This was a beautiful unit and in a spectacular location. The condo was clean and well maintained. The coach covers were a little worn out but not a big deal. The mattresses were hard as other reviewers pointed out but to me that is a matter of preference. Communication with the property manager was a bit excessive. I received multiple emails, calls and text messages during our stay While I appreciate the information, it all could’ve been accomplished with one email and a text to confirm we were able to get into the condo. Also, I was called and sent a text message while we were at the pool stating that an AC maintenance person was almost at the door and a maintenance person would be coming between 12-5pm for routine maintenance. When I expressed that this would be inconvenient, to the owner’s credit she rescheduled the appointments. Apparently the owner was not made aware that we were renting that week. Regarding the accuracy of listing, the pool was supposed to be heated and it wasn’t. This was one of the items I looked for before renting a place for vacation knowing that the ocean would be chilly during our stay. The pool was freezing and completely unusable during our stay. The local residents told us that a part had been ordered and was in but no one had installed it yet. When I contacted the property manager, they said they were unaware and would look into it. I didn’t hear back for over 24 hours and was told that the pool would not be fixed during our sta

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the condo is perfect! Gulf-side, pool-side quiet family atmosphere. This is our 3rd year at this location and have noticed that upgrades need to be made (and haven't been) and yet the price continues to increase. The sliding glass door inner sill is busted and ruins the spectacular view just outside because of the bacteria growing between the glass (new this year 2023). The couches (review from 2022) and mattresses in all the bedrooms need to be replaced as they have become increasingly uncomfortable. Their were many restless nights had by all. The kitchen could also use a new set of silverware (new 2023) - there aren't many spoons. The water pressure in the master bathroom shower needs to be fixed (new 2023). While I love this location, but for the price I would expect more upscale features in this condo. I sure hope changes are made or I will be looking at different condos in the area for next year.

The pool is wonderfully warm, and the beach is steps away. We had an awesome time here! This condo is on the 1st floor, so it’s super convenient with no steps in the unit. You do, however, have steps to get from the parking lot and down to the pool, so if you are disabled or wheelchair bound, this is an issue. This place is so close to full 5 stars! The view and location are unbeatable!Things that keep it from 5 stars: It was cleaner last year. There are no televisions or even monitors in 2 out of the 3 bedrooms. Hot water is difficult to figure out in the kitchen. The wifi is so bad in the 2 smaller bedrooms- even with the wifi extender in our room, we could not maintain connection in either front bedroom. We tried to unplug and reset, as instructed, but this was an issue last year as well. Confusing that one person handles the rental, then there is an app, which had little info, and then another person emails with check in info, but a separate text from the company asks you what time you’re leaving. What makes this a great rental: Location and view. Pool. Small complex. Parking assigned. Decor is nice and beachy. Plenty of supplies provided. Beach chairs and towels were great! Loved that you could leave food for them to donate. Beautiful private beach! Pool is well taken care of and so warm- even with 65 degree air! Grounds are so well kept. I would definitely stay again- just a few minor tweaks would make this 5/5! Thank you.
