We were able to all get around easily and it felt safe and was very nice and comfortable!

So much enjoyed our stay!! The home is exactly as advertised. There were five of us, so we each had our own bed and plenty of space for hanging out. Tim accommodated us arriving early, which was very appreciated, as we were all flying in at different times from out of town. It's a 5-minute walk to the grocery store, which made getting some supplies super easy upon arrival. The house is right on the edge of the Marigny area, so it's very easy to walk down to Frenchman and to the French Quarter. Saturday night there was some noise on the street from party buses, but this was to be expected, given all the fun folks are having in New Orelans on a weekend. :-) Highly recommend this property for a group looking to take advantage of all New Orleans has to offer. Big Thanks to Tim for being such a helpful host.

7 Chicago/LA friends met for the French Quarter Fest and all stayed here. Spacious, clean and well-appointed property. Easy 15 min walk to French Quarter and French Market. Robert’s grocery 4 blocks away with everything we needed for a big southern breakfast. Just perfect for a group of family or friends. Thanks to Tim!

We took our parents and our daughter on a trip to New Orleans. The place was beautiful, very clean, and so very spacious!! The only negative is that it’s on a busy street.

Recently stayed in this lovely home with six college pals to celebrate our milestone birthdays this year. We had plenty of space to hang out, plus the house was so comfortable. During the day, we easily walked to/from Jackson Square, as well as the French Quarter. The owner was super responsive and quickly fixed a minor issue we discovered upon checkin. I can't recommend this house enough. Also, there is an incredibly well-stocked market just down the street where you can pick up snacks and drinks.

Great location just minutes to the quarter on foot. Property as described and owner very responsive to text and questions. Felt extremely safe in location. Only knock is there are no TVs in sleeping rooms and tv in main room is small.

This home is 5+! The decor was beautiful and it is set up to entertain (great open kitchen to gather), all the rooms were large and VERY QUIET!
The host was very accommodating and great to work with. Location provided easy walking to the FQ and all the fun of NOLA- it was great to return each day to the luxury of this home.

This house was perfect for our group of 10 girls. Plenty of space, comfy beds, lots of seating, etc. The welcome basket was a nice touch too. The house is so much bigger than the photos look. Plenty of street parking. We walked everywhere or took Uber/Lyft so we never had to move our cars. Would definitely stay here again.

We had eight family members flying in from all over the US to meet up and have fun in New Orleans. We absolutely could not have picked a better place to stay. Walking distance to Bourbon Street, French Street, and Royal Street. Multiple nice little restaurants, close and within walking distance as well. The house itself was extremely comfortable And probably the best bed I’ve ever stayed in away from home. Extremely clean and perfect for hosting. The kitchen and living area were great for visiting and relaxing in our downtime. The host Tim is awesome to work with and very responsive. There is a great little market that you can see from the balcony with a nice selection of beer, wine, liquor and food. I highly recommend staying here for your trip.

This is a nicely furnished new build on the edge of the Marigny that is convenient to walk to downtown entertainment and restaurants. Tim the host was very helpful and there was plenty of room to spread out in the house.

Stayed comfortably with 9 adults. The property is very clean, private with a safe and secure gate (and no real neighbors), and all amenities are as advertised. We walked to and from the Quarter every day, about a 20 min walk to Bourbon street. 10 minutes or so to Frenchman. Would absolutely recommend!

This house was the perfect size for 10 girls attending a bachelorette weekend. It was beautifully decorated, very clean and modern, comfortable and a great location to the French Quarter and Frenchmen's Street. During the day we walked around the area but at night we opted to Uber, even to closer by destinations to be safe. The host was quick to respond when I had questions. I would not hesitate to recommend this house to anyone visiting New Orleans with a group. We really enjoyed our stay - thank you!!

The property was exactly as pictured, gorgeous and immaculately clean. The kitchen was fully and thoughtfully stocked with everything you’d need to cook. The beds were super comfy. And the host was amazingly accommodating with checkin and checkout. I’m not familiar with New Orleans and was a little worried about the safety in the neighborhood but I felt very safe at this property and had a wonderful time in New Orleans.

The VRBO was excellent. It was in great shape and clean. The bedroom setup was very good. It fit the 6 of us easily. The owner was very accommodating and provided extra place settings and chairs for our extended family Thanksgiving and Friday meals. We had 12 folks for both meals. The kitchen appliances were good - but we were glad we brought our own cooking utensils and accessories that you would need to cook a thanksgiving meal.

Tim was great! Easy communication, walking distance to many cute local restaurants, a grocery store, and Frenchmen. The house was spacious for our group and Tim gave us early checkin and late check out. Would stay again! Thank you!

Went to Nola for my Big 50 with 7 friends. The host was very responsive and helpful upon chin in and check out. The house is gorgeous and well appointed. You can walk to bourbon Street in in about 20-30 min.

This is a home that we would love to live in. Completely updated, spotless and comfortable-it’s everything you could want. We left our cars parked and ubered everywhere we went, so we’re not sure how close attractions are. We didn’t have any problems with the neighborhood, although it’s not the best area of town.

Stayed at Tim's place for a Bachelor Party weekend in NOLA. The property was very clean and safe. Modern appliances and decor and a great location close to the French Quarter! Was a little nervous walking back late at night but everything was great! Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home on edge of French quarter
Beautiful and clean home. Tim (the host) was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Check-in and check-out processes were a breeze. This was a beautiful space that was great for cooking/entertaining or just hanging around the house, and was equally great with location as far as easy access to the many neighborhoods of New Orleans. The second bathroom on the main floor was definitely a plus. Would happily return here and definitely recommend this place to friends and family!

Beautiful home. Comfortable beds. Great A/C. Everything for a wonderful stay. We didn’t cook in but could have as the kitchen was fully stocked The location was convenient to Frenchman’s Street and the French Quarter. Tim the owner was awesome and very quick with responses. The house was very modern and clean and accommodated our group of 9 people with ease. The beds are very comfortable and kitchen/living area is very spacious. The house is in a good location as it is walking distance to Frenchman Street. Tim was a great host! He was very responsive and accommodating, allowing us to check in hours early since we took an early flight in. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to experience New Orleans!
