We had a great stay at this condo. It's very clean, nicely furnished and the bed was super comfy. My kids enjoyed the pool that was in the courtyard. Ray was easy to communicate with and brought up some quarters right away when I asked where to exchange bills to use the laundry machines. The condo is stocked with everything you'll need and a lot of extras - the milk, eggs and pantry items that were provided were a welcome surprise. We've stayed in a lot of vacation rentals and have never seen these items provided before. It was much appreciated and made our first day in LA a lot easier. You definitely need a car if you're staying here - it's a short easy drive to Universal, and then, well it's LA - expect traffic pretty much everywhere! Parking was under the building and we had no issues getting our sedan into the designated spot. It's not a huge parking spot (this is a city!) so plan accordingly with what vehicle you bring, but it's covered and very convenient.

We stayed here for 6 nights and it was great. The apartment was clean and the location was perfect for our family vacation. Sandy and Ray have thoughtfully stocked the apartment with everything you could need for a short or extended stay. We hope to be back soon!

The property is lovely. Everything you need is provided. The hosts are wonderful and they don't ask you to do half of the clean up work after your stay.... toss your used towels in the tub and that's it! So refreshing for your vacation mode. The pool is warm and fun. Our family had a terrific time.

Great place! The communication was excellent, and the location was very clean and convenient. Universal Studios was just 10 minutes away. The host provided some food so we wouldn't have to shop on our first busy day.

Communication and getting into the apartment went perfectly. The apartment was not as nice as the pictures. It was clean with the exception of mold in the shower, around the windows and the ceiling. There was a missing piece of the bedroom vertical blinds so the sun woke us up each day around 5am. The bed was comfortable. Plenty of blankets and towels. The ac blew so cold. The pantry and fridge were very well stocked as others have mentioned. The neighborhood felt safe but i would not call it nice. We saw a couple neighbors who live there full time. They were nice. All in all it was a good stay for the price.

Our whole stay was wonderful. The host left nice notes, a stocked pantry, and well prepared amenities. The location has lots of places to eat and explore in very close proximity. It was nice, quiet, and wonderful. Exactly what we needed.

We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here if we come to Cali again. It's by far one of the best Vrbos we've stayed in, as far as location, the management and all the extras they provided. The apartment itself is located close to all the things we wanted to do. We were able to get to Universal Studios in 15 minutes and places like the LA zoo, Griffith Observatory and all the museums were 20 minutes or less. The neighborhood was cute and felt safe. We walked to several nearby restaurants, including a good Cuban place and a cafe with a good breakfast right across the street. There was also a taco truck right next door every night with some really great street tacos. Ray was a great host. Very responsive and helpful, and we loved all the extras they provided, such as milk, breakfast items, fruit, and snacks. We also appreciated how easy it was to check out. There wasn't a huge list of things to do before we left like most rentals often require, in fact, there wasn't hardly a list at all.
