Had a great time at the Great Escape in Fredericksburg. Beautiful home very clean in a good neighborhood.

Great property, location, and property manager. Everything that was promised in the VRBO listing was as good or better than expected when we stayed. All aspects of the property was exceptionally well documented and clear on how to use everything. The property and the grounds were sparkling clean and fresh. We had an extremely relaxing experience and I would highly recommend the property to anyone visiting Fredericksburg.

Came for our anniversary. House was nicely decorated. The beds were extremely comfortable. We didn’t cook but kitchen had everything you would possibly need to. Loved the back yard and hot tub area. The house was convenient to the down town area. Very attentive with messaging. Would stay again. Thank you.

Very wonderful property. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. We had one minor issue will we were there but the owner's went above and beyond to resolve the issue.

We stayed a whole week at the Grape Escape. We were able to ride our bikes to country roads from the house and downtown was just a 5 minute drive. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I really liked sitting in the backyard in the evening with our favorite wines and appetizers. The backyard was fenced in so it felt private and quiet.

We were thoroughly impressed with this house. It was very well curated with everything a family needed. The kids loved the games (indoor and outdoor). Had all the amenities we needed. It was very close to Main Street where all the action was. The owners were very communicative and everything was as expected. Can’t wait for our next stay here!

We enjoyed our stay at the Grape Escape. The house is so pretty. In close proximity to everything and well stocked with everything you need.
The host is responsive and easy to communicate with.
The house is decorated so nicely. The beds are comfortable. You can tell a lot of thought and care is given to this property. We enjoyed the spa and lounge area during the cold evenings. We’ll definitely be back.

The house was clean, well maintained, and beautifully decorated for the holidays. The spa room is a fantastic place to enjoy the hot tub no matter the weather. The hosts provided everything we needed for a great weekend getaway. The location was perfect - on a quiet street and just a 15-20 minute walk to Main St.

The Grape Escape was exactly what we were looking for in a low-key vacation. The indoor hot tub was so nice and having a tv there was a fun way to wind down.
Everything was as described and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a couple of meals.
Communication was really easy - everything was explained for check-in and check-out and they also provided tons of local recommendations.

Very clean and super nice! Has everything you need! The outdoor patio and private jacuzzi is amazing! Wish I had more days to spare but loved everything about the home. Kitchen had a lot of appliances to use and very well kept supplies. Fall decor was just perfect!!

The house was very cute & clean! Communication with the owner was very easy! Always very responsive and answered any questions we had! No issues with anything during our stay! We didn’t get a chance to enjoy the hot tub, but did go take a look at the outdoor room…it was absolutely amazing!

My GF and I wanted to get out of Dallas for a few days and drink some wine, and we lucked out on finding this place. Everything was spotless and well taken care of. Ownership was very thorough and polite, which made our stay that much more efficient and enjoyable. The outside area was amazing, as well as the indoor hot tub, which has a massive TV you can watch while relaxing after walking all day. Definitely will be planning to revisit this place in the Fall so we can enjoy the fire pit, as 100+ temperatures rendered that less attractive! You won't be disappointed staying here.

Me and my wife loved staying in this house while we celebrated our anniversary. The home was beautiful and well kept. The bed was extremely comfortable and definitely helped us rest after running around all day. The living room is cozy and decorated wonderfully. The best part hands down was the spa room. What a great idea for relaxation out of the sun. We will definitely stay here again anytime we are in Fredericksburg.

Really enjoyed the proximity to main street with the ability to leave the hubub behind at the end of the day. Great outdoor area for coffee in the morning. Would make a great jumping off point for other hill country attractions like enchanted rock too.

This is by far one of the cleanest VRBO’s we have stayed in. Such a cute little place that has everything you need. Close to all the action in town, too! The outside living space is so fun! We will absolutely stay again!

The Grape Escape was perfect for me for a quick getaway. The house was meticulously clean, beds were comfortable, the outside swing chairs with the string white lights were a perfect way to spend the evenings.

We had a wonderful time at The Grape Escape! Two nights is NOT enough. The property itself is stunning. We actually could have spent the entire weekend at the house, but we did enjoy our time exploring Fredericksburg too. The house is in a perfect location. Short drive to the shops and restaurants on Main St., Trade Days, and Enchanted Rock. The backyard is amazing, and the hot tub was the perfect way to end our busy Saturday. We cannot wait to go back! Thank you, Richard and Erica. Everything was perfect!!

We had a great stay at The Grape Escape in November ‘22 for our anniversary. The house and all amenities were exactly as advertised and highlighted in the listing photos. Close to all the Fredericksburg shops, restaurants, and activities. The house was very clean and organized, nicely updated, and well supplied with appliances, etc. We especially enjoyed the spa room and gas fireplace on a couple of cool November days. Thanks for the great stay! We already plan on returning.

This house was a perfect little spot for a weekend trip. VERY clean and well appointed. The separate enclosed room with the hot tub was awesome for for a soak and watching some football.

Property is well maintained and organized and close to everything but also tucked away on a quiet side street. Spa room is absolutely amazing! We loved everything about our stay here!
