Townhouse is darling and very accommodating. It was well stocked, decorated and comfortable. If you are looking for an overnight stay with a view, it is a great place.
We felt it was overpriced. We rent at Bear Lake 3-5 times a summer (Ideal beach, Harbor village, private cabins). Check in at this property was 4 pm, check out was at 10 am. Property owner was unwilling to bend on either time in spite of requests. Meaning: we paid $300+ for an 18 hour stay. The ad did not mention there was no trailer parking is included. Only after paying did we find out that boat/jet ski parking is a first come, first serve $15-per-trailer- per night fee (at the lodge below). Ad was also misleading as to the accessibility of resort ammenities. The pool is at the bottom of a steep hill about 3 blocks away, with children you really need to drive to it. Because of events at the resort, parking below was difficult and inconvienent.

Access to the tennis courts were wonderful.
Plenty of towels and toilet paper. Kitchen had plenty of plates, cups and silverware.
The view was spectacular!!!! Drinking our morning coffee on the comfy chairs outside made each day.
The ice machine in the freezer kept up with our evening drinks.

We stayed at this cozy and comfortable place during our skiing trip to Beaver Mountain. The view of the lake is breathtaking. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, clean and cozy. Shawn is an excellent host. We didn’t have any problems during our stay but had couple of questions. He responded immediately. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

My wife and I and three kids with spouses and two grandkids stayed for three nights. Plenty of room for everyone. Great location and great views of the lake. Sunrises were amazing to watch. Great to have access to pool and jacuzzi at Harbor Village. Grandkids loved that. Close to marina and town. Well stocked with what needed and rooms/beds all clean and well decorated. Two sink fixtures in bathrooms need updated as top comes off when using but believe that is in the works. Few chips in paint here and there but I would stay there again. Just throwing that in as nothing is ever100% perfect and honestly to me not a big deal at all as so minor but I do believe you need to tell it how it is. Host was great and very responsive. I don’t think anyone that is not high maintenance would be disappointed staying here and I would highly recommend it!

I rented this condo for a retreat with friends and it was perfect! A wonderful, quiet amd relaxing getaway! The condo was clean, gorgeous and just as described in the listing. This is a fabulous condo that is stocked well and has been well taken care of. We appreciated the extra touches of snacks and other things that may have been needed. Great location and access to the pool/hot tub, which is awesome! Would have appreciated a code to unlock the front door instead of the ring doorbell approach, but overall the owner made it work for us. We would rent from him again.
