I don’t want to rave too much because I want to keep it to myself but it’s too good! All one needs is a change of clothing as this cozy jewel has everything, down to a first aid kit and lantern in case the power goes out! The cleanliness, comfort, and the communication with the host company are all A+. I particularly appreciate the eco-friendliness of this property.

Clean and remodel. Great location. Too small to stay again. Saw other places that friends had via VROB. So much more room and space for the same price per night. Also nice.

Great location and had everything you need for an extended stay that feels like home away from home. State Street is on the corner and you can walk into a bustling area with tons of shops and restaurants within minutes. Very safe neighborhood with easy parking.

Lovely, quiet, and safe residential location that's close to downtown. Personally love the aesthetic and design of the whole property, inside and out. Really appreciate their effort to minimize plastics and single-use products.
Great customer service support - had a small issue with the door lock at 11pm and was able to resolve it quickly with their friendly (human) phone support.

I stayed here with my girlfriend and our dog and the stay was amazing. The distance to the restaurants were only a 10 minute walk which was super convenient. The room was perfect for a couple and a dog. I definitely recommend this place.

We were in SB for 5 nights, and Unit 6D provided a prefect home base for us. It was clean, check in was super easy, and just 1 block east of State Street. We could walk to the market, restaurants and shops in SB, and also up to the Old Mission through beautiful neighborhoods.
We needed fresh towels and a simple text request was answered quickly and house keeping dropped them off.
The unit was bright, clean, and wifi was great as we needed to do some remote work. I liked that the sidewalk/patio had cafe table with 2 chairs and was off to the side of the house. It offered nice privacy and the western sun. We spent evenings out there with a bottle of wine and was lovely.
The bed was really comfortable! The unit also came with toiletries, in case you forgot yours, which was much appreciated! It was nice to have a small fridge, coffee maker, microwave and dishes.
We would definitely stay here again!

Such a cute cozy place to stay, everything was clean and really nice. We will definitely be coming back. The privacy alone makes it better than a hotel but everything else about the space just made it 10x better!

I absolutely adored this listing. The location was AMAZING and the accommodations were also incredible. It was located just off of State Street and was in a quiet and safe area. As a solo traveler I tend to get nervous when booking in places I have never been but I could not have felt more safe here! It is short walking distance to all things downtown and was SO nice. The inside was immaculately clean and the bed was so comfortable. The host left so many different toiletries and necessities for myself and I will definitely be staying here again!

Great spot— we were close enough to everything we wanted to do. Quick access to the public bicycles which were pretty much everywhere. Coffee, restaurants, breweries to our heart’s content.

My mom and I had a really lovely stay at our Casa Valeria unit. We loved the location and the access to downtown. The street is very quiet and relaxed which was ideal. Running a bath felt really nice and the sheets and comforter on the bed are great. I found the mattress to be too soft and wished some filtered water was supplied because the tap water is very chlorinated. The size was great overall and the television was impressive! Everything was incredibly clean and the room was very charming. I would certainly go back!

Despite its size, it has everything you need to enjoy a comfortable night close to downtown SB. Parking, easy and free. Check in, easy. I like the auto door lock, felt very secure. Lastly extremely clean. We felt very comfortable staying here and if we come back to SB we will come back here.

Our stay at Casa Valerio was great. We had a few minor hiccups with some technical issues with trying to get into the room but I think this was a result of the crazy rain storms. However, the customer service staff was extremely responsive and helped remediate these issues in a timely manner.

The property is beautiful. A cute set of condos, almost like a modern-style motel. The accommodations we're lovely - everything was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The the location is a bit away from downtown, so you either need to take a bit of a walk or drive - we did both! Not an issue but just something to note. The neighborhood overall was very nice and parking was easy. One huge con - the shower did not have hot water. We were told to leave it running as it took a bit to warm up, but after 20 minutes it was no more than luke-warm. Was a pretty miserable shower experience, but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

This was just what we needed. Simple, minimalistic, clean little one bedroom stay. It’s situated in a cute neighborhood just blocks from Main St. It was a perfect location and would recommend!

A few suggestions
We very much enjoyed our stay at Casa Valerio and would recommend it to others. There are a few details that would improve the experience and make the accommodations more comfortable. Please see list below:
- Put in a dimmer switch for the bedroom and bathroom LED lights
- Put hooks in the front entryway
- Hang a shelf or a rack in the bathroom to increase counter space
- Put a mirror in the bedroom
- Umbrella for table and chairs in front, it gets quite hot in the sun
- Leave extra garbage bags
- Extra dishtowel
- Small dish drainer or pad for drying dishes

Amazing!
Perfect location, just a short walk to state street where all the great restaurants and shopping are. The unit was just like the pictures, and the shower products were wonderful and they even provided mini makeup remover whipes (so cute). Overall couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Well worth it!
