our family and friends had a great vacation swimming at the dock and parking our jet skis at the slip was very convenient. bird seed available to watch the birds was nice. The owners communication was perfect. would recomend to anyone with a large group looking for a clean fun place

We enjoyed our stay at the Ten Mile house. The views of the lake are incredible. We had a total of 13 people there and still had a couple beds to spare. We rented a pontoon and utilized the dock and lift. There is a sand bar a few miles north of the house that we spent the afternoon on - highly recommend. The golf cart also came in very handy. We would chose this house if we visit Watts Bar Lake again.

We had 11 people- mostly adult with a couple teenagers. Plenty of room to hang or have some quiet time. The home is beautiful with books and games and a large table for dinner or family game time. The lake is beautiful and quiet. The house is well stocked and clean. Upper deck and lower porch were my favorite parts. Plenty of patio furniture to lounge and take in the views. We swam and used the inflatable rafts off the dock. It was calm clean water. We did use the golf cart to carry floaties down but the walk was tolerable. Be aware its a mountain - so hills. Would 10/10 recommend for anyone looking for quiet, beautiful scenery. Especially large groups. No issues cooking for everyone. Plenty of bathrooms and showers. Host sent a list of where to find things to make the stay even better!

This house lived up to the description and MORE! Comfortable beds, amazing kitchen, very nice living area, and the sunsets were an added bonus! The owner was very friendly and personable, but not intrusive. Looking out onto the lake in the morning with a cup of coffee is just the BEST way to start the day! The only suggestion I have is to have a guest book to sign, it's fun to read stories/experiences from others who have stayed there. We look forward to staying in this house again sometime in the future!

The house worked well for our extended family to gather for Thanksgiving. Plenty of space to allow everyone some privacy but room enough to gather around the fireplace for World Cup games on the TV. Kitchen was well equipped and the dining table worked well for our group. Spacious porch overlooking the yard and lake. Beautiful sunsets. Highly recommend the house for a large gathering.

We had an extended family vacation that included 8 adults. We had plenty of space to relax, cook, and each couple had our own rooms and bathroom areas. The porch was amazing to set out and view the sunsets. We will definitely stay again.

For anyone looking to sit back and relax by the lake this place really hits the spot. Wonderful relaxing atmosphere, great house with some really amazing sunsets!

We celebrated my parent's 50th wedding anniversary. House was perfect for my family and the view of the lake was amazing! Kids enjoyed the foosball table. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was perfect for our family they thought of everything you could really need from shampoo to seasons to cook with beds were comfortable very clean there is a steep driveway but I’m sure that’s the only way to get that million dollar view the golf cart was great to drive down to dock and see neighborhood

Our family had a great time on the lake. The house was perfect for our family. No issues at all. We had everything that we needed. The view from the house was amazing. The boat slip that was included with the rental was a huge plus. The golf cart was definitely needed and we used it everyday to take us back and forth from the house to the boat slip. We had a wonderful time in this very beautiful house! Highly recommended. The golf cart was needed since the lake access is quite a walk down hill. At the community dock the owners have a boat slip available. We kept a pontoon there, and fished and swam off of the dock. The house is very large, comfortable, and well equipped.

Wonderful week on Watts Bar Lake. The house was well cared for, super comfortable and the beautiful kitchen with everything we needed was a real bonus! The layout of the house provided a wonderful set up for our family… with teens and young adults. Plenty of beds and multiple levels to spread out on. The girls took the upstairs, the boys took the lower level…and the master bedroom/bath on main was spacious for my husband and I. The golf cart made the short distance to the dock/lake easy! The dock itself was great and the water in Watts Bar Lake is so clear!! Fantastic for boating, tubing, swimming and fishing! We did it all!

We really enjoyed our stay here, this is a great place for families. The view was beautiful. The host was great and thought of everything. Planning on staying again.😊

This home exceeded all expectations and our extended family getaway here was amazing! The home was very clean, spacious, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We cooked all of our meals here, and there was plenty room in the pantry and the fridge for everything. We spent hours on the covered deck-the ceiling fans on the deck provided a breeze, making it comfortable even with a heat index of over 100 degrees! And the views, especially the sunsets, were gorgeous! We brought our 22 ft Moomba wake boat and was able to dock with no issues at the boat slip. The water at the dock was plenty deep enough and Watts Bar Lake Dam boat dock was just a short distance away. Being from NW Ohio, we loved the warm and clean lake waters that we don't get up north. The golf cart made it easy to get to the dock, and although there are several stairs to the dock, we did not find them to be too steep and there is a hand rail all the way down. I would give this home 10 stars if I could! It absolutely made our family vacation one of the best! The owner was very nice to work with also (as well as very understanding when we reported that we broke the mirror off of the golf cart- but we did replace it ) :)

Lots of room for our family to spread out! The views are amazing. We left a couple of things behind by accident, and Scott arranged for us to pick them up. Talk about great service! Highly recommend this property. We rented a pontoon boat and parked it at the boat dock overnight. The entire family had a great time! Great fishing off the dock. The golf cart is handy as well as the water toys!

We booked the house for a low key weekend with the family and this place was perfect! The covered porch was where we spent most of our time. Would highly recommend!

It’s out of the way, private in just the right way. If you are able bodied, getting to the lake is a short walk. Bringing or renting a boat is highly recommended if you intend to fish. House is well appointed and maintained. It sleeps 3 couples and a bunch of singles. Bedding is great in 2 rooms and ok in the others. The griddle and blender were nice to have when cooking for 10. The table seats 8 comfortably.

We were 11 people. We all had comfortable rooms, beds and baths. The house is awesome. I highly recommend it. We also took our dog and it was perfect.

Our large family stayed at this property. We absolutely loved our experience! The house was more beautiful than in the pictures. It was larger than the pictures made it seem. The view was amazing. The owner was very easy to communicate with and checked in to make sure our stay was perfect and made sure we didn’t need anything! Everyone kept saying how much they loved the house. We would definitely stay again!

This house is absolutely amazing! It was probably the cleanest and nicest house I have ever rented. There were only 4 of us but we could have brought a football team and had room for everyone to sleep. We only used the 2 King beds but they were very comfortable. We prepared all of our meals at the house and had everything we could possibly need for cooking our meals. I cannot say enough about all the supplies that we had..toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels and even shampoo and bath soap in every bathroom….no one does that! I loved the openness of the kitchen and living room. And my favorite place was the huge deck! The sunsets are truly amazing …we drank our coffee here and spent many hours just staring at the beautiful lake! We were all so comfortable and relaxed. The owner, Scott, was just as great as the house. He sent me info and made sure we had everything we needed..and responded to my messages almost instantly! As you can tell I am in love with this house and hope I can go back soon…my sunset oasis❤️❤️
