The host, Joe was very accommodating when there was a problem. We have stayed here twice and are booked for next year.

We loved our stay! Everything was lovely. This host had everything we could need! Sometimes two of everything! The home was well taken care of and very homey! We liked the location too. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you Joe!

Waiting for our home to finish in The Villages. Rented for 4 weeks and was able to get our new home ready before we moved in. Enjoyed our cozy home, just bring food, and proximity to Lk Sumter Landing and Spanish Springs. We’re able to explore that area before moving into our new home which is the southern most part of The Villages! Thank you Johnston’s for your allowing your home to be cat friendly, they loved the porch!

This was in a nice quiet neighborhood close to everything! Beds were comfortable! It felt like home. There is a lot to do in The Villages. Joe was very responsive about a light in the kitchen that needed fixed. Thank you for a great stay.

I love everything about being in the Villages. Especially that they have so many different squares where older adults can go and have fun, dance play games shop and live life.

I have to say I love this area so much that I am having my home built right in the area at this time. So as I wait for the completion of my home I decided to stay in the villages and enjoy the people's company and the Square with the liive entertainment. The home was in a perfect location in the villages and close to everything. The owner has been great and easy to contact.

Fabulous
House was great, stayed over a month, owner easy to communicate with. Plenty of pots, pans, dishes for cooking. Neighbors very friendly and neighborhood was quiet and safe!

Wonderful stay!
Awesome property. Well equipped, great location. Only thing we needed was a golf cart, so we rented one! Owner was very accessible and responsive.
