The home is beautiful! There are a lot of narrow stairs to the main level of Unit 2 and another set of stairs to the top floor bedrooms. Senior citizens may struggle with the climbs. The kids really enjoyed the game room area and the comfy sunroom space. No large eating area available.

This house was perfect for us and our family. We had several adults plus a 4, 6, and 1yo. It was really nice having the crib and the high chair available, super helpful. The one thing we wished for was extra bedding. We needed to change the sheets one night for one of the kids and we couldn't find any extra bedding. That was a little difficult. But the apartment was clean and in a great location.

The property was great! We would stay there again. Joanna was really responsive and helpful. We got to get familiar with the neighborhood and it’s within walking distance to several local grocery stores and restaurants. Recommend Hacienda for Mexican 😀. Close enough to Target by Uber if you need to pick up a few things or other restaurants. Ubered into the city!

My family (6A, 3C) stayed here for an extended family Thanksgiving in Boston. It was nice to have such a large area with off street parking so close to the city. The bedrooms were split across the top two floors of a multifamily, including an efficiency. The only negative was no response from the owners for a couple of questions we had on parking and checkout

Nice stay. Not a house for tall people. Smacked my head numerous times in stair wells. Need a dining room table. Rooms were nice and beds were comfortable. It was clean and well taken care of.

Great place to stay with family. We had age 3 to 95. Narrow stairs so not a place if you have trouble with stairs. Otherwise, plenty of space and a lovely stay.

Lovely home in Boston suburbs. The host really tries to think of everything you could need. Very comfortable and spacious. Two things to note: one of the upstairs bedrooms does not have a door and this is an older home with staircases that are steep and winding--a little difficult to haul a suitcase or cooler up the stairs and could be difficult for elderly or very young children.

Overall great experience being near Boston. The place worked well for us. Would stay again in the future

Everett, MA is a great location to stay if you are wanting to travel around to different cities near Boston. It was only a few miles outside of the city and you could take the commuter rail into the city or a quick Uber. The house was very nicely decorated and had the 5 bedrooms as noted. The listing talked about having the potential to use/rent a car on site, a personal chef, and a masseuse. When reaching out to Joanna about these items I had to follow-up numerous times and then none were available. The car was in the shop, the chef booked, and the masseuse was a shop down the street (so not really like the listing makes it sound). The house also had a lot of items falling off the wall. Almost every hook was not secured properly so they were dangling from the walls in the bathrooms, the bed frame in the 1st floor "Master" was not attached to the bed so if you leaned against it you would fall backwards, and there were tons of wall damage from previous tenants. One thing to note for any families, there is not a dining room or kitchen table, there are only 4 bar stools so this is not really family dinner friendly. Overall, the house worked for the trip because the location was truly perfect but the upkeep and communication lacked.

We had a group of 8 adults so the bedrooms were a perfect fit for our group. The kitchen and bathrooms were nice and very clean.

We had a great time! This was one of the nicest places we've stayed, everything was clean and convenient. We couldn't have asked for a better home base for our family get together in Boston!

I stayed here with my friends and family and it was perfect for what we needed! We were provided with lots of complimentary essentials (like toothpaste, shampoo, body wash). Our host responded to us super quick whenever we needed anything. I would 110% stay here again (:

Overall, the experience at this property was positive. The parking was a bit of an issue with other people occupying the other portion of the duplex but it was great to have private parking nonetheless. Place was as pictured. Beds were comfortable. Would stay there again.

I highly recommend this house in Everett, near Boston. Perfect for large families and groups of friends. Communication with host is excellent and she’s been very helpful along our stay.

We loved the property. It was comfortable, roomy, and had what we needed. The kitchen could have used a few more items for our family to cook effectively, but it was fine. There were a weird amount of air fresheners, but we just unplugged them. No big deal. The place is gorgeous and beds were super comfortable. Overall, it was great! Joanna was a lovely host and had thought of everything. It’s always nice when hosts supply some toiletries, especially when you’ve flown. And the cool book of ideas for entertainment and info about the house, etc was a nice touch. Thanks!

The living room & kitchen are open & there are high ceilings so you never felt like it was crowded. The second floor had two bedrooms, one had its own kitchenette & bathroom. This room does not have a door fyi, but it is at the end of a long hallway so it wasn't noticeable. Overall awesome stay.. Highly recommend! The house is on a clean & nice looking street. It wasn't as congested as some of the neighborhood streets tend to be in Everett.

I have stayed in many vacation rentals throughout the US and abroad using VRBO and AirB&B. I can confidently say this was one of the cleanest and well equipped units we have experienced. Everything was updated, quality building materials, high end appliances, clean and nicely decorated. Big rooms for the space, nice bedding, we loved the game console with all the games we grew up with! Access was easy, Joanna was very responsive and accommodating, the welcome book has top notch suggestions… they even provided toiletries and snacks upon arrival. Would highly recommend to future travelers, handled a group of 6 with ease
