Beautiful house, great management, We had such a great time. One night it ever snowed about 2 inches. Very comfortable and clean. I would recommend staying for a great experience.

We loved the house, set-up, and communication with the host was excellent. Our four kids (ages 6, 9, 10, and 11) enjoyed the hot tub and having their own tvs. It was very clean (and I’m picky!). The host even had their cleaner come and shovel the driveway and steps after a big snow. Overall, best VRBO experience for us frequent travelers.

The cabin was exactly as described. The neighborhood was quiet, hot tub was perfect (and the owners left it warm for us so when we arrived and got settled we were able to jump right in which was exactly what we wanted to relax before hitting the slopes in the morning. Lovely and very clean!

At every point of our Sisters weekend we were completely relaxed and able to destress! The location of the cabin was great, communication was awesome, the cabin itself was BEYOND perfect. Well appointed kitchen and dining area, plenty of outdoor space and relaxation spaces abound! We will return over and over!

A great little spot to stay in Flagstaff. The hot tub was clean and a lovely place to wind down. Beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was nicely stocked with all the things you need to make a nice dinner. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

There were four of us staying at Kathy’s cabin and we had an absolutely wonderful stay. The cabin was super pristine and we did a ton of cooking in the kitchen which was fully stocked with any cooking ware we needed. We were going to a 3 day music festival at Pepsi amphitheater which was a short easy drive away which made this a perfect location for us. We used the hot tub every night after hours of dancing which was our favorite amenity. We also really loved the bathtub in the master bedroom! I will also say the pictures don’t do justice of how big this cabin is. We didn’t even utilize one of the bedrooms! And still room for someone to sleep on the couch and futon. The Wi-Fi also had very strong connection. I would highly recommend staying here and we are Arizona locals in the valley so we will definitely stay here again when we are in flagstaff!

Camp for our daughters NAU volleyball camp with grandma and Grandpa. Great location to get to campus while also getting in a nearby hike near the airport. Wish I brought my mountain bike. House was great.

I enjoyed staying at this rented house. Its impressive features made my summer getaway truly unforgettable. The house itself is spacious, clean, tastefully decorated, and well-equipped. I'd highlight a luxurious hot tub, super-fast Internet, and automatically reclining chairs provide an extra touch of comfort and convenience. I must also commend the hosts, Rodrigo and Paula, for their exceptional hospitality. They go above and beyond to ensure that their guests have a wonderful stay. From the moment I arrived, they were attentive, friendly, and incredibly helpful. It is evident that they take great pride in their property and work diligently to maintain its excellence. This was my second time renting this house, and it certainly won't be my last. The quality of the accommodation, combined with the outstanding hosts, makes this place a standout choice for a summer vacation. I eagerly look forward to returning next year.

This Flagstaff home had absolutely every amenity and more… The home was spacious and nicely updated. Fireplaces, amazing adjustable beds, beautiful furnishings and decorations, we were able to have a big family breakfast every morning sitting around a large dining room table.. we enjoyed bbqs and hot tub. This home is located in a beautiful safe neighborhood with great neighbors. We highly recommend!

This was the perfect combination of a vacation that felt like a home away from home. Everything from the location to the decor and thoughtful details made this the ideal place for me and my family to stay for our Flagstaff vacation. It was close enough to NAU for me to visit my oldest son yet was in a wooded, peaceful neighborhood so it was a true getaway. It was easy to get to the highway for area attractions.

Kathy's cabin was the perfect home away from home. It was impeccably clean and incredibly cozy. We are a family of six and this home provided us all with a spacious place to relax, unwind and play in the snow. Our host was super responsive and helpful. We would love to come back soon!

My two boys and I went up for the weekend to go skiing. The property is as listed then we will definitely plan on coming back. Amazing communication from the owners with most responses within 10 to 20 minutes. Highly recommend!

Truly have nothing bad to say about this home. Exactly as represented and the obvious thought and effort that went/goes into making the experience effortless is evident at every turn. The fact they leave the hot tub heated to a perfect 104* so you’re ready to slide in after a nice day on the slopes is wonderful!! Not to mention the attention given to maintaining a sanitary hot tub as well!!

Was an amazing weekend with my family. Plenty of room for everyone. Extremely comfortable, clean, and cozy. Host were attentive and responded within minutes of messaging. Everything you could possibly need and then some available. The home was decorated for Xmas with a tree and everything. Truly felt festive with the tree lite up, fire going, and a cup hot coco. Must say my family enjoyed our entire stay. I’d have to say my granddaughters favorite part was the jacuzzi tube. Definitely recommend Kathy’s Cabin.

