We recently stayed at this no-frills VRBO and had a pleasant experience. The location was incredibly convenient, being close to town, restaurants, and grocery stores, which made our stay very enjoyable. Getting in with the provided code was straightforward, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals successfully. The only downside was the upstairs neighbor, who was a bit noisy at times. There is also no A/C, which is in the listing. However, it was still pretty warm during the day in July and only a small portion of the bedroom window opens. So if you sleep hot, keep that in mind. Despite these things, we appreciated the ease of access and the overall functionality of the space. It was a good choice for a simple, practical stay.

This rental is a great spot for a couple or a small family. The location was convenient to Lionshead Village, which could be walked to in about 15 minutes. The townhouse was very clean and the kitchen had everything that we needed. Even though the location is close to I-70, we didn't have a problem with traffic noise.

If you want a place that’s easy for taking the vail bus, you can’t get much better than this. Quick bus trip to the village. Good place for a couple.

My husband had surgery at the Steadman Clinic. The location and amenities were perfect! There were issues that occurred where I would blame the management company. 1) porch was stained while we were at the hospital leaving no way to get in unless stepping on fresh stain 2) key pad quit working and 3) paid for late check out and cleaning crew showed up.
Otherwise, the condo was great!

Perfect place for our small family. 3 minute drive to the vail village, easy parking, very clean and super cute. Washer/dryer and full kitchen were a lifesaver with two little kids!
