Very good location. A few glitches with check in, but Misty was very helpful at fixing things. Shower control was difficult to figure out and bathroom was COLD. Automatic light when entering bathroom was annoying. Overall a great visit!

Very convenient for us pet friendly and it worked well for myself and my girlfriend we were very happy.

The area was very walkable to restaurants and coffee shops. Convenient to shopping. The unit itself was very clean and satisfied all our needs. We found the neighborhood quiet and safe. Would definitely stay here again.

Well appointed space, clean, exactly as pictured with nice touches. We initially had trouble with the key code, but a quick call to the property managers had us in with no problems. Would stay here again.

This place was amazing , easy access to get in and public parking is just right outside . The location was perfect . The bed was so confortable and best of all zero noise to have a good night sleep . This is a charming place and highly recommend it . Great value for you money 10/10

This is a really clean great spot in Santa Barbara. Street parking was easy. Access was easy. It was clean and smelled good. Sheets were crisp and fresh. Everything was great! Only con is that you can hear the people upstairs walking around but that’s just part of being in an apartment. Nothing anyone can do about it.

This is my second stay in this unit - this time returning with my infant. We were very comfortable: the unit was clean, well stocked, easy to access, and had the right space for a comfortable week’s stay with this location as our home base. We walked many places (park, cafes, market) and could also easily find street parking when needed.

My son and I really enjoyed the sweet casita. It was perfect for our 1 night in Santa Barbara. Loved the location!

This is a clean, big, and accessible rental. They even have a designated disabled parking spot in front of the house. Staff is very responsive. Would return any time to this clean and beautiful place.

Place was not as lovely as photos but nice. Arrival access challenging. No cable TV so if you want to see News forget it. Great location near State Street. Treacherous sidewalk on Valerio on way to State Street. Marked with red during day, but very dark at night and markings not evident. I had a real spill with ribs bruised… waiting for X-ray results.

I had a little difficulty getting in, as the code is 9 digits and it was dark, took a little skill to get the door open. I was very disappointed as there was a beautiful huge flat screen but no cable tv service, only uses apps (your own account) and I am older and don't do that high tech input well with poor eyesight not on your own equipment. . I was tired and wanted to relax and watch the nice tv. I really resented that. I left 6am so I was not there very long...

Probably one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed at. I thought the shower was really cool!! And the location is great. Checkin/out was super easy. Didn’t even have to contact anyone about anything because everything I needed was readily available!!

I absolutely loved the location! Just a short walk to all the great shopping and restaurants on State Street. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Santa Barbara!

Unit is neat and clean. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Unit has very little privacy. There is a large window but it open directly to the sidewalk. You can see the entire interior when walking by and looking in. We have the curtain drawn most of the time so it felt a little stuffy. Small window in the corner of the bathroom is at eye level and open out to the entrance of other unit. There is a blind, but it was left open by the maid and I was a bit surprise to walked out of the shower and see people passed by. Barn door style to the bathroom is a bit annoying and there is no stopper when it is opened so it kept sliding shut every time. Having a stopper option probably better. Lock on entry door is NOT automatically shut, so we had left the unit unlocked few times without knowing. Please program to have it auto lock. Guest can't be locked out of the unit because they have the code. This probably one of the MUST safety feature. Parking is on the street so it is a bit cumbersome. Couldn't find the spot near the place so we have to parked 2-3 blocks away. Luckily this is on the quite and safe part of State St.

Great place, we’ll appointed with extremely large and comfortable bed. Conveniently located to the downtown main retail and entertainment area. Maybe 5-10 minute drive to great beaches. Conveniently located to the Santa Barbara bowl as well. Very responsive helpful customer service. Seamless check in and checkout. Highly recommend and would absolutely book again!