We went up for my fiancés 30th birthday weekend and very much enjoyed our stay! Everything was super clean and easy. We look forward to going back soon! It was a great property and have zero complaints! I suggest this property for anyone looking!

The property is tucked away in a very nice neighborhood, with pine trees still standing it gives it a forest setting. The home is very clean and well organized for any size family. The jacuzzi on the back patio along with the barbeque grill makes it very convenient to just RELAX. I would recommend this property to anyone needing to get out of the city.

This was a perfect getaway I. The cool pines of Flagstaff. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful but still close to all the shops, restaurants and amenities Flagstaff has to offer. It is the perfect location for a getaway and cooler temperatures. The house was beautifully clean and well appointed with all you could need for your stay. We really enjoyed the back deck in amongst the pines and the hot tub in the cool evening. The check in and out process was easy and well communicated by the host. We would definitely recommend to any family visiting the area.

Great property for two families! We had two families of four and our kids loves sharing the bunk bed room. The lower bunk bed is a double bed so kids could sleep there if they didn’t want to sleep on top. The king bed and queen bed in other rooms were comfortable as well. Very stocked kitchen with appliances and everything you need. The hot tub was great as well as instructions and cleaning tablet was appreciated. Great house!!

Kathy’s Cabin was the greatest VRBO experience I’ve had. If you’re OCD on cleanliness, this is the place for you. The property is well maintained, and provided all the comforts of home and then some. The host Rodrigo and Paula provided great timely communication before during and after our stay, and made it clear that wanted to make sure we were comfortable during our stay, and we were. We’re looking forward to returning to Kathy’s Cabin during our next visit to Flagstaff.

We were staying in Flagstaff for the weekend as several of our group were doing the Mountain Man Triathlon. Great house with excellent location being a few minutes from town and not far from the race. Space was large, comfortable and clean. The beds were fantastic, including the fancy adjustable bed in the master. Lots of options for TVs and the kitchen was well outfitted. Having a large garage made it easy to work on bikes and the hot tub was a great feature after a long day of racing. We are definitely looking to return to explore more of Flagstaff! Excellent house!

This house is very large for a family of 6, the living room is very comfortable, but, most importantly, I don't think you could ask for a better location. This is right next to federal land areas where you can see elk, deer, and all sorts of things. It is right off of the interstate, but you do not feel like you are close to anywhere. The neighborhood is the quintessential American neighborhood, with kids playing all around. A great, quiet street. Perfect for families.

Great stay. No complaints!

I have stayed in a number of very nice VRBO properties, but this one beats them all. The house is clean, comfortable, and very spacious, and the furnishings are clearly NOT early-attic hand-me-downs but rather pieces selected especially for guests. For example, the double bunk beds in the third bedroom have larger beds on the bottom so that adults staying with their children have plenty of room. BTW, the bathroom with the tub is accessible only through the master bedroom, which was exactly what we wanted but which was not clear (at least to me) in the description of the property. The outdoor amenities (hot tub, fire pit, picnic table with umbrella, two small balconies with chairs and tables, and benches in the yard) allow guests to meet and mingle in different places. Our group was composed of three members of an international online writing group who had never met in person (and their spouses and children), and Cheerful Kathy's Cabin gave us the perfect blend of togetherness and privacy and added tremendously to pleasure and fun of the gathering. Thank you, Rodrigo and Paula!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! Our favorite part was the outdoor space, which includes a hot tub, gas fire pit and nice big dining table. The interior is great too - very spacious with a huge primary bedroom and kitchen/dining room area. Each bedroom has a nice tv with internet - the BEST internet we have ever had in Flagstaff (SO fast and reliable)! Location is perfect - close to everything we wanted to do in and around Flagstaff, but in a nice little neighborhood with great walking/hiking paths nearby. The hosts have clearly put a lot of work into making sure this property is perfect for guests. Everything works beautifully, and all the "little things" like the pots and pans, kid-friendly dishes, shampoo/conditioner, etc, are all much higher quality than you typically get in a rental. This is not the most expensive property we have stayed in, but it is our favorite!

I rented the house for ten days in late May. It's probably the coolest place within 2 hours of driving from Phoenix. The house is very well furnished and equipped (fast internet, central heating system, spa, garage, kitchen, patio, TVs). I was working remotely and my family (wife, adult daughter with special needs, and son 10yo) had a great time there hanging out in the house, walking in the forests, bicycling, and driving around. Rodrigo and Paula, thank you a lot for your hospitality. Hope to visit you again the next year!
