We had a fun time visiting with Family. They loved the ability to walk downtown. Called about wall unit A/C not working, a Maintenance person showed up and fixed it promptly. The swing set is aging ,but the young ones enjoyed it. House is beautiful. We highly recommend it for family gatherings.

what i didnt like was that a campur could park righjt out out window on one side..the other side the parked car facing our living room window , at night, we couldn't draw the big curtains!

For 14 folks it was spacious, immaculate, convenient to town and simply a great property. Walk to everything as well access to the Bavarian Inn Water Park and Family Center.

We celebrated our parents 60th Wedding Anniversary here. It was a great time of just being together and staying close. Our parents were very impressed with the place and blown away by the master suite. We had an exceptional time. Thank you so much for making it all possible.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Residenz. The location was ideal. Everything was so close by. The Bavarian Inn staff was very responsive to our needs. The home was beautiful and had all the pots, pans and silverware we needed. There was a great fire pit outdoors and a fun climbing swingset perfect for younger kiddos. Bedding and towels were included. There was plenty of room for our extended family. We could not have had better accommodations.

My family and in-laws (total of 12) stayed at this beautiful home for our daughter's graduation from medical school. It was absolutely stunning! Very spacious and awesome home to entertain such a large group. We did not run out of any of the basic amenities (blankets, dishes, utensils) even when we used the "first round" of them. The management was very responsive to all of our needs. Overall, it was an amazing experience!

Our stay was incredible! The estate was massive, the host was helpful, and everyone had a great time! The only slight issue was that the wifi was a bit slow, but otherwise would do it again.

The big table that accommodates 10 people was a hit. One dinner 2 breakfasts and countless card games at the big table and fabulous house made this bowling tournament weekend one of our best ever.

Beautiful accommodations, clean and huge. Probably comfortably sleeps 14 adults, more if some are children. A great view of the fireworks during snowfest was a bonus!

The ResidenZ was a perfect venue for our Family get together the week before Christmas. We celebrated a 4 year old birthday, captured beautiful Family photographs, and explored Frankenmuth using the home as our base. There was ample room for numerous Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins to comfortably be together and also enough space for separation. The home was clean and well equipped as advertised having everything needed for a pleasant stay with absolutely perfect Christmas decor. We will definitely keep this place in mind for future visits.

Would suggest upgrading bath towels, and assessing that the large coffee container is not empty for your guests.

We loved the house. The house was clean, overall comfortable, had trouble with the heat in the main floor master. I personally do not like the bathroom open to the bedroom and carpet in the bathroom.
The tv in the family room area would not work for us. The house was not as well stocked with items as other rentals we stayed in. Overall it was a beautiful home and close to everything. I would stay there again.

The house was great for a group getaway. The location of the house made it easy to walk to everything in downtown Frankenmuth but still have privacy. The house had all the amenities that you could need for a large group.

Our family has been coming to Frankenmuth for over 25 years and only started staying in rental homes since 2020. This was our first time staying at the ResidenZ and we truly enjoyed ourselves! There was so much room to spread out, but we also loved eating and playing games together at the large dining table! (We do wish the kitchen area was more open to the dining area, but that’s just a design preference on our part.) Overall, we were very impressed with the home! It was exceptionally clean and well appointed with everything we could need! We’ll definitely be back!

This place was absolutely perfect for the weekend of our wedding. At the house we had the bride and groom and the wedding party stay leading up to our wedding on a Saturday. It was extremely spacious and looks exactly like the pictures. We couldn't get ready at the venue so this was ideal for everyone in the wedding party to get ready and still not have the bride and groom see each other. Great walking distance to shops downtown and the Oktoberfest!

My family and I have a get together every year and this was one of favorite places to stay! It was very spacious and clean. It is in a prime location, we never had to travel more than 15 minutes to where we wanted to go. Thanks for sharing this lovely home with us.

Simply an awesome place to stay. Clean. Big. All the amenities you need and the location is ideal. Went with family that ranged in age from 2 to 68. We were more than comfortable and had a great time. Highly recommend. Ideal to visit all Frankenmuth has to offer.

To say we had an amazing stay would be an understatement. This house is the PERFECT place for a group or family to stay if they want to visit the area. It was within walking distance to almost everything, lots of food, shops, activities, festivals. The house was amazing, large bedrooms and beds, lots of bathrooms, the dining area is spectacular. I can't say enough about this property, my family loved it and all the kids couldn't stop talking about the "mansion" we were staying in! Very private even though it is close to everything. We would and will stay here again in the future!

Everyone in our group of nine thought that The Residenz was a fantastic property and everyone enjoyed the entire experience. My wife and I organized this event and would not change a thing. Some just enjoyed Frankenmuth. My nephew and I played golf on both of the full days of our stay. Night time around the fire pit was special for everyone.

We are a group of 10 women on a relaxing weekend away and this house is perfect for us. This was our 2nd stay at Residenz Inn. This property is not only attactive but very spacious and allowed us to spread out and enjoy different activities. The kitchen has plenty of supplies/equipment. We will definately be back!
