Was clean and had a feel like home. Nice appliances and all amenities. Like 2 blocks from downtown

This is a newly listed and remodeled property, and everything inside was brand new. So, we were fortunate in that regard. However, as a short-term rental property owner ourselves, with over 200 5-star reviews for our two properties, we can often be a bit critical when staying in another owner's unit. That said, we have no problem saying this home is an absolute gem of a property. It is close to the downtown area and yet located on a quiet back street. It is meticulously clean and well maintained. There was even a deer in the backyard when we arrived. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked with kitchenware, the central air conditioning was appreciated, and it was nicely decorated and thoughtfully furnished. Finally, although the property is managed by a property management company, we found out that the owners actually live close by. This means that there will most likely be an attention to the detail, or a pride in ownership that is often lacking when renting from a property management company. If you haven't guessed it, we highly recommend this property, and would not hesitate staying here again if we return to Cody next year.

A very lovingly furnished and very clean house. In the laundry room, bathroom and kitchen everything is available in the best quality that is needed. We immediately felt comfortable, would book it again and can only recommend it! Thank you for the nice stay and your hospitality.

The pics do not do this little place justice! Obviously recently remodeled, this home is on a quiet street with a huge backyard, easy access driveway and right off of the main drag. Great kitchen, two smallish bedrooms and one bathroom. Large living room and dining room made for a great trip. 100% would stay here again!

This is a beautiful, recently remodeled home close to downtown Cody. The house had everything we needed, was very well maintained, incredibly clean, comfortable, and well thought out. I would gladly stay here again.

We loved staying in this charming home! It's clean, fresh, fully renovated, fully equipped, and comfortable. The location is ideal, and we love the neighborhood. And the owners are wonderful! We definitely plan on staying here again.
