pool, spa, workout room & Plenty of beach chairs, towels. Bring your own kid toys. Beautiful beach front view. We will stay here when our family returns for vacation.

The condo was in a great location and we had plenty of room. We visited several local restaurants for dinner and brunch and we were pleased with our entrees. The condo was well equiped and was well stocked. We look forward to returning in the near future.

The location was perfect very close to the pier where we were able to see sharks being brought in. The manager was so kind and left us a basket of gifts. Very spacious for 8 of us. The only thing I’d recommend is that the air conditioner go lower as it was pretty warm and the beds except for the twins bedroom most certainly are time for new ones. Our sleeping wasn’t great. We will return but most certainly will check on the bed situation. Thank you for sharing your condo with us.

We always enjoy our stay at Summerwind resort! The owner was extremely nice and communicated quickly when needed. The beds were a little firm, but just took us time to get used to. Only one elevator our week, but maintenance happens. Had all the kitchen things we needed. Plenty of space for 8 adult/teenagers. Gorgeous views. Would stay here again. 🐬🐬🐬🐬🐬
