This house was perfect!! Location was great and located on a small, quiet cul-da-sac. All the beds were comfortable. There was plenty of space for two families. Kitchen was fully stocked including dishwasher and laundry detergent. The bikes and golf carts were an added plus. Would absolutely stay here again!

It was first-rate and so thoughtfully presented at every level. Could be our best rental experience ever through VRBO.

We really enjoyed this house. It's in a quiet cul-de-sac but a short golf cart ride to everything on Fripp. The golf carts and bikes included were a huge plus for our group. The house was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked. Taylor is a great host who respondes to questions quickly, before and during our trip.

This was our 16th visit to Fripp and our 12th different house. Gotta say, this one was our favorite! Great house, well-stocked, fantastic golf carts . . . we could not be happier! Thanks Taylor and Matt!

Property matched the pictures nicely. The house was in a convenient location and came with everything as advertised. The home is a little older but renovated. The bed rooms are a little on the small size, but the open kitchen, dining, and living room areas are nice. Kitchen was well stocked with all the appliances, cookware & dishes needed for our party of 6 adults and 3 kids.

House was nice & charming. Plenty of bed space and comfortable for our group of 10. 2 Golf carts/12 bikes/2 kayaks were a welcome bonus, so factor that into your decision before renting elsewhere. Taylor is also Extremely Prompt with responses and was a great host. Although we did not actually meet our host - they are just a phone call or message away and are VERY HAPPY to assist you with any questions or concerns. I never waiting more than 5 mins for them to reply. The house has everything you will need and then some, so just bring whatever food you want. There is Plenty of towels, bedding, cookware, soap, shampoo and sunburn gel in all three bathrooms. The double shower in the master suite was awesome for the wife and I. The house is at the end of a culdacac in a quite wooded area... Lots of deer 🦌 bucks & does visit the property daily and the kids/grandkids enjoyed petting and feeding them apples and lettuce. The only alligators 🐊 that we saw were in a pen at the nature station and one on the golf course. So don't be afraid to visit this island. Go to the beach when the tide is out and there will be plenty of room for you to enjoy whatever you want. All-in-all this was a Great vacation and we ended up bringing several sea creatures (hermit crabs, shrimp, star fish, anemones, snails, jellyfish, and other little fish) home to put into our saltwater tanks. Thanks so much to Taylor for making us feel like we were a part of the island family.
