Beautiful condo, beautiful property and great oc location! We 100% would stay here again! Perfect for a big group!

Disappointed that there was only 1 closest in 6 bedrooms. One room was listed as a queen bed, but was actually a double which was very uncomfortable for my son and his wife. No pantry for food in the kitchen, with other cabinets filled with pots, pans and dishes! The master bedroom had a locked owner's closest which should have been disclosed. Unit was much smaller than the pictures represented for 12 people. An actual inventory list would be much more helpful for guests. They should have a contract with a company that could supply towels!

Property itself was great--We had a couple problems with the instructions that the hosts sent us. Tried to reach them via text per their instructions. They were unresponsive. We finally figured it out with the help of maintenance staff. Checking out was terrible. Property manager needs to figure out how to keep people from hoarding luggage carts. Suggest numbering each cart and making people sign them out with a one hour return time or pay a fee if not returned on time. Simple solution I have seen work elsewhere. Disappointed that the property does not apparently recycle. At least we saw no evidence of it. Overall a great place to stay, even greater if these issues are resolved.

Very nice stay. Easy to access the beaches. Walking distance to good restaurants and shops. We would stay here again.

We had such a great week in Ocean City renting this condo! Being right on the beach and close to local stores was so convenient! The communication with the owner was amazing! Very responsive with any issue and they also gave us recommendations for local restaurants via text. Seawatch in general had a lot to offer and is great for families with kids! I will say the condo itself was a little tight at times when we were all in the main area (we had a party of 8 adults and 1 child) but we ended up using the two smaller, downstair bedrooms for storage throughout the week so that helped! The two levels helped separate the condo and overall, it worked for our stay! The balcony has amazing views so as long as you don’t mind being on the top floor and waiting for elevators, it is def worth renting this condo for the ocean view! It’s also super safe for children as the owners placed an additional net around the main balcony rails. You have to drive or take the bus to boardwalk but that wasn’t too much of an issue (we probably would have rather driven as the bus got packed quickly and was a little long with all the stops). The place was clean when we arrived and kitchen was stocked. It feels updated and has cute beach decor! Storage closet is conveniently located right next to the unit and had so much beach equipment including a nice travel wagon! Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this to families with kids and those who enjoy being able to walk to the beach!

Room for everyone! The Seawatch tags were never needed. However there were 12 bands and only 11 tags. The pots and pans cupboard was a mess but I straightened it out. Everything worked and the sand toys were a hit with my granddaughters! We had a wonderful week at your place and would definitely come again!

This penthouse is beautiful!! It was clean and comfy. There were 9 adults and a 6 year old and we had plenty of room!! The views were amazing and the pools were nice. We will definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful condo with all the amenities, great views of ocean and bayside. Communication with listing host was great. We would definately rent this unit again. Had everything we could have asked for and more. Thank you we had a great week!!

Our family enjoyed our stay here! Views were amazing and there was plenty of room for all of us to be together! Kitchen is well stocked and owner was available for any questions.

My family and I absolutely loved this property. Normally we rent houses this was a really nice, relaxing, and beautiful scenery. We enjoyed the condo so much that we really didn't have time to enjoy the many amenities the building had to offer. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond when I texted. The only downfalls was not enough bathrooms for the amount of people and the temperature in the condo was extremely cold and we wasn't allowed to control that. Overall Awesome vacation & I would definitely rent again.

The staff was very nice and the property had a lot of amenities, the pools were very clean and the movie theater was a nice perk but the unit was very dirty as in not clean when we arrived I feel the owners were not very realistic with their description of the unit and that is why we wouldn’t consider this unit again

Sea Watch has everything you'll need to have a wonderful vacation! Our kids loved the hot tub, as they called it but in fact it was the kiddie pool. We took advantage of the cinema and it was great to have an on site arcade for nights that the kids couldn't make it to the boardwalk. Our group also enjoyed using the tennis courts and the playground too. Beach access was great as well as our views from the penthouse. We were lucky enough to see lots of dolphins during our stay and even caught fireworks one evening. The condo was great for our group although the pictures shown made the place look ALOT bigger than it actually was. This wasn't a deal breaker for us, however we as a group are used to a larger layout. If I had to reccomend any type of upgrade to the unit, it would be to add a 2nd refrigerator, again not a deal breaker we knew this going in so we brought coolers with us. Otherwise communication with Heidi was fantastic and prompt. We would highly recommend this unit!

This penthouse condo is very pretty, and the location on the beach is exceptional. The furniture and the apartment is generally clean and comfortable, but there were dust bunnies under the beds and behind furniture. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and spices. But I have never heard of a place that did not want to provide blankets, towels, or any paper products (including toilet paper or paper towels). The owner wanted us to bring our own, but the previous owner whom I rented the unit from, had promised that he would provide blankets and towels. The current owner, who is a new owner, abided by that arrangement. The air conditioner was broken the day we arrived, but the owner told me someone was coming in the next day to service the unit. We also found that the garbage disposal was broken. The owner originally said she was removing the disposal and told us not to use it, but when I told her the kitchen sink wasn’t draining at all, she was forced to send someone in to fix it. We had 11 people in our group: my husband and myself, and our 2 children with their families, which included our 5 grandchildren, ages 1-7. I was pleased to see lots of beach chairs and a few beach umbrellas, and a beach wagon (which was difficult to drag through the sand). Overall, we had a great week at the beach, and this apartment afforded us plenty of room. But we spent a lot for the week, and I would have thought fewer things would be broken, and that more amenities would be included.

My family and I enjoyed this condo. Kitchen and other parts were recently redecorated nicely. Ample beach chairs and accessories were provided. Washer and dryer appeared to be fairly new. Adil, the owner, was very responsive for some minor items with which we needed help, including through the end of our stay despite the property being sold in the mid point.

We had a wonderful time at Sea Watch Condominiums. We had plenty of room, great amenities and lots to do for adults and kids. The manager, Adil was very attentive to our needs and made our stay go very smoothly. Highly recommend this property.
