This property is fantastic! We were a group of 5 adults and 3 young children visiting LA from the East Coast and the house was more than accommodating for our needs. The house is beautifully decorated with tons of natural light and great artistic/design touches for the interior. It was elegant but very comfortable at the same time. The pool was obviously a major draw for the kids (and adults) and we all had a great time relaxing in the outside space. The location is also only 25 minutes from Malibu via a scenic drive through Topanga Canyon and we enjoyed 2 days on the beach there as well as a self guided driving tour down Pacific Coast Highway to Santa Monica. If you don’t feel like sitting in LA traffic for sightseeing activities, there is really no reason to leave this property. It has everything you need and is quiet and private. Highly recommend and would definitely book again on a return to LA.

We stayed here after driving across the country to get our daughter settled in an apartment nearby. The house was centrally located near everything we needed (eg, Walmart, Trader Joe’s, furniture stores). We have family nearby who came over for a few days and we took advantage of the large pool, backyard, grill, and pullout couch. The house was great for a large family and kids of multiple ages.

My husband and dogs and I stayed at Le Bleu House for almost 3 months and it was truly a home away from home. The owner and manager were always responsive to questions by text and phone and resolved any issues that we had very quickly (internet outage, pool, AC), even coming to the house, as necessary. The house itself is very cozy and comfortable. I worked from home during this time and everyone always commented on how great the background looked! My husband loved the rain shower head and pressure. And they had every amenity available in the kitchen for us to prepare our own meals every day. Even the grounds are well kept, including the backyard and the pool. It was very convenient to let the dogs out to play while I was on calls. The neighborhood on one side is very safe and great to walk the dogs. On the other side is a bit of a homeless issue - but I think that is very typical of most LA neighborhoods. The house is an easy 5-10 minutes away from Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Costco and the newly renovated Topanga mall! We enjoyed our stay here very much!!

We were very impressed with this property. Very secluded and hidden from the beaten path. SUPER CLEAN. Just loved the property. We will come back again. Do not hesitate to stay at this property. And what we loved the most was the fact they were willing to accept a small pet at no additional charge. HUGE for our responsible family. Thanks again! -Dan and family

Bobby was friendly even with the silliest question on how to unlock the front door. The house was clean and had beautiful wooden floors throughout the house. It was convenient for all the locations we went to. We will definitely be staying again. The pool was great my daughter loved it.

The process was easy and the owner was quick to respond. The reason I choose the property was because the property was detailed with a lot of information. The only negative that I could give was outside. I would recommend spraying for bugs, had to kill 2 spiders and it would have been nice to have another TV in one of the bedrooms
