House is in perfect location, right on the beach. Convenient to just walk right out and be at the water. Home was dated but was overall nice and renters were quick to respond when we had an unexpected water outage. One complaint is that the home was dirty. The couch was covered in hair when we arrived. We used nearly a whole lint roller to clean it enough to sit on. A few pillows on the bed was also covered in hair. Rugs and carpeted areas were also covered in hair. That made it difficult with a baby that crawls, no surface was clean enough to let her roam. I understand it’s pet friendly, but that’s no excuse not to clean between renters. Every single piece of furniture was extremely uncomfortable. We usually wouldn’t need to use it much, however the time we were there it rained quite a bit so we were forced to stay inside. For the cost of this place, they could afford some updated furniture and to have a decent cleaning crew come in. Overall a good stay, but the cleanliness and discomfort of furniture was an issue for everyone in the group.

The house needs some attention. My son got multiple insect bites in master bedroom, the king size mattress needs to be replaced you just roll to the middle when sleeping we have addressed this on previous visits.

The property was terrific. We enjoyed our stay. Possibly a few more details could be explained in the check-in email (such as where to find wifi password, what is expected at checkout, etc). Overall, terrific place to stay.

This house is great for family vacations. This is our 2nd time staying here. Could use some updating but it didn't stop us from coming back.

It has most everything you need there. This is the best end to stay on I think because of traffic and road work.

We had an amazing stay. Beautiful place, amazing views and location. The home needs some TLC. Lots of minor improvements could be made, including a new mattress in the master bedroom. Not meant to be a negative as our stay was fabulous 😍. Thank you so much!!

Everything about this trip was wonderful. My adult kids and I went for my birthday and it was perfect. I loved being right on the beach. The house was represented well in the VRBO description. It felt like our own oasis among the busyness of Panama City.

Loved the location! Enjoyed many sunsets on the deck and on the beach which is only a few steps away. House shows a little age but just adds to the charm. Many good restaurants nearby and Schooners is just 1 minute walk away which is perfect on arrival day when you're too tired to cook. Especially appreciate we can bring our cat who enjoyed the views too. We'll be back, thanks for sharing!!

Very beautiful view!! So much room! Kitchen fully stocked with everything you need to cook! Very homey feel. A really good restaurant a couple of doors down. Sunsets amazing!!!

Schooners is short walk away. House is right on the beach. Clean and nice. Would stay here again for sure.

If I could give more stars for location I would! Maybe 100 easy steps from the back door to the ocean. The beach house is just as pictured. Had everything we needed except a grill so we brought our own. Communication was very quick and informative before and during our trip. Definitely would go back!

Visited PCB for the first time and lucked out with the location of this house. Minutes to anything you needed and multiple restaurants. Very relaxing trip !

Right on the beach! Ranch home is clean and spacious. Gorgeous views from the living area and covered deck. Plenty of towels, linens, pillows and bedding. Kitchen has plenty for family vacation; Keurig and coffee pot, air fryer, pressure cooker, toaster, microwave and plenty of dishes, pots and pans. Good water pressure and big enough water heater that no one had to take a cold shower. Beds could use an upgrade. There is a charcoal grill, upgraded patio furniture, a couple beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys and a boogie board to use. Had an issue with the freezer sticking and we couldn't use it and the dryer quit but management was quick to address issues. AND RIGHT ON THE BEACH! Issues did not overshadow our vacation. Would definitely come back!

House was exactly as it looked online. We loved staying there. It was very roomy and comfortable. We had what we needed to cook meals but the pots and pans could use an upgrade. There are no pantry items so bring everything! But dishes, serving utensils, etc were all well stocked. Great communication from owners/managers as well! We suddenly had an issue a few days in when bees decided to make their home under the deck and they came right away with people to solve the problem!! The area is our favorite and we look forward to possibly staying again!!

The house is a perfect layout for many guests. The view is just beautiful and about 10 steps to the beach.
The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed. The bedrooms were nice and had plenty of room. I like each room had 2 beds!
The patio was just perfect for enjoying the beach and star gazing!

This house is super cute and the views cannot be beat. Great location with the neighborhood being upgraded.
The owner and property manager were very responsive!
My only suggestion and plea would be to update all the mattresses, in all the rooms. So important to have a good mattress.

We loved the location of this property. You are 4 doors down from a great restaurant and bar, and there are other local food options very close by (try Shore Shack Pizza, you won't be disappointed!) You have a perfect view of the water from the back deck and just a couple steps down to the sand. The house is spacious and clean. The furnishings give you a no-frills beachy vibe. See how many mermaids you can count throughout the house! The property management staff were all very friendly and responsive.

Beautiful property! Almost no kid proofing to do, no stairs (except for the beach access), and lots of open room to run and play. It was perfect for our family! Open floor plan in the main living, kitchen, and dining area meant plenty of room for everyone to be together without being right on top of each other.
The back was all windows, with lovely shutters, to let in as much light and view as we wanted!
I've definitely found my new favorite place to stay when visiting PCB!

Nice location, only complaint is for a “pet friendly” home there should be pet gates on back porch, what a pain to put stuff in front of steps to keep dogs from wondering off. Also the patio furniture is junk, some broken, in fact one pinched the crap outta my side…not kool, for the amount of money the place cost I would have expected better.

Nice beach house
Very nice older home with a beautiful view. This was our first time to stay in a house instead of a condo and we loved it!! We did a good bit of cooking and the big kitchen was really nice.

Great vacay!
We loved and enjoyed staying here. You could not ask for a better location! We did have a few issues, but the manager took care of them very promptly. Would definitely stay again.

Fun in the sun!
The house was just as described. Everything we needed for our beach home away from home. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets from the deck nightly. Short walk to the water and local beach bar for cocktails. Lots of restaurants nearby with some awesome places just over the pass.
