We have enjoyed this region of the White Mountains for years, including Nestlenook Farm so staying here amongst the beauty was beyond expectations to celebrate our anniversary. The bed was amazingly comfortable, the porch with view was relaxing, the peace/quiet was indescribable, and being able to set off to enjoy the great outdoors without long drives was a gift. We genuinely appreciated this room, the grounds, and would only advise those that are not early risers to consider alternative because the sunlight will wake you.

Can't lock room when you step out. Fireplace wakes you up at night. No shades on upper window. Entry keypad is confusing.

Such a cozy and quiet place with a beautiful view. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back when the ice skating rink freezes!

Loved the cleanliness, did not like the bed height. It was way too high. Needed a ladder to climb in.

This home is perfect for two people to escape and relax in the beautiful White Mountains. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Views out of every window and a lovely screened in deck. The fireplace heated to room quickly and provided an ambiance perfect for our stay. The notebook left by the owner gives you everything you need to know about the room. Great location within Nestlenook and a quick drive to all the shops. Clean, quiet, relaxing, and scenic surrounding made for a perfect stay.

A warm and friendly environment and the convenience to nearby restaurants was extremely helpful.

What we loved was the cozy atmosphere! Plus the view from the screened in porch (or from the bed) made us feel we were sitting in treetops! All the right amenities to include a large jacuzzi tub! I wish I had that king bed in my home bedroom!

Absolutely gorgeous. Disappointed jacuzzi was unavailable. Cable tv was below average on a rainy day. Otherwise… perfect !!!

Beautiful location, beautiful condo, really nice views and very quiet. For the minor inconveniences: The bathroom door didn’t close. We had to sleep with the doors and windows open because the pilot was on in the fireplace in the middle of a heat wave and we weren’t able to shut it off. We tried contacting the management company and they were no help. While it was a great stay and a nice little room, we probably wouldn’t stay again.

The apartment was located in a nice secluded area, off the main road. The directions made it easy to find and the photos and description were accurate and the apartment was perhaps nicer than the photos. It was well maintained and the rooms were very clean and neat. The King Bed was comfortable, although a bit high off the floor and some may find it perhaps a bit of a challenge to get up into if you you were not tall or had some mobility issues. The shower was nice and plenty of Hot Water. We did not use the very large tub, that could easily accommodate two and was of whirlpool variety. With staying in August the room temperature was pleasant even without the heat pump air conditioning. We just left the windows and balcony door open and the air was fresh and clean and made for a great sleep. We have no problem recommending it for a stay if all of the above is what you are looking for. Would we stay again if in the area again? I would have to say yes, as I cannot think of any negative reasons why not. It was a pleasant and relaxing stay for us and we enjoyed this property very much. :-)

This place was perfect for a weekend away. The room was so clean, inviting, and offered a great view of Nestlenook farm and the mountain behind. The gardens were beautiful and the pool was immaculate.

Place was clean and spacious

Lovely sunny space with a king size bed with a great mountain view. Nice walking trails are available adjacent to the property. I loved the jacuzzi style bath tub and the modern bidet toilet. The owner is lovely and once I arrived I had great communication. However, there were a few bumps in the road communicating through Vacasa. Communications with them were not echoed to the property owner, including arrive details. So there was some confusion. Besides that small issue the only request I have is a small desk. I plan to stay there again. Really nice spot.

This little space was absolutely perfect for a little getaway and R & R. It was clean and had everything we needed to feel at home. The location is perfect with som many activities we enjoy close by. Hiking, snowshoeing, along with the offerings at Nestlenook Farm made it the ideal spot for us. We felt like we were staying inside of a Christmas card.

The view was great and the room was clean upon arrival. Fireplace was not functional and the spa tub jets did not work properly.

We loved everything about this experience. It put us in walking distance of a romantic sleigh ride, in a short driving distance from all sorts of great food in N. Conway, and therefore in convenient driving distance to the winter adventure park activities. The accommodations were clean and private and so comfortable. It feels like an extension of our home home.

We spend a fair amount of time in huest accommodations, and this was the nicest stay in years. Room is week appointed and comfortable. Cleanliness was off the chart. We will definitely be back!

The grounds are absolutely beautiful! The views are stunning. The condo is the end unit which is great and has a little a bit of everything you need. The bed is comfy and very tall so you can look out to the mountains.
