This was an incredible trip and it all started with this property and the host! Everything was exactly as described and the location could not be more ideal. Across the street from one of the top beaches on island, and walking distance to numerous restaurants, shops and food/liquor stores. The Maui Bus also stops right next to the property and is an ideal option for safe public transportation. The host is absolutely lovely and was exceptional in communication, both prior to our arrival and during our stay. I highly recommend and will be back without question. Forget 5 stars, Susan deserves 10 stars!

This condo has the best renovated and well equipped kitchen! Absolutely everything you need has been thought of, and is present both in quality and quantity. The location of the condo is ideal and central, and the garden view from the small lanai is beautiful! The owner was helpful and responsive. We would love to stay again!

The property was very clean and as expected. I know the overall properties as I used to live on Maui and have been to these before. Very affordable and worth the money spent. For this short business trip the property was perfect for my needs. Would definitely rent again!!

We have stayed in Kamaole Sands many times and this was by far the best condo we've stayed in. The unit itself was beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture and up to date, renovated kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen itself was very well equipped with lots of pots and pans, cutlery, plates, baking sheets, etc to make using the condo very easy and seamless. The location of the unit in Building 7 was also great as it has a great view, nice breezes to keep the unit cool, and close walk to the beach. Susan was an excellent host with great communication, ensuring that our stay was great. Would highly recommend this unit.

The condo and complex is amazing. The location, safety and quality of the condo and grounds is homey and family friendly. Loved it!

This recently renovated home is conveniently located across the street from a fantastic beach to swim or watch the sunset from. The home had everything we needed including a cooler, beach chairs and umbrella to make our beach trips enjoyable. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and taking walks in to town in the morning. I would highly recommend this property and we’ll be back again soon!

Stayed a weekend with the kids. Excellent amenities and location. Easy check-in and check-out procedures and Susan was so prompt when I had a question/concern. Definitely would stay here again and work with Susan!

The condo was everything we could have asked for. It was clean, organized and spacious. Our host was fabulous and always answered our call. The grounds were stunning. I appreciated the easy walking distance in the evening to go see the sunset. I would highly recommend this condo.

Sweet little family get away it was worth it the condo was beautiful and had a comfortable bed! Didn’t get to use all the amenities but next time we have a chance to stay longer this will definitely be our go to.

We had a great time at Kamaole Sands Resort. We've been at this resort in the past and have never been disappointed. This unit was in a great location. It was clean and furnished with all our needs. The kitchen looks newly remodeled and was done very well. We encountered a situation during our stay (unrelated to the actual unit or our satisfaction itself). Our hostess, Susan, was amazing. She was very responsive and showed sincere empathy and concern. We highly recommend this property and this hostess.

Our stay was great! Susan was very quick with answering questions begore our stay. The property has beach chairs, beach toys for kids, snorkeling equipment boogie boards. The kitchen is fully stocked including seasonings! The property was clean and came with a shark vacuum which I appreciated to keep the floors clean since I had a 7 month old crawling around. The ac in the bedroom is loud but it helped my baby sleep like a dream and I did too!

This was our fourth visit to Maui and stay at Kamaole Sands. This was by far the best unit we’ve stayed in! The others were good as well but this unit was designed with an open concept and updated kitchen, which we loved, it really felt like home. We also had the use of any outdoor gear we needed: boogie boards, skim boards, snorkeling gear and plenty of chairs for our entire family…and golf clubs! My husband loved that. Our host was quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay. Would definitely recommend staying in this unit and we look forward to our fifth visit next year.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Kamaole Sands. The renovated kitchen was wonderful and very well stocked. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom renovation was well done. The bedroom air conditioner is loud , as others have noted, but we got used to it and not a real problem. Susan was very easy to deal with and prompt with her responses. We really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to stay again. Mahalo.

We stayed in Kamaole Sands building 7 hosted by Susan, and I was extremely impressed from start to finish. Check-in was smooth and seamless. The unit was clean, the kitchen well-stocked, and a surprising amount of beach gear was available in the lanai storage space (boogie boards, chars, snorkel equipment). The property itself was beautiful and extremely well-kept. Clean BBQs were available each night. The pool and gym area were great. Tennis courts also in impeccable shape. Our lanai could be a bit bigger. We were stuck getting a 1BR for our family of 4 which was a bit tight, and next time we'll make sure to book early enough for a 2BR. Our experience with host Susan tops it all. She was so responsive and helpful. Prior to arriving we had asked for a cot as an extra sleeping space, and there it was on arrival with a new set of linens. We needed a plunger and messaged her on Sunday asking for one, expecting a reply the next day. However, within an hour or so a new plunger was waiting at the front door. She was also able to accommodate our request for a late checkout. This was a top-notch vacation in a top-notch resort condo. We look forward to coming back next year.

Property was exactly as advertised. Nice unit in a nice location - can't ask for more. Very clean, well stocked, everything worked as it should. Communication, check in and check out were extremely well organized and efficient. Exactly the way you would like them. Highly recommend working with Sue and this unit.

This property delivers more than what was expected. It is a well equipped residence with beautiful grounds and easy access to a great beach and restaurants. Slight downfall with noisy air conditioners in bedroom & main living area. You need to turn off the air conditioner to enjoy a peaceful glass of wine on the deck. Otherwise fantastic.

Wonderful stay in Susan’s condo in south Kihei. Located on the 3rd floor, the lanai had a beautiful view of the tropical gardens and famous sunsets. The condo is exactly as describe and the location was perfectly situated to take advantage of the afternoon Trade Winds. The open doors with the fan was all that was needed to keep the unit cool. The condo is fully geared up for relaxing days at the beach - umbrella, beach chairs, beach towels, and snorkeling gear. Did I mention the beach is across the street - make sure to go early the beach tends to get crowded by mid- morning. A short walk to all that you need for breakfast, lunch, and dinner - as well as a small grocery for your daily essentials and sunset cocktail hours! Also steps away many options for Maui adventures and tours or renting paddle boards and more! Susan thank you for your generosity and welcoming me to your condo! Mahalo
