Our family stayed over the July 4th holiday. House was as pictured and everything was as expected. As other reviews mentioned it is right off a main highway so sitting on the porch can be fairly loud but we did not notice the noise once inside.

Our stay at Eric’s family lake house is wonderful! It is inviting for every one of any age! It’s roomy inside and outside. The home is very clean and quiet. It is located near beautiful downtown Guntersville for shopping and wonderful restaurants! The home is fun for swimming and fishing from the pier or putting in a boat just right across from the house.
Eric is an excellent host and replies quickly to any questions or concerns, very personable! He has done a wonderful job with making sure the home is well stocked,great sleeping arrangements, tvs and game room!
We look forward to another visit!

The property was excellent, conveniently located on Lake Guntersville with quick access to two boat ramps. Communication with the property owner was awesome and very helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Great place in deep water! Location is good for access to grocery & restaurants. Also walking distance to a marina where we rented a boat. Only negative is that it is right by a pretty trafficked highway so not a “cabin in the woods” feel. But if you want convenience and plan to spend the day fishing or out on the water, it’s perfect. Game room was great for our kids with plenty of space for multiple families. Eric was great to communicate with and always prompt to respond.

Wow! Just wow!! This home was amazing & super clean! Comfortable beds! The dock was perfect for our group to get out of the sun & rain to be able to fish!
The host thought of everything! Location was perfect too! We had the best family trip & made lots of great memories!!

This was the first time we had been to Guntersville. The lake was exactly what we were looking for. The house had the room we wanted but it is in a need of a seriously deep cleaning. The house in also right next to a major highway with very high traffic all day and into the late night. So it was very noisy. We will return to Guntersville Lake again but will not rent this house again.

This property was great ! Clean - good communication from the host and close to the baseball fields . Bedrooms were spacious and kids loved the game room . The lake and dock were fun to hang out on .

This home is in a prime location to downtown Guntersville and Albertville. The home is open space and easy to have everyone in the same area without being on top of each other! The game room was a hit! The bream fishing off the pier was excellent. The access to two boat ramps makes it easy to get the boats in and out easily! Parking is great. The owners are easy to work with and contact! The best part the grandkids liked was the walking distance to Dairy Queen for ice cream.

Stayed here with family for 4 days. Great property and overall stay. Only real downside is minor issue with traffic noise due to proximity to the highway. Other than that, I really can't come up with anything but positives to say. Great time had by all.

Great Lake stay!
We were in town for a baseball tournament and wanted to be on the lake for the holiday weekend. This house was perfect for our group! Comfortable and spacious! The lake is fabulous and the location is great! Communication with Eric was easy! Would definitely stay again.

Eric’s home on the lake was wonderful! The location is perfect for shopping, dining, and fishing. He was very easy to communicate with about any questions we had before our arrival. The home is well equipped with everything you need for your stay. There is plenty of room inside and outside for creating new memories! We will stay again!

Sweet and relaxing family time.
We enjoyed out time spent at this property! Everything was perfect. We absolutely loved the fact that we could bring our boat and not have to load/unload every time we wanted to go fishing. If you are looking for a great family spot close to conveniences this is the place. My only drawback is the road noise when you are outside. If you are looking for a quiet cabin this is not where you need to be. If you don’t mind road noise and plan on being on the water most of the time this place is awesome!
