Immaculate and fully equipped unit with gorgeous views and three oceanfront balconies. Included use of the W Hotel’s excellent gym and beach chaise lounges and umbrellas. Overall excellent.

The unit was just as shown and the host met us there when we arrived and made sure we knew if we needed Anything just to call. Great unit and very professional great host. We will definitely book this unit in the future.

The space was wonderful. Everything was supplied. Just wish we had an Ice bucket to keep ice. Other than that, it was perfect!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 1. Communication before our arrival was detailed and concise. 2. After our arrival time changed to 11pm, we were informed by Luxury rentals to proceed to the W for check in. Unfortunately, our reservation details were not forwarded to the W and we had to wait in the lobby for close to an hour after having flown 20 hours through three continents to get to Miami. We called, texted and sent a WhatsApp message to Luxury but received no response. The WhatsApp message indicated it had been read, yet no response was made. Eventually the W staff on duty began to call Luxury staff that he knew and was able to get us into our condo at midnight. We did make a written complaint about this. Surprisingly, up till now we have received no apologies from Luxury. 3. We would like to comment Oriana who was attentive to our needs while we stayed at the facility. She always responded to queries and requests. 4. The TVs in unit 1229 DO NOT WORK. PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT THIS ROOM. Interestingly, we discovered that Luxury knew this and still placed us in this room, made no apologies or offered to partially refund us for this inconvenience. In summary, we believe we did not get good value for the money we spent on this vacation rental. Lesson learned.

What an amazing stay! I had no idea that there was such a large and well furnished place available in South Beach! First time renting (used to always book hotels) and I found this to be the far superior option. It is cheaper than getting three hotel rooms in the same location and has a fully equipped kitchen!! We saved money by cooking. The place itself is so beautiful--exactly like description, no shady bate and switch like some other online booking companies. I was so pleased with the service provided, starting from Roy, then Kamoundy then Sophia, everyone was so nice. Renting our own place requires sligtly more work and prep and communication, but if you have a large family like mine, this is the way to go and this company is really quite good. I will definitely be renting with them again at another one of their amazing hotel residences.

When I asked if the fourth night would be less expensive the woman said "not for you, but we get to keep more because you're renting it directly from us and not VRBO." Nice. They also charge a fee for the use of credit card, which I'm pretty sure you're not supposed to do, but it was a small amount, why bother fighting it. However, what bothered me the most of the nonsense afterwards. They wanted to charge me about money for dirty towels and a broken statue. When I pressed them, they came clean that the statue was already broken and they would suffer the loss of the towels. BUT, I had to press them or I would have ended up paying for stuff I shouldn't have. When you're paying that much for a unit, you would expect service to be above board, but not here. It's really a nice unit with great views and a great set up. So, don't stay away from it, just know you're in for a little extra work with the management company.

Stayed here for a English half term week with 5 teenage girls! Fabulous apartment and great location which managed to suit all of our various needs. My only criticisms were that you needed to be early to get a good spot by the pool, but otherwise difficult to fault. Beach staff always attentive and service generally excellent. Will be a long time before I forget the view of the beach and the sea from our apartment window.

We had a great stay at the 3BR W South Beach. It sure is a busy place but with some fun for both kids and adults. The place was well furnished and well maintained. There was a fully equipped kitchen which we used all the time. The apartment prides itself with the spectacular views of the Ocean. Occasionally we got noise from other hotel rooms but it is the usual thing for hotel stays. Great time by the pool and we tried the beach many time. Service at both places was amazing. Overall we had an excellent and entertaining stay.

Our stay at the 3BR W Residence was fantastic. The unit itself is as chic/posh as you will likely ever find at a beach location. It has been well maintained and had just about everything we could think of in the kitchen - maybe even too many conveniences for the space. Each of the bedrooms were very well appointed king suites with huge bathrooms, showers, and morning bars. The W itself is pretty cool itself and was perfect for 4 kids around the pool and beach. Mr. Chow was also a great dinner stop as were the many other great restaurants within walking distance.
