staff, unprofessional, requested to shown policy regarding charge of $10 for a second key, they didn’t have policy,

the rooms are very outdated. dirty carpets, mattress on bed very old. staff really rude

everything other than location. this place doesn’t accept international credit cards (although they don’t mention it anywhere, the guy at reception spilled it out accidentally). we were told our credit was declined and after talking to the back they confirmed what the guy told us, so we had to pay cash. the sheets and towels were stained, bed cover has TONS of holes (I get that it’s a smoking room but that’s really something else). there were a few hairs in the bathroom. the fridge isn’t cooling nothing.

I always ask for a room on the first floor and usually get one, but, even though the parking lot was practically empty on a Monday night, I had to accept a second floor room. The stairs are scary....you feel like you could trip and fall. Also, the air conditioner was damaged by some previous renter...so it was difficult to cool the room down...room was hot and humid. Not happy with this last rental, but it's convenient so I will try again to rent a first floor room. Also, WHY do they use such strong-smelling cleaning solutions...it's so unpleasant....have to air out the room for a couple of hours before staying in it.

Strong smelling cleaning solution used by the worker who disinfects and clean the rooms. Second floor not a fan of the steep stairs.
